I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Diponegoro. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. A special shout-out to Dito from Concierge, who went above and beyond in helping me with a package of food I brought. He not only assisted in repacking it carefully, but also stored it safely until the next day. His kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. Even after I checked out, the service continued to impress. About four hours later, I realized that I had left something in the room fridge, and the team quickly located it and kept it in excellent condition until I was able to return. Their efficiency and honesty were truly appreciated. The hotel itself is also a highlight. The lagoon-style pool is amazing—spacious, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing. I also loved spending time at the OPEN Restaurant, which offers a relaxing atmosphere, great service, and a pleasant place to unwind. Plus, the hotel’s location is very convenient, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, all the staff were very friendly, helpful, and consistently made the experience feel effortless. I’m genuinely impressed by the level of hospitality here and would gladly stay again. Highly recommended!

The hotel itself is well-maintained, featuring clean, spacious rooms, great housekeeping, and attentive overall service. What really stood out to me were the sports facilities — beyond the standard fitness center, the hotel offers a complete CrossFit setup, alongside a well-equipped strength and cardio gym. For anyone who enjoys staying active while traveling, this is a real highlight. The breakfast was another memorable part of my stay — extensive, delicious, and with a wide variety of both local and international options. A special mention goes to the Sea Grain Fusion Restaurant within the hotel. The team there delivered an experience far beyond expectations. I would like to thank Mr. Cory for his outstanding and professional service, which truly went above and beyond. My compliments also to Chefs Rendy, Irshan, and Daniel for preparing exceptional meals that were both beautifully presented and full of flavor. I especially recommend trying the “Taco Ayam Pelalah” (starter) and the “Chicken Kulat Pelawan Mushroom” (main course). I was fortunate enough to enjoy this dish, as the mushrooms used are only harvested once a year — a rare and delightful treat. The restaurant is, without a doubt, highly recommended. Lastly, I would like to express my appreciation for Ms. Kholifa (from the general service team). Her professionalism, combined with her cheerful and polite demeanor, made my stay all the more pleasant and memorable. In summary, this hotel offers not only comfort and quality but also an exceptional team that makes every guest feel genuinely valued. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience at DoubleTree Jakarta Kemayoran. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The breakfast selection was excellent with plenty of delicious options. The hotel's location is also convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions. Overall, a perfect stay - highly recommended!

I stayed here for a night for work and the location was a big plus—easy to reach by bus, KRL, or even the Bandung pool nearby. Check-in came with free cookies, which is always a win. The room was smaller than other five-star hotels I’ve tried, but surprisingly the size felt just right, and the full pool view from my window was beautiful. You can’t really appreciate the pool’s shape from the restaurant, but from the room it’s stunning. The restaurant itself is elegant with semi-outdoor seating by the pool and a wide food selection, even sushi (though sadly very bland). Overall, the food quality is mediocre at best, and my colleague who stayed here before also noticed a decline. Great stay, great location, great room—just don’t expect too much from the food.

It's like a little oasis nestled in a very busy city. The mood is excellent. The staff is very courteous and friendly. All smiles all day. The pool patio is a nice tension release from the mundane motions of every day life, the scene is incredible. The beds are very comfortable. The best sleep I have had in a very long time. It helped very much with combating jet lag.

We had a meeting at DoubleTree by Hilton and it couldn't be more incredible. The staff (Ibu Kardina and Pak Agung) were very attentive to our needs and trying their best to fulfill our needs. Our meeting participants were satisfied with the quality of the service and the accomodation.. the bed were very comfortable! Breakfast selection was excellent. I would definetely recommend this hotel

it is generally a really great hotel with amazing facilities and responsive staffs. just a reminder to everyone that dinner in this hotel strictly starts at 6. during my stay the waitress made a mistake of admitting me 15 minutes before 6 pm and i had my plate of food taken away like a fat cow 💔 making me look like i have the biggest back in town and for whattttt 💔💔💔 such a funny, yet humiliating experience but good hotel nevertheless… 😭

We stayed at DoubleTree Jakarta because we're Hilton members and just as we expected, we received a free room upgrade and complimentary breakfast. Perks like these are exactly why we stay loyal. I mean, who needs surprises in life when loyalty programs work this well? ||||Location:||Perfectly located in the heart of the city, easy access to everywhere, and not far from the US Embassy. Taxis are always available right outside the hotel, which made getting around super convenient.||||Room:||Classic Hilton quality, clean, comfortable, and modern. I loved our city view: from our window, I could see Jakarta’s busy streets, trains passing by, and yes… a generous helping of traffic.||||Food:||Excellent! Plenty of variety. I especially loved ending dinner with their ice cream, a simple joy, but so satisfying.||||Pool:||Huge, clean, and kid-friendly. Our children had a great time splashing around. Definitely a highlight for them!||||Lounge:||The lounge was a great place to unwind. The staff were incredibly friendly, the food selection was diverse, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Tea or cocktails, it made for a perfect little escape during our stay.||||This stay reminded us exactly why we stick with Hilton, consistent service, great benefits, and a touch of comfort that feels like a reward.
