I had my first visit with Dr. Carol and Andrea, and it was such a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and at ease. They were both very professional, gentle, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt relaxed, which really helped calm my nerves as a first-time patient. Their kindness and care truly stood out. I also want to appreciate the amazing front desk staff. They were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful with scheduling and answering my questions. Their warm attitude made the entire visit even more pleasant from start to finish. I’m so glad I chose this dental office and would highly recommend Dr. Carol, Andrea, and their wonderful team to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

It’s a pleasure to have Dr. Jin as my dentist. I’ve been a patient of hers for years. She listens to and addresses my dental health with professionalism and class. She’s very gentle, caring and kind. Her office staff is always polite on every call, The hygienist is excellent also.. appointments are available and flexible to my schedule. I truly feel like I’ve found top tier experience each visit.

The whole staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. Angela, the hygienist, was fantastic! She was incredibly gentle, thorough, and informative throughout the entire cleaning. She took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel empowered and positive about my oral hygiene. It's rare to leave a cleaning feeling not only refreshed but motivated to take even better care of your teeth! And of course, Dr. Jin—what an exceptional dentist. She is kind, knowledgeable, and takes the time to really listen and explain. Her approach is not only highly professional but also comforting. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and their long-term health. This was honestly one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. The entire team works together seamlessly, creating an environment that is both highly skilled and genuinely friendly. Check your bill carefully! My insurance was billed for two services I did not receive. I called and followed with Dr. Jin's office. Now, five months later they tried to bill me again. When I called, I was told they are "still working with my insurance". No apology. No admission of a mistake. Something is not right about this offices billing practices!

They are so great! Very gentle, both with the dental practices and the way they communicate any issues. They’ll never make you feel badly about forgetting to floss, but give friendly reminders and tips!
