DoubleTree by Hilton Riyadh - Al Muroj Business Gate

I was presenting workshops and on arrival guided to a beautifully laid out room with an area outside it being prepared with a drinks area and a wonderful array of finger buffet food. ||Banners were erected to welcome the participants and the room was ready with paper, pens, a whiteboard with pens, screen, projector and flip chart. ||I was helped to set up by an amazing waiter who tended to my every need, checked if I need drinks and who helped me to clear up at the end and carried my bags to my car. This eased my day immensely. A very big thank you to him! ||An excellent and extensive buffet lunch was also provided. ||It was the best place and support I’ve ever had for my presentations (and I’ve done a lifetime of them!)||Very many thanks to everyone who contributed to making the day an amazing success!

The bed is very comfortable, room was clean, and not very small. You can find everything you need in the room or once you call and ask for. The hotel itself looks nice, they only have 2 restaurants which were okay. Breakfast was very expensive, around 150 sar. The reception were welcoming, but I wish if they can also tell us more about the facility and the services they provide when checking in. Finally the price is moderate, not so expensive but also not so cheap.

This hotel is a bit old and stale with a 1970s vibe, but it still retains its charm and style. It's right next to the highway, so views are of passing traffic, but you can't it because of the soundproof windows. The staff at all levels are friendly and professional. The gym is good and the breakfast is great, as one would expect. I really like the atrium.

Nice hotel but a bit too old The rooms are old and the fitting is old too I was lucky to have Abdul Rahman from reception to take care of me and find me a quiet room. Breakfast is good but it can be better.

They are charging big bucks and their facilities are clearly not upto the mark. The AC would not bring the room to the desired temperature and the vents are making noise. They don’t even have a basic pool and a smart TV. Blankets which they have provided seem clearly worn out.

Enjoyed my stays at the hotel. Nice and spacious rooms with great service. The staff is courteous and welcoming. Would like to particularly mention Aljawhara for her professionalism and courteous interactions at the reception. The hotel is quite close to KAFD and other business areas. Would recommend the hotel to those visiting Riyadh.

I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel management and the staff for their exemplary collaboration and exemplary services. I have had the opportunity to participate in training courses for them, as their facilities are of excellent quality, highly efficient, and the staff are courteous and supportive.
