DoubleTree by Hilton Riyadh - Al Muroj Business Gate

A good hotel located in a quiet part of Riyadh. Very friendly service. Special thanks to Atallah for his help and support when I had problems getting into the room when my card wouldn't work properly. His attitude makes it a very pleasant experience! :) Evenings with violin music played live was also very nice!

I stayed in this hotel for a business trip for 24 nights and my experience was overwhelming. Below are the few points I want to highlight specifically on what has been my experience: 1- Breakfast option: Fabulous breakfast options. From grilled salmon to smoked salmon, varieties of breads and chicken options with a touch of Indian curries and parathas on demand. They will greet you with warm smile and check with you periodically if you need anything else to enjoy your breakfast. Special thanks to Mr. Karthik for well managing the floor with utmost attention and thanks to Mr. Istiaq and Mr. Athique for taking good care of the needs. Suggestion: Do ask Mr. Micheal to prepare expresso for you during breakfast. You will regret it if you don't try that. 2- Snacks/Dinner: Hotel does provide a good number of snacks with loads of options of Coffee menu. I met Mr. Robiul who was managing the floor during evening shift and Mr Remon, and they indeed take very good care of the guest needs. You can do your office work siting on the coffee shop, which is work friendly environment, and if you need any special coffee to continue your work or tryout any options from dinner menu, do take help from the above gentlemen, they will be at your service with utmost care. 3- Room service and Laundry: Very efficient room service. Room always kept ready before your come back from your office. Stuffs are always available to resolve your issue, just a phone call away and they will be at your door to fix your problem. Laundry service was very fast indeed also they the hotel have washing machines to clean your daily wares. Improvement: 1- Gym should have some equipment related to leg workouts(e.g Leg press, leg smith etc) 2- Parcel service: if some food delivers at reception with room number written, it would be nice if such packet gets delivered to the room or intimate the guest over intercom to collect it. That would be very helpful service. 3- Dinner prices are bit on the higher side. Probably this may be looked into to stay competitive

I tayed in this hotel with lots of joy and had good services in all the parts of the hotel. The fragrance is wonderful & refreshing. The breakfast area & the food quality is excellent. The waters are very helpfull. Thank you so much 👍🏼 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was presenting workshops and on arrival guided to a beautifully laid out room with an area outside it being prepared with a drinks area and a wonderful array of finger buffet food. ||Banners were erected to welcome the participants and the room was ready with paper, pens, a whiteboard with pens, screen, projector and flip chart. ||I was helped to set up by an amazing waiter who tended to my every need, checked if I need drinks and who helped me to clear up at the end and carried my bags to my car. This eased my day immensely. A very big thank you to him! ||An excellent and extensive buffet lunch was also provided. ||It was the best place and support I’ve ever had for my presentations (and I’ve done a lifetime of them!)||Very many thanks to everyone who contributed to making the day an amazing success!

The rooms are clean, laundry impeccable fast and without problems. Breakfast starts with the smile of the employees and the warmth with which they welcome you. Asala is the good morning energy that she transmits to you through her smile and kindness every day. Thank you

So first of all i want to thank again for having me as a guest. Room was perfect and always clean when i needed that, restaurant food was also top of the top and i want to thank here all the cooks i meet durning my 3 month stay there :) Special Thank you for people: Kate: Thank you for every morning double coffee i got from you :D Mr Remon,Mr Robiul,Mr Michael,Mr Dress which was serving me in the restaurant at later hours. I always felt very welcome and was happy to go there :) At later time i will post some photos from my stay there on instagram @z3mav Also thank you for all silent workers i didn’t mention like cleaning staff and everybody at the reception desk (i left around 20 hilton cards in my room 🤣) Hoping to see you again and thank you for having me as a guest :) 10/10 experience - Krystian from room 146 :)

Guest from room #107. My experience is upto expectations with humble & nice hospitality. Especially breakfast is fantastic, need to mention Mr. Attique from the restaurant his professionalism and overwhelming welcome will be remembered. The whole team at the restaurant is very nice and helpful. Last but not the least Mr. Hamdan at the concierge is always helpful with his charming & welcoming attitude. Over all experience so far is good.
