It is terrible experience. The management made two fatal mistakes which will ruin Hilton reputation. 1) On the check-in date , the young staff told me she can offer me late checkout as i told her i would have late night flight on the checkout date. On checkout date about 12.15pm, i went to the checkout counter to double confirm the late checkout offer again. However, on duty hotel manager (Millie) , she told me the late check out offer was not possible and need to pay. She explained the young staff was still under training and made the mistake. And Millie told me she could only allow me to occupy the room until 1pm. I understood , tried to cooperate with Millie and went to the room to pack luggage. 2) while i went back to pack luggage and took the shower at around 12.30pm, one of hotel staff suddenly opened my room door and saw i was showering, then he left. I went down to complain Millie why she promised to let me use until 1pm, still let another staff to open my room door before 1pm. There are two issues here. The hotel management never took responsibility for her staff mistake. The room door can only be closed but the door lock inside is spoiled, i cannot further lock the door, hotel staff with key can easily open my room door. There is no separate enclosed bathroom, the shower room is actually built in the middle of the room, next to the bed, with transparent Glasses. So the hotel staff who open the door see my body and showering. If i were a lady, i would have already called the Police and filed the case.
