Our kids had a wonderful time here, especially with the comfort of the stay. The check-in was smooth, and the staff was polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. Its location was perfect for our early airport drop. Ideal for a night’s rest before a long flight. Good food options nearby made it more convenient. The stay was very enjoyable and the food was good. The room was very spacious and quite modern. The washroom was a bit small but satisfactory. The inclusion of the projector and everything bring remote controlled made the experience all the more enjoyable.

The staff behavior is third class. The only draw of the hotel is the good rooms and location. Horrifying staff behavior with no manners on how to treat guests. Specially towards women I suggest try avoiding staying there if you are traveling alone. These staffs are not just unruly they lack basic etiquettes. Who have uploaded a detailed video of there behavior if there was an option.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The room condition was poor — the AC wasn’t working properly, making it uncomfortable. To make things worse, water suddenly started leaking into the room. When I reported it, the staff casually mentioned it was due to a known water leakage issue. This level of service and maintenance is unacceptable. Definitely not worth the price or the inconvenience.
