Dragon Cay Resort

Incredible views, breathtaking! The resort and island are peaceful, quiet, relaxing and have the absolute, most beautiful beaches and water in the world! This was our second time visiting Turks and Caicos, first time staying at Dragon Cay. I booked a year in advance and kept in contact often to make sure plans were good to go. They reserved a vehicle for us, we’re always quick to respond and gladly answered all of my questions! The onsite restaurant is only open a few hours each day, I understand why, however it would have been nice if hours were longer. Although this forced us to cook in our cottage or go explore more to find places to eat! Cottage was clean, everything worked, the screened in porch was perfect!

The choices for staying on middle caicos is limited......Dragon Cay was safe, clean, and a good location to travel between North and Middle beaches and sites. We stayed in DragonView villa. Regina property manager was excellent and responsive. We needed salt/pepper and a blanket for the full size couch. Just know this is not a luxury villa; Basic needs are met with A/C, microwave, coffee pot, small stove/oven, they brought us a grill (we took our food over for 2 days on the ferry to grill for dinner). Cool property with a hiking trail and sundial (amazing views for sunrise/sunset), Limestone staircase cave to secret beach. Mudjun Harbour beach on site was windy and not calm but a nice change. We also went to Bambarra beach and Pelican Beach resort (nice calm beach) for a lunch at Barracuda (awesome). We did not have a chance to try the on site restaurant at Dragon Cay as they are only open from 11a-3p daily.

What a magical place! We received a warm welcome and great service from Regina. The view from the Sunset Cottage is breathtaking. It’s the perfect spot to relax and very central to all the attractions in Middle and North Caicos. The accommodation was clean, and the housekeeping staff was very attentive. We loved it! Dragon Cay is stunning – dramatic rock formations, secluded beach, and crystal-clear water. Perfect for a quiet escape and incredible photos. Regina took care of everything we needed.

We loved our stay. Mudjin is absolutely gorgeous. Our unit was bright and clean. It had a fully equipped kitchen. We felt safe and secure no worries in the world. It was wonderful falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. We just wished the bushes were cut lower to get a better view. But otherwise we had no complaints

I live in Providenciales with my wife and son, this is my favourite place on earth. The most lush peaceful place, feel so refreshed coming back to Provo after a long weekend here. When you arrive on the ferry from Provo, I recommend hiring a car and driving to Dragon Cay, will take around 30 mins.

Dragon Cay Resort is the best place to stay. We stayed in Sunrise which has the best view! The cottage is perfect for 2 people with everything you need to make some meals. I do wish it had a grill but nothing we could do without. It's really very amazing being on the beach all by yourself at evening and walking 5 minutes to your place for the night! Regina was super attentive and really friendly! Someday I wish to chat longer with her. Thank you Dragon Cay Resort. We hope to be back and stay longer! However, we didn't see this adorable dog as mentioned in other posts other than briefly the first day. That makes us sad!!

My husband and I had the most perfect trip to Dragon Cay Resort!! It was worth the time and effort to make the trek out to Middle Caicos. We had lunch at the restaurant most days, and made dinner in Sunrise Cottage each night (with groceries that we ordered in Provo and carried over on the ferry). A car rental is a must. ||If you like lots of people, luxurious accommodations, and lots of things to do - this is not the trip for you. If you like hours alone on the most gorgeous beaches, with nights in a (sparkling clean) airy beach cottage — this is the trip and this is the place for you!!||We drove to Bambarra Beach early in the mornings to enjoy the solitude on that beach before the first ferry arrived; we toured Conch Bar Caves (quick but worth the time in our opinions), did a quick walk through nearby Indian Cave, drove to North Caicos for lunch and Pumpkin Bluff Beach (off the beaten path, but worth the time).||Dragon Cay Resort was the perfect home base - remote, but not so much that it felt unsafe. The stars at night were beautiful . The staff was very helpful and accommodating - but we didn’t really need anything from them because everything was in order when we arrived! Secret Beach was our favorite. We hope to come back soon before everyone finds out about this place!
