DoubleTree by Hilton Hannover Schweizerhof

Cannot recommend this hotel more. The rooms were great, had a deluxe King which was huge and perfect air-conditioning which was important as it was hot. Easy access to the parking garage and in close proximity to multiple great restaurants (5 mins walking) and city center (10 mins walking). Great bar and excellent breakfast. Pamela at the front-desk was very helpful in sorting out our booking glitch and provided us with great service! Next time we need to stay in Hannover this will be our hotel of choice for sure!

Comfortable hotel within blocks from the train station. Our room was huge with large windows giving great views of the neighborhood as well as fresh air into the room. Our AC was loud so it was nice that we could get fresh air without having to turn on AC. Breakfast area had a wide variety of offerings. As always the welcome cookie was delicious.

Excellent hotel in central location, near the main station. Rooms are spacious, well equipped and in great condition with tasteful und pleasing interior. Breakfast was plenty and tasty. My favorite hotel in Hanover - highly recommended.

Brilliant Doubltree hotel. The hotel is large, the layout & the location is very convenient. About a 5 minute walk from the Hanover train station & about a 10 minute walk to the main city center. The staff from reception to housekeepers & restaurant are all very helpful. Good spa & decent size gym as well. Recommended…!

I stayed here for two nights. The room spacious for a single room and it was lovely and clean. The staff are attentive and extremely nice, especially the reception and bar staff. I will be returning.

Top location the room was comfortable but not much of space. The stuff was not to the best if Hilton standard. The food was with high price not corresponding to the taste. Location perfect but need to improve to the rest

Awesome staff, great breakfast and super diamond recognition. Beatiful 1 bedroom suite, nice and clean. Good WiFi and parking underneath the hotel. Close by restaurants and bars.Highly recommended. Nice breakfast too even with Asian food.

Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting family with my partner. Great size hotel room, extra large very comfy bed. Bathroom facilities excellent with power shower. Fantastic choice of food at breakfast. Also ate in Albertz restaurant one evening - great food and even better service. Raffi Hasso was our waiter and nothing was too much trouble … a great sense of humour too - thanks Raffi. Would definitely recommend and would stay again when visiting Hannover. Extra bonus was that the hotel is situated less than a 5 minute walk to central train station with direct link to the airport.

This is such a great spot to stay at. My room was pleasant and seemed more up-to-date than some of the other hotels I was looking at in the area. The little details are what made me glad that I stayed here. Like something as small as the images used for decor was some of the iconic landmarks in Hannover. Small and silly but I appreciated it. The front desk was helpful and spoke English (thank god, I didn't want to have to use my translator). We had a blast just chatting with them as well. Taxi's were easily accessed. The Bar and food selection was tasty. I will definitely be back when I have my conference here again. -Review from a stay in October 2019.

Want the Royal treatment? Stay here, just a five minute walk from train station to! Super clean, damn near 5 star just missing the butler! Left me candies lol! The only way to stay in Hannover Germany!

Great room, super clean, friendly staff. Fitness room could be improved - too small! Super expensive parking and internet.

The staff are really friendly, the rooms are comfortable, clean and quite large. The food is great, and quite a few of us prefer the bar food to the restaurant food. The barman (I won't name him) is phenomenal. He is a credit to the hotel
