Decent basic food. We had the braised chicken thigh and the sauce was too salty but the chicken was cooked well. I think it's a poached chicken, not a braised chicken, but it still tasted ok. The rice is normal. Cucumbers were pickled decently as well. The price is a little high but not too high for Long Island City.

I went to Target to spend money i didn't have and then stumbled upon this by accident. It is like 2 blocks away. OMG! The food is soooo gooooooood! I got the white rice with braised pork in brown sauce and a boiled egg and veggies. It really hit the spot. I get cravings for this place all the time and try to come as often as i can to support smaller businesses. Support this place!

Stumbled upon this food cart serving a simple menu of Taiwanese classics so you know ofc I got the luroufan and they have milk mochi also which is hard to find!! LUROU FAN - tender pork, flufyy fry rice, really good strong flavor in the tea egg. What more could you ask for ? Hearty and simple. Gets the job done. MILK MOCHI Never had this before, heard this was a bit of a trendy item gaining some traction. There's corn flake crumble on the top adding subtle crunch and sweetness. It's stretchy and sweet. Really a big fan!! Come here for milk mochi before it blows up!!!
