We have just stayed for 2 weeks at this wonderful hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, a lovely beach with free beds right outside the hotel. The pool is lovely and not too cold. There is a poolside restaurant where the service is excellent as is the food. Everyone is so friendly. There are loads of bars and eating placed just a short walk away. St Lawrence Gap is about a 15 minute walk but well worth it. The kitchen area of the room is a little tired but spotlessly clean as is the rest of the room. Beds are very comfy and having a balcony overlooking the pool and the sea is highly recommended.

I will be back. The staff were all very nice. The spa was AWESOME!! I had the warm stone massage, deep anti aging facial, and a full manicure and gel polish. All the ladies were great. The hotel is within walking distance to many places to eat, buy groceries, and just meet some nice people of the island.

My wife and I really enjoyed this Hotel. It’s located and the end of St. Lawrence Gap which is nice because it’s far enough away from the noise but close enough to walk and enjoy everything the Gap has to offer. The staff were fantastic, very helpful, accommodating and just generally a pleasure to deal with. Housekeeping was also top notch. The hotel grounds were clean, a little dated but very comfortable. The pool was very relaxing, lots of seating and shade if need be. The bar/restaurant was very nice, although I thought the food lacked quality the view of the ocean kinda made for that. The beach was absolutely stunning. With crystal clear waters and sand like silk. The hotel will relocate sun loungers to the beach if you ask the front desk👍. We stayed in an ocean view room which also gave us a clear view of the pool and hotel grounds. My only issue with this hotel is that once you leave its grounds (to the beach) you’re constantly asked ( not harassed in any way) if you want some party favours. I also came to the conclusion that this happens a lot, all over Barbados. I found it to be a little annoying after a few days and for this reason the hotel lost a ⭐️. That being said I would still absolutely revisit this hotel if back in Barbados.

The staff were the absolute best! The arranged taxi by the hotel cost much more ($40 USD) than if I had taken a taxi from the airport. The bed comfort was ok, but not plush - not a deal breaker, as I slept well. Good linens and air-conditioning. The room was clean and had a kitchenette that was equipped. The food in the restauraunt had reasonable prices and was delicious. I was travelling alone and I was walking on the main streets checking out the community and never once felt unsafe, even after dark. The beach is just to the left of the pool. Absolutely beautiful. There is a place to store luggage after you check out, or if you are waiting for your room to be ready. There are bathrooms near the main desk. There are beach towels. The location is walkable to many locations, and the bus comes on the main road (7 minute walk) for $3.50 Barbadian dollars - easy to take. I would stay again.

Positive: Hotel was a great value. Waterfront with access to a beautiful beach, two pools, decent restaurant on site. Negative: Would be great if staff could help move the lounge chairs down to the beach in the morning, and if all lounge chairs were in good condition (some of the shades on them were broken).

The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located. The staff is friendly and professional, and the Wi-Fi is fast. The pool is well-kept and maintained, which added to our enjoyment. We had a fantastic time overall. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the ice machine and the nearby mini-market. The only inconvenience we encountered was the lack of a broom in our unit, as we tended to bring sand back with us from the beach.

It was good and bad!! We started off in a standard room, which was ok bit we like to be self catering because of dietary needs It did have a cute little bit where I could prepare food but so much more could be put in the space ( a cupboard would of been good). There was only one chair in the apartment so if you didn't want to sit out side at the only table you have to eat on the bed. Used the bar a couple of times, the staff do need to learn hospitality skills. ( the fish cakes are wonderful tho). We got upgraded half way in our holiday as they put some teenage boys either side of us and they were VERY noisy. Banging on each others doors and shouting. We asked reception if they could have a word and they moved us to the main building. Loads more space and a full kitchen. The rooms are dated but clean. Fantastic location. The activities staff went above and beyond on valentines as it was also our 21st wedding anniversary and as we got married in barbados it holds alot of fond memories, they surprised us with doing the room up and gave us a bottle of wine which was lovely. Unfortunately we won't stay there again. It seems to be more welcoming to people from a Certain area ( not in the uk). Sorry to say that but that's how we felt.

Outdated, needs a lick of paint. Whilst there we had clothes stolen from our terrace !!! Just be aware this is very much a budget hotel. The food was nice, drinks are good price, beach only accessable on 1 side but is very nice. Just don't leave your clothes or shoes on your terrace as they WILL get stolen.
