Dragonfly Hotel - The Art Hotel

Had an amazing time and all the arrangements were just perfect. Everything was just as asked for and complete process was hassle free. The decor and music was great and amazing food. It was a truely memorable day and worth every penny spent.

This hotel does not look like the one in the pictures please dont be fooled they said they upgraded us and the room looked nice but it smelled like bug spray in the hallways and in room and the A/C would not work, room temperature was 27.5 celsius. The staff tried to fix the A/C but no luck but did not understand what we meant about bug spray and the dangers, we were switched to the room type I originally ordered (the one with a cool design from bedroom to bathroom split) and wow it was in bad shape except for the bed and A/C. The art walk way is not existing just a bunch of random pieces stacked in the hallways, no kitchen to go eat at just room service, and hallways are all hot and humid. I would say staff were okay especially during check out trying to get a great review which they push but for the price I paid 7,560 rupee this was a terrible experience PLEASE go to a nice hotel for that price i have paid half that amount and stayed at an amazing hotel.

One of the best hotels in Andheri (east). Rooms are good and spacious. Service provided is really good. Food is really good and more than sufficient for the prices mentioned in the menu and even the taste is really good. Staff is very polite and friendly. Only suggestion would be to keep all the kits like dental, hair and shaving without having to inform at reception. My room did not have shaving kit when asked at reception i was told it will provided only if we ask. I would suggest you to keep it in every room whether customer asks or not. Other than that keep up the good job and thank you for treating me well. I had a nice stay and look forward to staying with you again.

For a traveler from the west, first time in Mumbai, THIS HOTEL is the place to stay. And here's why: There are hotels on every block in this city. On the internet, they all look wonderful. And the prices range from $28 a night on up. I stayed a few nights in a $50 per night place....it was fair. I stayed in another $50 per night place, it was terrible. Then I came over to The Dragonfly..... $87 per night.....a GREAT value!!! Everything a traveler wants and needs: comfort, service, convenience, great customer care. After my first night here, I booked it for the rest of the month, my entire stay. The room is large, clean, and comfortable. Free wifi with plug adapters already built in, .excellent room service and housekeeping. And the food--the 24/7 room service--is spectacular and very reasonably priced. The bathroom is actually a triad: shower, toilet, sink-and-mirror, each separate. A big, comfortable, CLEAN bed. The street view outside: clean, bustling, an organized area of the city. Definitely the place to stay in Mumbai. Very reasonably priced for the value received. Here's the test: if you were a parent of a college-aged kid visiting Mumbai, this is the hotel you would want him/her to stay at. It has everything from safety to comfort.

Yes..!! everything was so great. we don’t have any complaints . We really liked the atmosphere, decoration, hotel staff and the food was very delicious. You guys don't just provide a service, you do so much more than that. Thankful for everything…!!

Hello, I alongwith my family stayed here for one week and just because of the 24/7 service of staff and comfortness in the rooms which made our stay very memorable. Special thanks to Mr. Gyasuddin and Mr. Raju the helping staff of this lovely hotel and they both were always be their for us for anything. The Art of this hotel is very beautiful and every single painting is next level. Once and thank you for making our visit to Mumbai a memorable trip.

The rooms in the hotels are fine but the ac doesn't work properly. We even changed rooms but the hotel in total doesn't have a proper air conditioning system. They don't let us set the temperature on our own. Ac is a real problem in this hotel. And the food is good but the pricing is on the higher side. Overall it's not suggested to come here because the total experience wouldn't be favourable.
