Absolutely love Doza Yoga! The vibe here is so warm and welcoming, it instantly puts you in a good mood. The classes are the perfect mix of relaxing and energizing, and the instructors make every session feel special. The space is beautiful, calm, and has such great energy. It’s a little escape! 🧘‍♀️💫

This studio made me fall in love with pilates! The instructors are all so welcoming and willing to modify classes to fit your needs, with fairly severe scoliosis maintaining a strong core is super important to me but so if protecting my spine and every instructor has been so helpful. I recommend Leisa’s classes to anyone who feels like their body could use just a little extra love!

I could not be happier to have joined this yoga studio. The different class options offer so much variety and each instructor embodies their own sense of self- making every class a unique experience. I truly look forward to my daily workouts knowing my body and mind will be challenged in the best way. Amazing, calming, and fun yoga session!!! We stayed in Westhampton Beach for a bachelorette party and had Nikayla come to our Airbnb to teach us a private flow class. From coordinating this session months ahead of time to personalizing the class to meet our needs and celebrate the bride, Nikayla was a joy to plan with! She was an incredible teacher, fun to chat with, and gave us great recommendations for the area as well. She even took pictures of us during class which was so sweet. We all had only great things to say and highly recommend Doza Yoga and Nikayla for a private event or an in studio class!

This studio is wonderful, my favorite hot yoga studio in the area. A beautiful, welcoming space. Each instructor so far that I’ve been to is unique and creative in their teaching. I always leave here feeling refreshed.

Doza = my happy place. I have practiced at several studios across multiple states and I have never felt the sense of calm, joy and community that Doza provides when I walk through the door. From the original studio to the beautiful new one, what Nikayla and her crew of beautiful instructors have created is one of a kind. The variety of classes keeps you wanting to go back for a new challenge depending on your mood. I truly don’t know what I would have done the last two years postpartum if I did not find this sanctuary to take care of me. Thank you all for all the energy and love you pour into this space each and every day!

Doza has become my home away from home! I never thought that I would be someone who would like yoga, but Doza has become a part of my daily routine and I couldn’t imagine my life without it. The instructors are so kind and encouraging and always greet you with a smile. These instructors have inspired me so much and they are such an incredible group of women! I would recommend Doza to anyone, every single class they offer is amazing and everyone is phenomenal.

I booked Doza Yoga for my sister's bachelorette party and it was an absolute blast! We had so much fun, it was the perfect activity. We were a large group of 15 and fit well inside the studio and every single one of us was given attention and guidance throughout the session. 10/10 I can not recommend this place enough!!!!

I tried a hot yoga class here through ClassPass while I was in town and really enjoyed my experience at Doza Yoga. The studio is calm and welcoming and also smells fresh and clean. I was able to borrow a mat and a mat towel for free since it was my first time (which I didn't realize was a thing but was much needed since I sweat so much during this class. The classroom was packed but not so much that you couldn't do the movements. The class started out slowly as we moved through a few positions lying down, then worked our way up to standing. There were definitely more advanced people in this class but I would say this is still a beginner friendly workout. The instructor offered modifications throughout and encouraged everyone to go at their own pace. I walked out of class feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the day. Definitely recommend stopping in if you're in the area and are looking for a class!

Enjoyed a hot yoga class on a Saturday morning. Instructor was kind, knowledgeable and provided modifications. Staff was friendly. Studio was clean. Nice bathrooms. Took away 1 star because there were close to 40 ppl packed in one room. Could barely move. Everyone was sitting in puddles of sweat. Too many people in one room.

I've tried a bunch of different studios & really love Doza. The environment is super welcoming & everyone is very friendly. They offer a variety of hot classes. My personal favorite is the mat pilates. All of the instructors are educated, accommodating & motivating.

Doza is the absolute best for anyone looking for a great workout while on vacation! I am in town for 2 months and have gonna to about 10 classes so far at Doza and have loved them all. The teachers are all super welcoming and help you feel very comfortable in the space. I bought the unlimited package the first day I moved here to make sure I stayed on top of working out and I am so happy I did!

After having Nikayla as a teacher at another yoga studio I just had to check out her new spot! I was absolutely in awe. The space is warm and welcoming, especially since hot yoga for some can be intimidating. Attended a Sunday morning class and the vibes were perfection. Class itself did not disappoint either! I left feeling refreshed and at peace!
