DoubleTree by Hilton Boston Bayside

It was a pleasant stay, from airport pickup to airport drop off. The drivers were pleasant and very friendly. || Rooms were clean, the cafe had good food as well. I loved that help is just a text away||Will definitely book next time I’m in Boston, thank you!!

I wasn't impressed with the cleanliness of this room. I could tell sheets were not changed on the other bed there was a smear of lipstick on the sheets. I wasn't wearing any so I know it wasn't mine. The headboard needed a good wiping down too..it's the little things for me. The small touches that matters. But the service of this place was amazing so I can overlook some things in the long run. Would I come back the answer is yes because the location is great and like I said service there is top notch.

My recent hotel stay was exceptional, even amidst unexpected car troubles. The staff's assistance was invaluable, seamlessly turning a challenging situation into a positive experience. The room was comfortable, amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Stayed here 1 night before flying out. Was told the bar closed at 9 by the front desk so we ate and got a bottle of wine to go. When paying the bartender ($150 for 2 sandwiches, a few drinks and the bottle of way overpriced wine) he informed us they were actually open till 11. Ok then. He had a great personality but was often not there so the drinks sat empty far too long anyway. Up in the room, there was hair in the tub and in the sink. Bedside lights didn’t even work. Had to plug cell phones in across the room. Woke up to find just 1 regular coffee pod and 2 decafs. Went downstairs and they had no coffee - apparently have to wait for the coffee shop to open and pay more. For $250/night (not including the overpriced bar tab), you’d think you could at least get a cup of coffee. This place was overpriced for what you get and barely a 2 star hotel. Why does the van have cookies on it? There’s no cookies or coffee at this place. Far better options available with better location, service and amenities pretty much anywhere in the city.

Great price, solid location, friendly front desk. Bed was comfortable. Those are the positives. This is absolutely not up to Double Tree standards. Both bedside lamps were broken. TV console and dresser was caked in dust. The toilet would run for 20-45 minutes each time we flushed it. Hotel is in need of TLC

We stayed at this hotel for one night recently, myself daughter and another family. We absolutely loved our stay here!!!! The rooms are a good size and the beds and pillows very comfortable!!! the front desk lady was very friendly and quick check in and gave the kids all cookies, which they LOVED. We had a view of the water which was really nice. We caught Ubers downtown which was really quick and cheap. room rates were fantastic. All in all I highly would recommend this hotel, we all really enjoyed it and will be back when in Boston again!!!

This hotel was great! You were greeted with a warm cookie and your name on the TV. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. The service was really good; they even sent a text when I got there! It was super close to the subway (the walk was a little sketchy, but that’s the city for ya).

I go to this hotel every few months. I would like to compliment Jorge the Assistant Front Office Manager for his polite and helpful manner. He always is an excellent problem solver and is conscientious. On the room housekeeping side, I don’t understand why there has been no soap for the sink. I have had to ask for it every time. Hand washing is necessary, not optional. Reaching over the tub for shower gel is dangerous. I hope this is changed before our next visit. 👏🏻
