DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai - Business Bay

DoubleTree by Hilton was an excellent choice for our stay in Dubai. The facilities were clean and convenient, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were especially impressed by the warm hospitality of Sreya and Heshma at the information desk. They greeted us in a welcoming manner, even using some Korean phrases to make us feel at home. They also provided detailed and useful information that made our trip even more enjoyable. On top of that, they went out of their way to accommodate a personal request, which we truly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

We just finished a 5-day stay at the hotel, and honestly, what made our trip so special was the amazing dining experience we had every single day. From breakfast to dinner, everything was simply outstanding – not just the food, but the people who made it so memorable.☺️☺️||Breakfast was always such a happy start to the day. The buffet had so many choices, fresh and tasty, but what made it even better was the service. Chef Zohaib at the omelette station was incredible – he greeted us with a smile every morning and prepared our omelettes exactly how we liked them. Manoj was another star; he always made sure our coffee was ready, hot, and just perfect. It’s those little things that really make a difference and make you feel cared for…||Dinner was just as special… The food was delicious with plenty of variety, but what really touched us was the personal attention we received…Chef Kareem even came to our table to check how we were enjoying the meal, which made us feel so valued. Jennifer also deserves a huge thank you – she was attentive, warm, and always went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable.||And of course, a very big appreciation to Ruth, the restaurant manager. She was always around with a warm smile, making sure everything ran smoothly and that guests were happy. 💕Her presence and care really stood out and made the whole dining experience feel even more special.||Throughout our stay, we truly felt welcomed, cared for, and treated like family. The food was consistently delicious, but it was the people who made our mornings and evenings so memorable.||We left with full hearts (and full stomachs!) and we can’t wait to come back. Mr. Nikhil, a very cooperative and kind manager, made sure everything ran smoothly and personally ensured that guests were comfortable and well looked after. The service was prompt, the atmosphere welcoming, and his professionalism added a special touch to the dining experience. Excellent management and a memorable evening!

This is a beautiful hotel, conveniently located just a short drive from many attractions (traffic permitting). From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, greeting us with delicious freshly baked cookies—a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, offering plenty of comfort after long days of exploring. Our package included breakfast, which was both convenient and enjoyable. There was a wide variety of items to choose from, and everything was fresh and satisfying. The restaurant staff stood out for their friendliness and attentiveness, ensuring that our mornings always started on a positive note.

One of the best experiences ever. It was my first visit to Dubai and this place was everything that I could've possibly wished for. It had welcoming ambience, soothing interiors... something that was just right. The view from my window was what I fell in love with apart from many other things. The staff was extremely polite and professional. The breakfast was superb. It was a 3 day stay but the feel will stay in my memory for a lifetime. Thank you Hilton for a finest lifetime experience.

The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would like to highlight the excellent service from one of the staff members, Crizaldo. He was extremely professional, attentive and welcoming throughout my stay. His genuinely hospitality and friendly approach really stood out and added personal touch to my experience.
