Hidden gem with a cozy atmosphere – loved the surprise of fairy lights and rustic design. Staff were very friendly.
We tried several dishes:
• Hawaiian Holiday Pizza – thin base, pineapple and fresh basil gave it a nice twist.
• Seasonal Risotto – creamy with mushrooms, peas, and truffle, comforting and rich.
• Chargrilled Scotch Fillet – juicy and tender, perfectly cooked with caramelised onions.
• Slow-Cooked Pork Belly – soft, flavorful, balanced by crispy potatoes.
Dessert: When I entered, I saw three versions of tiramisu in the display – one looked appetizing, one looked collapsed and unappetizing, and there was also a big glass container holding what seemed to be fresh tiramisu. I didn’t plan to order it, but my friend did, and unexpectedly we were served the unappetizing one. Eating it gave the impression that it wasn’t fresh, especially since newer and fresher-looking ones were clearly on display. I’d suggest more care with presentation, or simply not serving a portion if it doesn’t look right. It would be much better if only the fresh and appealing portions were served, as presentation really affects the dining experience.
Overall, food was delicious, staff lovely, and atmosphere unique – just a little more care on dessert would make it 5 stars.
