Dragonfly Hotel - The Art Hotel

We were initially hesitant to book due to the mixed reviews, but thankfully we made the right choice! Our stay was a great experience, the room was comfortable, the service was good, and the food was delicious. The complimentary breakfast was a lovely surprise with a fantastic spread. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the strong cigarette smell in the washroom when we first arrived, something that should have been checked before handing over the room. Aside from that, everything was wonderful. Thank you to the Dragonfly team for being such great hosts.

Excellent room service by Mr.Tapan. He made our stay very comfortable. Nice Hotel. Great breakfast buffet options. AC cooling is also excellent. We had a comfortable stay. Restaurant staff is also good.

It was lovely stay at the hotel, The receptionist Mr Uday warmly welcomed us and made sure we were comfortable. The housekeeper Mr Raju was very helpful and great customer service skill, he made sure we had everything throughout our stay. The Room Service food was very delicious and was open for 24hrs. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The stay was very good. They allowed me for early check in and late check out. Also they upgraded my room due to availability issue. Armaan Shaikh was very helpful during the stay and gave excellent service. Must try.
