DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Jakarta - Diponegoro

I recently stayed in an Executive Twin Room at the DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Diponegoro, and it was an excellent experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained, with comfortable twin beds that offered a great night’s rest. The Executive Lounge access was a highlight, providing a quiet space for breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening drinks with friendly staff and a good selection of snacks and beverages.The hotel facilities, especially the beautiful pool area, were impressive, making it ideal for relaxation after a long day. The staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive throughout my stay, always ready to help with a smile. The location was convenient, with easy access to Jakarta’s attractions and restaurants.Overall, I highly recommend the Executive Twin Room at the DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Diponegoro for both business and leisure travelers. It delivers comfort, great service, and a memorable stay in the heart of the city.

An exceptional property in the city but yet makes you feel like you are in a holiday resort. Well appointed with all the needs of a business traveler and complimented by a beautiful pool and well equipped gym (24 hours access). ||The restaurant serves a wide ranging breakfast buffet with great quality food and service. The executive lounge dishes out a good array of drinks and food in the evening and the menu is refreshed every night with a lot of effort.||Above all, the staff at this property make the experience truly special. From check in to check out, wonderful smiles and welcoming attitude. Special mention to Abi who manages the breakfast service in the morning. Her attention to detail and customer service is outstanding.

I stayed for just one night, as unfortunately there were no rooms available for the next day. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The room was excellent, very clean, well-maintained, and everything worked perfectly. Amenities were complete, which made the short stay convenient and comfortable. This hotel is definitely child-friendly, though I did notice it can get a bit noisy in the morning, possibly due to other families or guests moving around. I didn’t get a room with a great view since the hotel was fully booked, but the room itself made up for it. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff provided good service throughout the stay. However, I’d like to suggest some improvement regarding the elevators. For a hotel with so many rooms, having only two elevators feels a bit limiting. It might help to separate elevator access between general guests and those coming from the swimming pool or gym areas, so the elevators don’t get wet or crowded at times. Overall, it’s a good hotel for a family stay, and with a few adjustments, it could be even better. Thank you for a memorable stay here in Jakarta!

My stay at the DoubleTree hotel was one of the worst experiences I've had. While the breakfast buffet is extensive, offering a range of selections from Asian to Western cuisine, the quality leaves much to be desired—often bland, greasy, and lacking any real appeal. The service staff were excessively pushy, frequently hovering to clear plates before I was even finished. It became frustrating when, after stepping away for another round, I returned to find my table had been given to someone else. It truly felt like they were rushing guests through breakfast as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the same behavior was evident in the Executive Lounge. Although the rooms boast a modern design, noticeable stains on the sofa and carpet diminished the overall experience. Additionally, the room space and size were below average compared to other hotels in the same category. On the positive side, there was a wide variety of international TV channels available. A particularly frustrating issue was obtaining a correct invoice with proper VAT details and financial statements. It took several discussions to get clarity on the matter. Even after raising these concerns with customer service, my feedback seemed largely ignored, as nothing really improved.

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. The room had all basic amenities and was well-maintained. Breakfast offered a decent variety, and Wi-Fi worked well. A good value for the price — ideal for both short stays and business trips. Would stay again!

Excellent customer service! ||Amel went out of the way to accommodate my special request was met. Amel was very helpful. ||During checkout, Rohan and Feby were also exceptional! ||Their breakfast spread is worth commending. A good blend of local food and international cuisines.

I had a fantastic stay here. Enjoyed all the premises. There's a quiet swimming pool surrounded by palms. Breakfast was absolutely stunning. Chef of cousine offered me Indonesian satay which was very nice. The selection of dishes were excellent. They even have exotic juices and tonic drinks. Fresca (hope I didn't misspell) at breakfast zone was very attentive and I had a little chat with her about my travel plans;) Overall what a positive experience.

I can’t believe I forgot to take photos while staying here - this was a beautiful property and very well maintained. The staff were the absolute nicest people I have come across in my travels to date. I had a short stay so I didn’t get time to use the pool, but it looked lovely and they kept it clean. The food selection was very good and catered to many dietary needs and desires. Everything about their food service was immaculate and I always felt safe with everything I ate and drank. I would love to stay again on my next visit to Jakarta.
