Yelp
3.5 stars - almost rounded up to 4 stars based upon really liking the incredibly convenient location which was walkable to SO MANY restaurants and bars, and also very near to quick on-ramps to get you in and out of the area. Couldn't get myself to do it though after writing the rest of this review.
The Room -
This is based upon the normal size room on the 12th / Exec floor. The room itself seemed a bit small due the layout and sloped windows, but was actually more than enough. The bathroom was very nice, though the water pressure was merely adequate. Being on the 12th may not have helped. The bed was nicely made, the linens seemed decent enough, the TV was of nice size for the room (though some channels struggled to load or display smoothly), and the towels are below average quality/scratchy (though clean and very uniformly and brightly white in appearance). The room did have a slight odor. The mini-fridge was larger than in most rooms, and very clean inside. The full width windows were great, curtains opened/closed easily if you used the built in push rods, and blocked the light nicely. The view from the rooms on the river/mountain view/west side was also quite nice both in the morning and at sunset.
The Pool / Gym -
The gym is a bit small for the size of the hotel perhaps, but was pretty nice, seemed clean, and didn't seem smelly or musty. The adjacent area has the pool and hot tub, which I didn't use, but looked great. There's an outdoor elevated patio next to that (only accessible from the pool area) that looked interesting, but was closed for the season.
Executive Lounge -
I'm not sure it really qualifies as one. Sure, it's exclusive, but it's rather bare in terms of both TV's entertainment, doesn't have much of a view (it's on the 1st floor), the breakfast food was less variety, and lower quality than I'd expect from a typical continental, and the evening hors d'oeuvres seemed so insignificant that I'd question why bother. Packaged snacks or may be a credit would be preferred. On the plus side, it's open 24/7, so it was nice to be able to drop in a grab a water or two at any time.
Other Features / Integrated Businesses -
I can't weigh in on the quality, etc, but the hotel lobby bar was nicer than many, with both bar and casual armchair seating a plenty. There's also seminar spaces/halls/wedding venue, a large aboveground parking garage ($14 a day, but the exit gate was rarely closed), a coffee house with snacks, sandwiches and Starbucks coffee, and what looked to possibly be a comedy club.
Service -
Front desk workers each day were all generally courteous and helpful. Room services / daily cleaning / bed making doesn't seem to happen, as I didn't have the "do not disturb" out, but came back everything as I left it. Maybe you have to ask.
