My stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The experience exceeded all expectations and made my trip truly memorable.||The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed — offering both comfort and functionality. The cozy bed and modern amenities made it a perfect retreat after a long day exploring the city.||The staff deserve a special mention — every single member of the team was incredibly friendly, courteous, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Their professionalism and hospitality truly made me feel at home.||The food was another highlight! The lavish buffet spread offered a wide variety of delicious dishes — both local and international — all beautifully presented and freshly prepared. Every meal felt like a treat.||The overall atmosphere of the hotel was elegant yet welcoming. From the lobby to the restaurant and pool area, everything was maintained to the highest standard.||I would wholeheartedly recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious, and genuinely hospitable stay. The hotel is well located and is within easy reach to the Dubai Mall and restaurants. The hotel was excellent, very clean and with excellent amenaties. Selection of breakfast was excellent. We also had dinner and light snacks. Our room was not cleaned one day, we did mention this and the housekeeping was carried out in a timely mannor there after. The staff are all friendly and attentive and polite. I would definately book this hotel again and reccommend this. I would just like to mention that the TV channel selection is not great. I wish that they had more English speaking channels and have a better selection of films and programmes. Whilst you don't watch much TV, I would hope they have something like SWAT or action police dramas like NCIS or similar.

Stayed here for a brief over night stay. Brendon at the front desk was so welcoming to us. made us feel right at home upon arrival. the rooms are PERFECTION. never have I seen such spotlessly clean rooms, the views are decent and the location is prime. you have everything you could possibly want/ need right down stairs. from check in to checkout it was a great experience the front desk team along with the bell boy and concierge were ll beyond helpful and sincere. they are both professional and sincere and we will for sure be staying here again on our trip to dubai. I contacted this hotel just to thank them, it made that strong of an impression on me. If you are looking for the perfect stay in dubai, stay here! I can't wait to try out the amenities on my next stay such as the pool and gym. thanks!

Had such a great stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and in perfect condition. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing — especially the egg dishes! So many options and everything was really tasty. Big thanks to Chef Said, Eiza, and Sweta for being so kind and cheerful every morning. They made my mornings even better. Highly recommend this place!

Great Hotel! I had a very nice stay here: breakfast was excellent, the room was nice, and I found housekeeping to be excellent also. I have one minor criticism though: I thought the pillows were terrible! Still worth 5 stars though. It's about a 15-20 min walk to Dubai Mall, and the Burj Khalifa - it looks shorter on a map.
