The breakfast is amazing and nice hotel, the staff is super friendly and always helpful. The espresso machine, bathrobe and slip as I included. We left 4:00 a.m. in the morning and even received a doggy bag with breakfast on the road. I can highly recommend this hotel there's nothing negative that I can point out. The gym super clean and well equipped. The sauna and infrared sauna on you and super clean. Well done thank you so much for the amazing service anytime again.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff greeted me with warmth, professionalism, and genuine smiles that made me feel instantly welcomed. Close to the train station and in a very quiet neighborhood. Rooms are great - we were there as a family of four and had more than enough space. Room looked as described before. Service was great and employees very friendly. Breakfast consisted of a huge buffet - there was enough choice for every taste. We have seen all kinds of visitors - single visitors, couples and families.

Rooms are lovely, breakfast room, toilets, are all to high standard! But its just too hot to sleep! All radiators off, thermostat set to 17deg, window open with -1 outside and it was literally 27degrees at 2am. So uncomfortable. Dont understand how they can afford their heating bill. Such a shame when the facilities are to a high standard. Wed told the lady who came to the room yesterday that it was too hot and she turned the radiators off. Heat must be coming from surrounding rooms. Staff at reception, waitress and chamber maids were all friendly and helpful.

Quite OK hotel, room had balcony, large bed, wifi, even small bathtub. Breakfasts are fine. Parking a bit expensive, but at least inside hotel building. Located near city center in walking distance. Just check the recipe, it is mess. Automatically charged from card even though it was paid at check-in, then returned which caused issue for my company concur system thanks to exchange rate change. And the mixture of various taxes (city tax, hotel tax, beverage tax, food tax) and how breakfasts in general are displayed on bill.. oh my .)

We selected the hotel primarily due to it's proximity to the railway station (easy walk) and the hotels quality. We had a terrific experience from arrival to departure, seemless. |Reception and other staff were professional and friendly.|Room was excellent, quite spacious and of a very good standard. Room service was equally good.|Would likely have given 5 star if we had utilized the additional facilities, such as breakfast and restaurant but unfortunately we did not have the opportunity as we had arrangements outside to catch up with family friends.|Would certainly recommend and have already done so.|Would happily return if visiting Hanover.

This hotel is very close to the main station and has a very business like feel. Staff were welcoming and the free cookie upon check in was delicious. We actually stayed here twice within a few day period - and both rooms were clean, spacious and functional. However across both rooms the air conditioning was borderline non functioning. We asked hotel staff and they noted that there was a minimum of 20 degrees, with no customisation available. the air conditioning unit also does not face the bed at all - making the room uncomfortably hot and stuffy especially at night. Consider this a nice hotel with no aircon.

Service and location is great (close to the center and easy parking). Rooms are good but not new anymore. In our case the airco needs some maintenance. Restaurant and breakfast is great.
