Inside you’ll find a dimly lit doctor’s office, where the very best medication is available to those in need of healing: the drinks are beautifully executed, complex and layered creations. The atmosphere is relaxed and the bartenders are very well experienced. House rules state you should turn off you cameras and phones and give yourself to the atmosphere of the place. Decent service, but they switched between customers, which made the shopping process slow. The assistant could not speak Dutch, which makes communication less easy.

She explained to us with pleasure and patience and smiling face the differences between all soft leather and hard leather, such a friendly and smart employee with best communication skills and because of her we ended up buying 2 pair of Dr. Martens shoes instead of 1. Excellent product and excellent service. The employee took her time to explain about the different varieties of shoes available to be sure I got something I was happy with, and after trying on a few I felt confident in my decision. She carefully explained how to maintain them and be sure they'll last as long as possible. Would absolutely recommend the product itself, and if you're in Rotterdam, this is the place to buy them from.

The shop was pretty busy when I visited but even though that was the case, employees found the time to help me pick the perfect shoes for me. Downside of picking the shoes there is that you have to ask for your size and wait for them to bring it to you, so it's not a quick visit during more busy hours. But I have to say, the employees have been really nice and helpful. The store offer discounts for students, so you may use it if you are still getting your education.

Last December I bought the new shoes from The Met series at the Dr Martens store in Rotterdam. However, the laces were already broken the next day. I went back to the store and even though they didn't have the same color laces, the employees helped me as best they could. At home I decided to send a message to customer service. I was hoping they had extra laces lying around somewhere. However, they didn't have this and their solution was to return my shoes to the store. However, they no longer had the shoes in stock in my size so I would get my money back. I have decided to keep the shoes and buy laces elsewhere because the shoes themselves are fantastic. The only reason I'm raising this is that I think they give their customers who spend quite a lot of money on their shoes a better solution than; return the shoes. I think it would be a good idea to have extra laces in stock, for example.

I've been to this establishment over 10 times and every time I went the employees where kind and professional. They knew exactly what they where selling and how to assist in choosing the product that fits your needs the best. I cannot wait to go back to this store!!!!
