Dowler Apartments Subiaco

My partner Deb and I booked this apartment for her Son due to needing to be close to the maternity hospital for the very early delivery of his baby who requires a lengthy stay in the NICU unit. Chris went above and beyond to make this happen and even organised to meet us at the apartment to hand over the keys and explain everything to us. We were so grateful due to the urgency of needing accommodation and I cannot thank Chris enough for his assistance in making my sons life that little bit easier knowing he was just a stones throw from his newborn baby and partner

My husband and 3yr old stayed at the Churchill St apartment for 3 nights and the Hay St apartment for 3 nights. Chris organised everything promptly for our stay and was lovely to deal with. The apartments were both extremely clean and comfortable - home away from home with everything thought of. The Churchill apartment was very quiet which was great. The Hay St apartment is located next to a pub. The noise was not bad at all and the pub is great for meals and kids. Both apartments are an easy walk to the centre of Subiaco, loads of parks, the train station etc a fantastic location that prevented car hire. Would definitely stay again!

A wonderful 8 month experience staying at Chris' Subiaco apartment was enjoyed by my wife and I. The apartment was well appointed, clean upon arrival, had very good facilities and the location, being very close to shops and entertainment, was ideal. Chris was very professional in our dealings with a friendly disposition. Yes....it was certainly a wonderful experience.

What a fabulous experience! It is so nice to book a place sight unseen, and to feel that the hosts have tried to think of everything to make your stay a great one. The host, Chris, could not be any friendlier or more accomodating and the apartment was absolutely spotless, and so well appointed. Subiaco is fabulous but the fact that we had such a nice place to return home to each day made our stay that much more special. I cannot rate Dowler Apartments high enough. Top marks!!!!

Had a wonderful stay in Subi with Dowler Apartments. Our stay was for medical reasons which was bought forward 3 weeks from our original booking. Chris was wonderful in finding us a suitable apartment on a Sunday & meeting us at 8pm to show us around. Apartment was comfortable & had everything we needed. Short walk to shops & hospital. Thanks Chris & Connie. Hopefully next time we're there for a holiday.

Our stay at the 3 bed unit in Subi was wonderful. Very well kitted out with everything we needed, very clean throughout and in a perfect location minutes from the station, and next door to plenty of shops of all types. Chris was very helpful and the booking process was nice and simple. It really helped us make the most of our holiday while also giving us somewhere relaxing to wind down after a hard days sightseeing. I would absolutely recommend a stay at one of Chris' apartments.

Our stay at the 2BR apartment at 8/222 Hay Street, Subiaco, was a comfortable one. The apartment was fully equipped and furnished. Very convenient location in Subiaco- aplenty shops and restaurants, with the supermarkets a few minutes drive away. Chris made the entire booking process fuss- free, even the process for checking in & out was automated. We had to extend our stay at the service apartment for 1 additional day due to some unforeseen circumstances, and all we had to do was to sms Chris. Upon checking that the apartment was still vacant for an additional day, the request was quickly granted. Will definitely recommend Dowler Apartments! Thank you for the stay! Regards, Wendy & Family

In early 2020, my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 primary-school-age children) needed a place to live while our house was being renovated. We rented a townhouse from Dowler Apartments at 200 Rokeby Rd ("Quorta") in Subiaco. We stayed for 10 months (significantly longer than we'd originally planned). This was an entirely positive experience from start to finish. Chris and Connie made us feel welcome. The fully furnished apartment was spotlessly clean, faultlessly well-equipped, and ideally located for strolling around Subiaco. I recommend Dowler Apartments without reservation. If I needed to rent again, I would seek them out.
