This hotel location is great. The rooms and the areas were very clean. Our favorite part about the hotel was the restaurant and the food was amazing. Thank you to the staff our stay was very pleasant, special thanks to Gian Souza, Sharon (Restaurant), Luisa y Paulo for making us feel like we were in HOME 💝 looking forward to go back and see everyone 🥰

The people at the front desk, especially Shantal and Marcelo, were wonderful. Helpful and friendly. The architecture is captivating. Iquitos and the jungle and rivers around it give much to. And there are no roads in! Great exploring for the well travelled and relative newbies.

Doubletree Iquitos is a treasure. Lovely comfortable rooms, attractive architecture, great location for walking. Beautiful plaza across the street the restaurant is really very good. So far the best we’ve had in Iquitos. The most significant attribute is the staff. Incredible! Helpful, charming knowledgeable. They made our trip so memorable. Shantal is delightful and incredibly knowledgeable. Marcelo cannot do enough to make our stay perfect.

If you want a nice, quiet place to rest and sleep, this is NOT the place to stay. I thought I’d splurge on a nice hotel with an upgraded room while in Iquitos, but there is a ridiculously loud bar band playing music until midnight!! There is no way to sleep, rest, relax even with noise cancelling headphones. Highly recommend staying anywhere else but here. This place is exceptionally overpriced for what it is.

It was nice to stay in a beautiful hotel in the Center of the city. The staff was friendly and accommodated our needs. Many spoke English, which was helpful. There were several places to eat that were in walking distance. It’s truly an oasis in the middle of iquitos!

Stayed one night after spending more than a week in the Amazon, so everything seemed to be a refreshing change, before we continued the journey to other parts of Peru.|Room is comfortable, we had a direct view of the square, so it’s nice to see all of the actions at night there!|Great location to walk around not see what is happening in town. We didn’t have the breakfast buffet because we wanted to try various local coffee shops that are walking distance from this hotel.

Google is right to list this property as a 1*. Stayed two nights in different rooms, suite had no hot water. It is quite noisy, and the front desk doesn’t even have tooth paste. This is the first hotel I’ve ever been to that doesn’t have basic toiletries such as those on hand - regardless of price, location, or stars.

Well, I booked at this hotel few months ago just for one night. Front desk employees were kindly and helpfully. I arrived earlier and they offered me early check-in paying an amount, it was like 50$. It has fancy lobby reception, restaurant and bar were at main floor as well. About the room was comfortably, great view to the main plaza, the A/C worked fine. That morning I paid for breakfast buffet but, it does not worth, just some juices and food options. Near to the plaza I went to Las Terrazas restaurant which has a completely buffet with local-food options. Room service was good, just kinda delayed. In general, it is a good hotel if you are looking for security and comfort.
