DoubleTree by Hilton Riyadh - Al Muroj Business Gate

I was presenting workshops and on arrival guided to a beautifully laid out room with an area outside it being prepared with a drinks area and a wonderful array of finger buffet food. ||||Banners were erected to welcome the participants and the room was ready with paper, pens, a whiteboard with pens, screen, projector and flip chart. ||||I was helped to set up by an amazing waiter who tended to my every need, checked if I need drinks and who helped me to clear up at the end and carried my bags to my car. This eased my day immensely. A very big thank you to him! ||||An excellent and extensive buffet lunch was also provided. ||||It was the best place and support I’ve ever had for my presentations (and I’ve done a lifetime of them!)||||Very many thanks to everyone who contributed to making the day an amazing success!

Very nice hotel. Good Service and hospitality. Double Tree one of the best hotel in Hiltion Group. Food is really amazing. Gym and other access area in the hotel is remarkable. I would rate 5 out of 5

Very pleasant hotel. Comfortably meeting the needs of a business traveler. Standard rooms have adequate space. Could get a bit crowded with two people but not problematically so. Food is good with a reasonable menu. Personnel are fantastic, helpful, smiling, welcoming and good at looking after guests. Happy to recommend as a place to stay.

I only tried their open Buffet. I love the atmosphere, its quite romantic to stay and have a coffee with your wife. The staff were awesome, smiling the whole day and fast to respond. I like how they were smiling the whole time. But the the food itself needs improvement. Not bad, just not special.

I stayed for 10 days and the service and food was very good. The front desk and dining area staffs are very polite esp. Karthik, Mohamed and Atique. Certainly I will stay this place if I get another opportunity. For business and leisure trip, this hotel is ideal one

My recent experience at the DoubleTree Al Murooj was excellent, largely thanks to the professional staff. I want to specifically commend Sara and Amel for their outstanding support. Amazing stay! The hotel was great, but what really made my experience special was Aljawharah. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always had a genuine smile. She made everything easy and made me feel truly welcomed. Thank you, Aljawharah you really made my stay memorable. I’ll definitely be back!

Another short but pleasurable stay and one of the best hotel breakfasts in Riyadh. A special mention to Sara and Amal at reception for helping out and an extra special thanks to Abdullah for brightening my day. See you all soon.
