Dragonfly Hotel - The Art Hotel

An Exceptional Dining Experience! I had the pleasure of dining at cocoon-dragonfly, and I can confidently say it was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. From start to finish, everything was outstanding. The menu offered a wonderful variety of dishes, and each one was beautifully crafted. I started with soup,which was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. For the main course, I had paneer, and it was absolutely divine—perfectly cooked, with fresh, high-quality ingredients that were clearly prepared with care and expertise. The balance of flavors was spot-on, and every bite was a delight. The dessert, was the perfect way to end the meal—rich yet refreshing, and a true testament to the chef's talent. Not only was the food exceptional, but the service was top-notch as well. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, offering thoughtful suggestions and making sure our experience was flawless from start to finish. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable meal. The combination of great food, fantastic service, and inviting atmosphere makes it a true gem. I can't wait to return!

Worth a surprise package for sure. Great experience for special occasions, Amazing ambience. Food was good too. Their events team is superb - BUT horrible maintenance and guest service. They behave as if they did us a favour by allowing us all the resources. CAUTION: Reception staff is quite rude, a lot of the stuff wasn’t working in the room, we got 5 kettle replacements - all dirty. Even the phone wasn’t working. But Tapanji from housekeeping was helpful.

I recently stayed at Dragon fly hotel and had an exceptional experience! The staff were friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was lively and sophisticated, and the ambience was cozy and inviting. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to attractions and restaurants. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The location was great, and I booked a Deluxe room, which, although small, was clean and tidy. The bed linens and towels were fresh. The hotel staff was very helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. Dinner was included in my package; while there wasn't a buffet, I could order from a menu and the food was delicious. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay.

It's a good hotel to stay for a couple of nights. They do have some facilities for a romantic time for couples which can be availed. Breakfast was awesome. They have a humongous fruit platter. I would not recommend the Italian dishes as it's just all cheese. All in all a good place to stay with your partner/family.

I had a wonderful stay! All the staff were amazing, kind, and always helpful with anything I needed. The only issue during my visit was the noise from outside in the evenings. There seemed to be a festival nearby with loud music that lasted until midnight. Other than that, everything was perfect. The food was delicious, and the waiters were incredibly friendly and attentive. Overall, a great experience!

Thanks for your hospitality and great service. We had great fun, enjoyed the stay with phenomenal decor and the good vibe. The food was very tasty. All over a very happy and beautiful time we had with Dragonfly Hotel. One suggestion - the time slot given to stay should be more than as per the costs. Probably you can only make one booking for a day and give them a 9 hour slot then it would work wonders.
