Dragonfly Hotel - The Art Hotel

We were initially hesitant to book due to the mixed reviews, but thankfully we made the right choice! Our stay was a great experience, the room was comfortable, the service was good, and the food was delicious. The complimentary breakfast was a lovely surprise with a fantastic spread. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the strong cigarette smell in the washroom when we first arrived, something that should have been checked before handing over the room. Aside from that, everything was wonderful. Thank you to the Dragonfly team for being such great hosts.

We booked the Inspire Outdoor theme for a birthday celebration at Rs 6,000, which included buffet lunch. While the food quantity was good, the taste was just okay. The additional Rs 1,500 smoke effect wasn't worth it due to the outdoor space. We also faced issues with photography due to sunlight and improper backdrop setup. The 'Happy Birthday' balloons are already used didn't meet our expectations. Overall, we were disappointed with the experience, especially considering the total cost was Rs 7,500.

Last time the room was good but this to me it was basic and when I came there was only one water bottle no tissue no hand lotion and hair dryer isn't working. Next day water bottles have been kept and tissue too. Over all it good.

Started for more than 20 days here the service was top notch the staff was very helpful and friendly. The food and quality is also good . Room that I was given has very amazing view and was really spacious
