Dr. Martens Fashion Valley

This place is awesome! 5 out of 5 stars! I came in to look at things, and the person (afab..cant remember their name, but they had short, purple or pink hair) who greeted me was so friendly and explained all the different materials of shoes to me, showed me the different size platforms versus regular sized soles, and answered all my questions! They were so friendly and made me feel not judged. I bought my wife a gift card for $200 and we came back a week later to get her some of her dream shoes! All for $220, I bought her a nice pair of shoes, waterproof cream, another cream to help the shoes from cracking, and an extra pair of laces (rainbow colored, but you can choose from a whole bunch of colors). I will continue to buy only at this Dr. Martens, because of the awesome employees here. Everyone is so nice and knows everything about the shoes and care for them!

Customer service is 11 out of 10! As I had difficulty settling on the right size & model of the shoe I wanted, I had to visit this location 3 times within the same week making multiple exchanges (never wore the shoes outside, only tested on feet for certain periods inside my home). I didn't catch their names, but the ladies working at this location never judged me for the number of times I asked to exchange the shoes to find the right fit. Their insight on the shoe models and their recommendations led me to finding the right pair for me. I appreciate their hospitality and customer service - highly recommend a visiting this location if interested in a pair of Docs!

Friendly staff who held a specific pair of shoes for us. Our cashier didn't know how to correct a register mistake but it was entertaining to watch her struggle with the math.

I just got my first pair of doc martins today as we speak and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Lisa!! So sweet and made me and my bf feel so welcomed. I have never left a review online before and I just had to. She is the best!!☺️❤️

The selection of shoes was amazing but the customer service was lacking. The salesperson was unfriendly to the point of being rude. She wouldnt help us find what we wanted, got the shoes and stood and stared as my daughter tried them on, and then basically threw the bag at me after I made a purchase. Wouldn't shop there again.

Awesome place and friendly people. You think you're saving money buying online, but instead you're depleting your local economy! Shop local and see, feel and try all your favorite Docs yourself! Avoid shipping trash, get the right size and color the first time!

Super friendly and helpful staff. We had to do a shoe exchange, even though the store was crowded and busy we were helped quickly and was able to exchange our shoes in about 10 minutes and be out the door

This store is absolutely fabulous. To start, I was greeted by a friendly Abby and she made sure that everyone was taken care of and assured that their place in line would be speedy. I was very very pleased with her ability to ensure the COVID guidelines throughout the store. I was next introduced to the manager Madi. While it was a busy day, she kept her composure and acted professionally. From on manager to another, I believe she has the capability to run a store by herself and lead an fantastic crew of employees. Furthermore, I was introduced to the wonderful employee Claire. To say she was helpful would be an understatement. She made sure the shoe was a right fit and that I felt comfortable creating a new look for myself! She began to tell me of her experience at Doc Martens and how she went from seasonal to a part of the permanent crew. It was truly remarkable to hear how she is so successful. I think she would be the best candidate to be an assistant manager or crew team lead. A promotion is the least that she deserves! Keep up that work Claire and bring it to all your endeavors.
