What a stunning store and shopping experience. Beautiful layout and a great selection of brands. All the staff are extremely nice and helpful. Bought so many unique pieces which I love. Poyu helped me get the items I wanted as was looking for particular styles. Service was beyond outstanding. My go to store in Paris.....💜

Magnificent multi-brand store in Paris with an exquisite selection of international brands. I have previously visited the stores in Nyc and London and this one in Paris is special for its staff. Special mention to Luc and Ulrich for their kindness, honesty and professionalism, I will definitely come back to buy again. From Barcelona with love!

My daughter just came back from here and I'm furious. They sold her clothes that are obviously way too big for her, jackets with sleeves missing, faulty jumpers so you can see her chest, things full of holes so I expect her to have caught her death of cold by Christmas. Oh and the hideous clompy shoes! My pretty little girl all in black like a old nun. Someone should complain to the authorities. It's an outrage.

We arrived at a bit of a hectic time, probably due to the sales having just started. It was so busy! But the staff were incredibly helpful and patient, it made the whole shopping experience very pleasant, thank you!

1. Under staffed 2. Missing prices 3. Sales is not clearly marked so you need to ask (check point 1) 4. Got told off for drinking water from a bottle while it was 29 degrees in Paris 5. Not enough changing rooms I feel that the Japan experience was better.
