DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Jakarta - Diponegoro

I always consider the doubletree by Hilton Jakarta Diponegoro is my primary homestay in Jakarta for the excellent experience and environment. You can always have this feeling from the first day of check-in, with the famous doubletree cookies, to the last day of checkout. All the staff are kind, smiling and helpful, the room was spacious, clean and well prepared. The restaurant is fantastic space looking at the distinguished swimming pool and always have a wide variety of excellent food. Thanks to the chefs who periodically go round the restaurant to confirm customers’ satisfaction, Ms Anastasia, Ms Fira with special thanks to both Mr. Agus and Miss Abi from the restaurant for their excellent service and hospitality. Special thanks to Mr. Rohan, the duty manager for his extraordinary response, help and support to the minor case I faced during my stay.

This Double tree was absolutely amazing, from the moment I walked in to the moment I left! ( I didn’t want to leave) The best part was the staff, everyday they greeted me, interacted with me, and made sure I was having a great time. Without them, this experience wouldn’t have been great. The food was phenomenal, from the buffet at the open restaurant, to the wonderful selections at the Sea Grain. This Double tree did an amazing job from beginning to end. Definitely consider booking here if you’re looking for a place to stay in Jakarta. It’s truly a Hidden Gem

We had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton. Our room was on the top floor with a beautiful view, and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with so many options—you can find anything you want. The hotel also has a lovely pool, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed in an Executive Twin Room at the DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Diponegoro, and it was an excellent experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained, with comfortable twin beds that offered a great night’s rest. The Executive Lounge access was a highlight, providing a quiet space for breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening drinks with friendly staff and a good selection of snacks and beverages.The hotel facilities, especially the beautiful pool area, were impressive, making it ideal for relaxation after a long day. The staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive throughout my stay, always ready to help with a smile. The location was convenient, with easy access to Jakarta’s attractions and restaurants.Overall, I highly recommend the Executive Twin Room at the DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Diponegoro for both business and leisure travelers. It delivers comfort, great service, and a memorable stay in the heart of the city.

I stayed for just one night, as unfortunately there were no rooms available for the next day. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The room was excellent, very clean, well-maintained, and everything worked perfectly. Amenities were complete, which made the short stay convenient and comfortable. This hotel is definitely child-friendly, though I did notice it can get a bit noisy in the morning, possibly due to other families or guests moving around. I didn’t get a room with a great view since the hotel was fully booked, but the room itself made up for it. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff provided good service throughout the stay. However, I’d like to suggest some improvement regarding the elevators. For a hotel with so many rooms, having only two elevators feels a bit limiting. It might help to separate elevator access between general guests and those coming from the swimming pool or gym areas, so the elevators don’t get wet or crowded at times. Overall, it’s a good hotel for a family stay, and with a few adjustments, it could be even better. Thank you for a memorable stay here in Jakarta!
