DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Minsk

Undoubtedly one of the best Double Tree Hilton, I have ever stayed at, world wide. Huge Thank You to the team at the reception, including manager. With great attention to detail, and going the extra mile to make my stay comfortable as possible. Parking is secured, rooms are great, service is top notch. I Recommend this hotel to any one going to Minsk. Again thank you!!!!!

Rooms not properly cleaned, with questionable hygiene standards. The female restaurant manager, Mrs. Vladislava, with her flirtatious and superficial attitude, clearly shows that hospitality is not her line of work. A hotel of this level should hire professional and competent staff, not amateurs.

Hotel has great location and good room product. There are some rooms for improvement: My check-in was handled perfectly. I was really impressed.. I have stayed in room #1208. Mattress was a bit noisy, needs repairment.. Elevator on lobby level very confusing which lift to take, needs more clear indicator.. My check-out was not great.. The team at Front Desk was over-loaded.. I have asked lady very important question about tourist registration which she confidently answered. But when I got to airport, I have found out false information was given to me.. So please educate your Front Desk team about regulations.. I have booked airport transfer which was provided quickly and good car but driver was not friendly at all.. No smile, no connection and not helpful.. I have enjoyed my stay, but a few things for improvement..

The hotel is super!!! I was pleasantly surprised! I have been to many Hilton’s hotels around the world and I can say it’s one of the best! Nice room, clean, modern, not tired. The mattress and pillows were excellent, it was very comfortable to sleep! Excellent cleaning of room! Breakfast is very good!!! For every taste! I would also like to mention the work of the waiters at the Ember restaurant, especially at breakfast (unfortunately I don’t remember their names) - they were brilliant! Very helpful!|The reception is 5+, always friendly, will give advice and help.|In general, I had very good impressions both from the hotel and from the city!

First visit. Quick and efficient check in. I got a corner room on the 11th floor. Very clean. Superb bathroom. Breakfast was very good but not spectacular. Eggs station, cheeses, salmon, cereals etc. the location is excellent as it is in walking distance from down town. Darya in the breakfast was particularly helpful

The hotel is clean, no excess of the noise and stuff is friendly

Amazing place. Food in restaurant is so delicious and signatured. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Fitness Centre is clean and equipped enough. Works 24/7 Briefly saying, Hotel has an amazing management! Will definitely come back

Amazing location, next to river, shopping and aside from spa/pool. Lots of amenities.Staff knows english, and helpful.Clean, modern style decorative with art deco inspired. Bit overpriced due to lack of strong alternatives.
