One of my favorite hotels, I keep coming back and it always holds up to expectations. The rooms always feel new and fresh. Friendly and helpful staff. Near everything, walkable for most. The restaurant is also pretty good. Comfy super clean beds.

Had an absolutely awesome experience at this Double Tree, was very reasonably priced and is in a very convenient location. I love that at check in you are greeted in a friendly manner and we're given warm chocolate chip and walnut cookies 🍪😋 The room was beautiful and came with a balcony. Beds were very comfortable and the television had a great cable package. The staff were very friendly and courteous 🙂 Breakfast was phenomenal, the waffle was amazing 😋 the pool is an adequate size. Throughout the hotel the style, design and decor is beautifully decorated with a purple theme💜 I absolutely loved and enjoyed my stay here it most definitely exceeded my expectations 🙂💜

Love it! Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and a nice view of the harbour. I wish this could be my forever home. ♥️🥰 Moved since this review and I still miss my balcony. 😭

The actual hotel is starting to get a bit run down. The furniture in the rooms has definitely seen better days. Dings, scratches, and whatnot all around... but the people? Fantastic. Their housekeeping crew is absolutely A1, big smiles, extremely friendly and personable. I didn't deal with their front counter crew much, but every time I did I was greeted with a warm greeting.

The room was fairly nice, clean, and we had a nice view of the harbour. The bed was comfortable and there were lots of outlets and USB ports near the bed for charging. However, it wasn't remotely worth the price. There didn't seem to be a guest pantry and we didn't even get cookies.

Stayed at this hotel while in town for some work. The rooms are very nice, staff was some of the nicest I've ever experienced and the restaurant was just delicious. I went out to eat nearby one night but the hotel restaurant was so good I just kept going there instead. Definitely will stay again.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly! I keep seeing reviews about the homeless shelter but did not experience this problem. Happy they are able to house those that need it! My only concern is that the restaurant seemed low staffed. The staff worked hard but it was quite a crowd for the amount of staff working. Will definitely come stay again!

There is nothing to do close to the hotel within walking distance except a plaza with no frill, shoppers and etc. The hotel seems newly updated. They give warm chocolate nuts cookies for each guests at check in. Room is very clean and updated. Our room comes with a balcony and has excellent waterfront view. The entrance of the door is spacious and tiled. Lots of room to placed our shoes and luggages Our booking also comes breakfast. The breakfast is excellent! Comes with a waffle and omelette cooking station, placed your order before getting other food. They have yogurt parfait, hot oatmeal, juices (orange, apple and cranberry), coffee/tea, cereal station, croissants, assorted muffins, assorted danishes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hush brown, different type of bread and bagel. Our project management team has been in quarantine at this hotel for the past three weeks. The service provided and the level of dedication from the hotel staff was amazing. Everyday, they consistently provided an extremely high level of professionalism. You guys are so appreciated. Thank you for coming to work during COVID for us and taking such good care of us.

Stayed two nights while visiting from out of town. The hotel has been undated and is very clean. We stayed in a king room with a balcony and the room was nice.Breakfast ($11-$15)and parking ($14/night) were additional costs. The hotel has a Starbucks, restaurant, a bar. You have the choice of the buffet or there is the omelette chef patiently waiting to make you a custom omelette.
