I usually get a delivery order every week. It is hard to park over there and I love the delivery option. But some folks will leave food on my front steps and walk away which is rude considering I’ve tipped them in advance. But the food is consistent and they make the best pork.

Great place to eat! Staff funny and friendly. food is delicious and fresh and are not mediocre in any way. Excellent, I’m definitely coming back.

I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. The woman who manages the counter has an alarming lack of respect for her customers, often responding with rudeness that leaves a sour taste long before you even take a bite of food. Not only that but every time I've placed an order, they've managed to get it wrong upon my arrival. To make matters worse, the food has a distinctly stale quality as if it has been sitting around far too long before making its way to your plate. Overall, the experience is more disappointing than satisfying.

The rice smells a little strange and there are plastic fragments.

Ordered online. Order never received. Called the store and delivery driver and got the full run-around after waiting an hour. The online servicer contacted me about delivery as the delivery driver supposedly left the food outside even though I left clear delivery instructions as I live in an apartment building with no lobby. The online servicer offered a refund for the order.

I ordered food tonight , shrimp with broccoli and white rice with the brown sauce on the rice and other things , but the shrimp and broccoli had a like garbage / feet smell to it . I called to complain (I had it delivered) , and to get a replacement I wanted something different and they basically said no one else is complaining so you’re wrong and if you want to get a replacement I have to come to the store and get it because we’re not sending the driver back to your house . Never again !!!

Unfortunately I just didn't like the way the food tasted and won't be ordering from here again. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and my friend had General Tso's. IDK what it was but the chicken just had an off taste. I also ordered spring rolls and they did not taste good either. Maybe it was an off night? IDK but it was enough for me to not want to eat from there again. The workers were very nice however. Over the phone though and the delivery guy - both very nice.

0 stars! Ok let's start of saying they are rude. The place is dirty. I walked out and a rat ran over my foot...GROSS, DISGUSTED! I threw my food away. When a Chinese store sells tobacco products don't expect the best quality or service, even if it's take out.

I ordered food today at 8:30 pm through beyond menu. The time for delivery was to be at 9:38 pm. At about 10:00 pm I called to inquire about my order. They told me a manager would have to call me back in a few because I placed the order through the app beyond menu. 20 minutes go by and I call back. Because at this point it's 1 hrs and 30min late. My number is blocked. I ask my daughter to call, and they pick up and tell her the same thing. 15min more go by and nothing. I call from my cell, but again my number is blocked. I call from the house phone it goes through. The lady tries to tell me the same thing about a manager calling me. I told her, they said that almost 1hr 40min ago. And why is it they have my numbers blocked? She doesn't answer and keeps stating the same thing. Then 10 minutes later, a man from the restaurant calls yelling about why I'm calling so much from different numbers. He can make my order now, 3 hours later or not. Then hang up on me. I WILL NEVER BUY FOOD FROM THESE IDIOTS AGAIN. AND ILL BE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW, TO ALSO NOT ORDER FROM THESE TRIFLING PLACE!!!

Food was the best Chinese I've found in the orange/east orange area. Great service and quick delivery.

My food was missing the General Tso's Shrimp I ordered. When I called, a woman who spoke perfectly good English said someone would call back. Of course, no one called back. I called and a man with not so good English said that wasn't his problem. So, I guess they got $11.50 and I got nothing. Will not order from this place again.

My delivered experience this evening: Ordered shrimp and broccoli with white rice, it was delicious, shrimp was pretty big, broccoli were perfectly cooked, adequate sauce, and taste much fresher than others. My sister ordered the half chicken with plantains which was tasty. Plantains weren't as thin as most and fried enough. The fried chicken was ok (skin was crispy but felt as if the meat should've been less chewy. Delivery was quick (20 minutes) after ordering and driver was nice. Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend!

Gross, just gross. Our usual takeout was not available, so we went with this nightmare! The food is nasty, no taste, too salty. We wasted $18.00. I will never ever eat there again. Just horrible. Do yourself a favor and NEVER go there!

We are from out of town and needed some dinner. We order takeout and I have to say, were pleasantly surprised! To start the employee who took our order was very positive and clear. They estimated 30 minutes, and were here in 35 minutes - right on time. The delivery guy was very positive and very nice. We gave him an unexpected extra tip because of the service so far! Now to the food.. we order the all day combo meals for $6.95 but we received a lot of food, and it was delicious! Would definitely recommend and order again.

If it is possible to rate a Chinese Take Out place with ZERO stars, this would be that place. In a gullible moment, I made the critical mistake of falling for a few (obviously contrived) Yelp! reviews. Note the multiple Reviews from "Ping Y." I am only praying that I will wake up tomorrow morning without Montezuma's Revenge ... or worse. Each dish we ordered from Dragon Phoenix was worse than the previous one. Szechuan Shrimp ... consisted of a few tired, mealy, over sauced shrimp drowned in more onions than any other ingredient. Black Pepper Chicken was deep fried in so much batter ... that the chicken was nowhere to be found. Bean Curd w/mixed vegetables ... mostly onions and peppers, and tasteless and disgusting. Roast Pork Hunan Style ... you couldn't find the meat with a microscope. Plus, one cold, very cabbage-y Egg Roll. How can you f-up an Egg Roll??? I should've known better when the guy at the other end of the phone told me they didn't have Brown Rice (only White or Yellow?? Rice). I should have gone with my instinct: and cancelled the order, then and there. My advice to my local Yelpers: Avoid this place ... like the plague.

This by far trumps all other Chinese establishments withing it's delivery radius. They serve delicious tasty food that never disappoints. I've tried from a few places but this one is just amazing, unlike the disappointment's I've had with the other establishments. Their lunch special are great, the egg rolls and friend dumplings are pretty good too. You can even order online on their website, I couldn't ask for more. This is the place you want to get your Chinese take out from!
