"The 18-hole, par-72 mountainside course has several water features and views of the Las Vegas Strip from every hole. Golf course architects Jay Morrish and David Druzisky took advantage of the canyons and hillsides of the McCullough Range site, with wide fairways, large greens, and an expansive practice facility." - Travel + Leisure Editors

I recently attended an event at Dragonridge Country Club and was blown away. The facility updates are beautiful, the food was fantastic, and the service was top notch. This is a wonderful location to host an event or wedding. You will be so pleased.

Had a nice 50th Birthday here. I got the Cerified Angus Ribeye, Baked Potatoes and Wedge Salad with Ranch cause I don't really care for Blue Cheese. We halfed the potatoe and Wedge which was enough for two. The ribeye was perfect, cooked medium. Very moist. Lava cake was dessert which is made to order. And an Old Fashion drink. Our waiter Steve was the best. Always checking up on us and treating me for dessert.

Our organization cant thank you enough for helping us to put on a successful event. The Event Coordinator, Courtney, was excellent at helping us to plan and execute everything. Her communication and ideas were most helpful. The room was fabulous, the service was top notch and everyone was so accommodating. We will be recommending Dragon Ridge Country Club as a venue to other committees within our organization. Thank you so much, Courtney!

We absolutely love DragonRidge Country Club! Courtney is the absolute best and her team makes sure all the weddings run so smoothly. Every wedding is run as smoothly as possible and you can tell they all really care about the experience that they provide to their clients. It's a gorgeous location to get married, and we are so honored to document love stories here. If you're looking for an upscale, exquisite place to get married - DragonRidge should be at the top of your list. We can't wait to be back for more weddings in the future.

Google
Such an AMAZING location for a wedding venue...which I've recently had! Every staff member was so great and accommodating. Courtney Livingston was just a joy to work with. 1000% recommend!!

Google
Went to the Country Club to participate in the inaugural Las Vegas Concourse for Classic Cars. While the cars were beautiful, the golf course looked and felt like AstroTurf™. The course itself is unimaginative and very basic. Surrounding the country club are spec houses for a very pedestrian view. The club house is architecturally simple and has few amenities and services.

Google
We had the absolute pleasure of hosting our WIPA Las Vegas Q1 2025 event at DragonRidge Country Club and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the breathtaking views to the impeccable service, every detail was executed flawlessly. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience and the venue provided the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable event. Courtney and her team were such a joy to work with! We are so grateful for their hospitality and can’t wait to work with them again in the future. Highly recommend DragonRidge for any special event!

Yelp
If you ever get the chance to play Dragon Ridge Country Club, don't pass it up! Yes, it's a private club - but it's a great place to play! The clubhouse is beautiful! The staff is very friendly! The golf course is in great condition! The carts have onboard GPS. The views are crazy amazing! What's not to love? I can't tell you because I didn't find anything I didn't like about the experience. I highly recommend the course!

Yelp
DragonRidge Country Club is my favorite place to spend time! It's so clean and well-maintained, all the staff know my name and make me feel welcome, prices are reasonable for the high quality received, and they always have awesome events for the holidays. I love sharing time here with my friends, including ones with small children for Halloween and Christmas. Membership is well worth the investment. We get so much value from dining, music, great food, kid-friendly activities, holiday events, fitness, and massage. This is a must have for my life and I'm thankful to be part of this friendly and upscale club!

Charlie H.

Yelp
One of a kind golf course where the layout is fun, challenging, but fair and not at all overly complicated. Course is well maintained, greens are smooth and the fairways are wide. Rough is currently punishing although that may change. Spectacular views of the strip and Las Vegas valley on many of the holes. The staff and service are what you expect from a private club and the pro shop has lots of cool DragonRidge logo gear which reminds me of Game of Thrones (House of the Dragon). The clubhouse and dining facilities are also what you expect from a country club - excellent and a very friendly environment from both staff and members alike. Tennis, pool area and fitness center is still under construction but looks to be very good once it is complete.

Yelp
I was planning on getting married here last year and when I came to tour it was so beautiful but the wedding coordinator was just rushing me and not really answering my questions. Then it clicked and came to me that according to their social media only 1 black person can get married here per year. It was brought to my attention. Really sad. But if you are looking for a good wedding venue go to Red Rock or Tina at bears best was great at coordinating our wedding.

Yelp
We came here with a reservation & got seating the outside patio area. There are not much to see as a view here besides the busy parking lot. We got very good service though. The foods came out very delicious & reasonable. I am still craving the French toast, no greasy but crunchy.

Yelp
I go to a monthly lunch there and today's food wasn't sufficient for prisoners. They served the salad made entirely of those weed type greens that was wilted, they had just enough to cover the white of the plate, and one single tiny tomato, with a drizzle of dressing. I had to ask what the entree was as it was unrecognizable as food. It turned out to be a pork chop that was literally 1/8th of an inch in thickness, over watery mashed potatoes, and three green beans. The green beans were the best and only part that was satisfactory. Then the dessert......was in like a sample size plastic shot glass. I can't tell you what it was, sort of a green mouse, with a graham cracker bottom, and some whipped cream. This lunch couldn't have consisted of 250 calories it was so ridiculous. It was like they've gone bankrupt despite that I paid $40 to the club for this lunch. For this reason, I will never again attend a lunch at Dragon Ridge.

Yelp
Been a member as we live in community. Golf course very well maintained, food at restaurants is quite good and has a very extensive selection and great service.

Yelp
This is a hidden gem that's for sure. If I ever get married again this will be a place to be. I live down the street and didn't even know the this place exist until I was invited into a wedding. The place is surrounded with beautiful homes and beautiful view of nice desert mountains. The ballrooms here are wonderful and the staff in the function room where I was at were amazing. The food they serve here are actually good too. I will actually recommend this place if you're looking to celebrate any big events that you might have in the future. You just have to go and check it out yourself.

Naomi N.

Yelp
Tried to book a tour here for our wedding. Some automated response came back two days later and didn't answer the question I asked. I replied back to schedule a tour and still haven't heard anything. Very unprofessional. How about NO STARS.

Sandra L.

Yelp
I was at Dragon Ridge for my nephews wedding. It was just beautiful!!! Very nicely decorated and very easy going from the wedding area to the reception. The food was very good!! We had a few different protein options and they were all very good. The views at night of the city were outstanding! Pictures did not do it justice. I actually wish I had taken more pictures. The staff here was very friendly. I definitely recommend looking at Dragon Ridge for any event you may have coming up, but especially for a wedding.

Yelp
We were invited to play DragonRidge this past Friday for a Father's Day special event. No foliage whatsoever and the clubhouse is very underwhelming. The course itself is surrounding by rocks and houses, and the layout is not challenging at all. The elevation changes quite a bit and there are Strip views from most holes, but this was honestly the highlight. There is a lot of construction around and loud banging interrupted our game on numerous occasions, not to mention debris from said construction caught in the rocks surrounding the course. No shade, no trees, not a very nice course to be on - and nowhere to escape from the sun.

Stefany V.

Yelp
This is just a review for their tennis courts. Came here recently for a four-day tournament, and I like how close the courts are to the front gate. There's ample parking and it's a gorgeously landscaped area. Courts themselves are in good condition, and they have lessons (adults or kids) and leagues available. There are 6 courts, with lighting for late games, and benches on the court for players and spectators. There's also a raised walk way with tables and chairs for additional seating, which is appreciated but unfortunately poorly placed, as the sun will be in your eyes for most games due to the high roof and low seats.

Yelp
Another 5 Star golf course in my book.....if you get a chance to play Dragon Ridge, make sure you take your time and enjoy everything this course has to offer. The course is tucked atop the most exclusive area of McDonald's Ranch in Henderson. The golf course is very challenging and the elevations and valleys will fool your eyes into believing the distances are not what they appear to be. Despite it's tough layout, it's a very fun course. The views of the Las Vegas Valley are amazing! The greens are very fast on this course, so bring your A-Game and make sure you hit the practice green before you step up to the 1st Tee! If you play this course during the Summer, make sure you buy some water to bring with you during the round, because it gets really hot! I'm accustomed to playing in the desert and normally don't have any issues with playing in 100+ degree heat, but this course for some reason must have a magnifying glass hovering above it.....it was a scorcher! The food in the clubhouse is very good.....what you would expect for an exclusive private golf club. Will I return? The next opportunity I get!

Yelp
Played here yesterday afternoon with 3 of my best friends. Our casino host recommended it as it is her favorite course in the area and luckily she got us out! This course is absolutely stunning and perfect. The course was in immaculate shape. Tee boxes were like velvet. Fairways were the purist I have ever seen. Staff is very nice, views are stunning. Every hole is exciting, no two holes are alike. If you get a chance, this is a must stop for anyone looking for a great day on the course.

Yelp
Sorry my review is so late. My daughter was married at Dragon Ridge on April 6, 2019. We held the ceremony and the reception at the country club and everything was outstanding from the food to the service to the elegance of the resort. Rachel who handled all of our needs for the ceremony and reception did an amazing job and you must request her if you plan to use Dragon Ridge. It was the first venue we looked at and after seeing at least five others went straight back to Dragon Ridge. I knew when we walked in I wanted to have our event there and there was absolutely no disappointments. amazing everything! please consider them when having an event and please ask for Rachel.

Yelp
We went golfing for thanksgiving and it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we got there to the moment it ended. They took us to the drive range and made sure we had balls the whole time we were hitting. Then when it was t time they took us to the first hole and made sure we knew what we were doing and send us on our way. It was my first time golfing and I had a lot of fun.

Yelp
Don't mess with this place as they don't get customer service. Played on a business trip and was shocked this is a private club. It's a private club if you buy into their housing development...the course track is resort course quality...maintenance nothing special..staff is rude and not worth dealing with. I will never waste my time or money with them again.

Yelp
Unfortunately we were not impressed. My husband & I were spending a nice weekend in Vegas for Fathers Day. Though the golf was really nice, the customer service was poor and the restaurant was horrible. For the restaurant we both ordered the special which was steak & eggs. The steak was supposed to be 2 pieces of Filet Mignon with the eggs and toast. When we received our breakfast, each dish only had one piece of Filet Mignon each, so the waitress had two more on order which came after we were done eating everything else. They were extremely slow with only one other table so it's a good thing we arrived early. Back to breakfast... This steak was so small, literally three bites and it was gone. My orange slice was bigger than the steak, seriously. I would rather they served one larger piece instead of the two tiny pieces. It may have helped soften the blow. When the other two tiny pieces of steaks arrived, they were definitely NOT Filet Mignon and even smaller. Visually they didn't look right and well the taste confirmed it. We asked to speak with the chef, he refused to come out to see our complaint or address the situation and told the server we indeed got Filet Mignon and to basically just deal with it because without seeing, he was right and we were wrong. That is by far the most we have ever paid for eggs and toast with three bites of meat. For the golf experience, when we initially got there to check in, there was no one at the counter for a good 5 minutes. When someone finally arrived they didn't apologize for the wait, nor did he welcome us. (I wish I remembered his name.) He wasn't very friendly or outgoing at all and we didn't feel welcomed at all, so we decided against purchasing any merchandise. My husband has collected a shirt from ever golf course he has ever been to, so not getting a shirt was a first ever. (Made up for the money wasted on breakfast I guess.) For the price paid there are so many other options to choose from when visiting Vegas that are much more pleasant and welcoming and even better in the breakfast department. For us it's the whole experience so this was very disappointing. All I can say is... been there, done that, wont go again and unfortunately don't recommend.

Yelp
Very nice and certainly very challenging. We had some Heros who insisted playing from the Championship tees. Don't unless you are a strong and accurate hitter off the tee. Several holes require a carry of 180 mtrs or more. The 18th requires a carry of 206 mtrs! It is a challenging course that needs to be played more than once. With wind and cold, it gets quite formidable. It is hard to have a high score unless your handicap is more generous than it ought to be or you take liberties when someone is not looking, say with the foot joy wedge.

Robert W.

Yelp
Wow! I've been playing this golf course since before they were actually open as a private country club, and this was the best condition I've ever seen the course in. Kudos to the Superintendent and his staff, this place was unbelievable and the best course I've played this year. They have a beautiful clubhouse with some incredible views of the city, and the houses surrounding this are amazing. Inside staff at the bar was great, as were outside services.

Yelp
My cousin had her wedding here and it was alot of fun. Such a classy and fairly new looking space. Named Dragon ridge after the rock ridge which residents call the sleeping dragon, the club sits atop a hill so you there's scenic views of rolling hills, canyons, rock formations, and some multimillion dollar homes. The best view though is from their grand ball room. It's a panoramic of the strip which was right behind the head table. (http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/wwIoF2go-DF-ZbCBVoO-dA?select=5UoASJvovfFzp-eUCiFfWQ) Some of the passed appetizers were duck confit , prawn spring rolls, etc. I had prime rib for my entree and it was still juicy. All the food was pretty good and the servers were all really friendly. My only negative would be that their cocktail and reception area was a little small for the 200 or so people. And, their AC units couldn't keep up with the 111 degree heat outside and extra body heat inside. It was just soooooo hot everywhere. Otherwise a gorgeous place, I dont golf but this place is super popular for it.

Russell B.

Yelp
Probably the most stunning and challenging course I have ever played (and I am a member at a Jack Nicklaus designed course in canada). I shot off the cobalt tees (6400 ish yards) and thoroughly enjoyed my round. I was a little surprised they didn't have the equivalent of a Vegas showgirl driving the drink cart, but that's a pretty minor caveat in the grand scheme if things. The tee shots were the most difficult, because there are a couple of blind shots and often you are hitting over vast expanses before you even hit fairway. My short game was terrible so I also got to experience plenty of their sand, it was consistently hard, but at least it was consistent so you knew what you were getting into. Overall I have to give this course 5 stars because it is the best I have ever played.

Grayz C.

Yelp
Hubby and I got invites for a friend's party. The function room where the party was held was spacious for dancing yet intimate enough for dining. Food is good. Service is superb. View of the strip is magnificent. Plus plus plus for the open bar. Yay!!!

Maki K.

Yelp
Played golf here on a Wed as part of a stroke play tournament. I was so excited to play b/c I've heard good things. I ended up enjoying my entire experience here. This course is beautiful and well manicured. From tee to green, this course is close to flawless. The greens aren't that fast, but can sneak up on you at times. As for lay-out, there are some quirky weird holes like #10, but all in all it's a fun lay-out. The desert rocks can be challenging to hit out of and damaging to your clubs if you are inaccurate with shots. As for practice amenities, there is a large grass range and large putting green. Not sure if there was a chipping practice area or not. Staff is super friendly and attentive. The carts have GPS and an ice chest to keep things cool in the hot summer heat. All in all, it is truly a country club experience. I would love to play here again!

Jennifer M.

Yelp
When in Las Vegas, the last place I expect to be is at a country club. But, here I was, and this is my review. Let it begin. I actually came here for a non-Elvis type of Las Vegas wedding and was pleasantly surprised to find a place of class and sophistication outside of the strip. The banquet room was honestly quite lovely with ornate decorations and a perfect view of Sin City. Dining and dancing with the Las Vegas strip flickering back up at you is a perk for all your guests and an ideal backdrop for any and all pictures. The ladies room is a bit small, which for all women out there who know and understand the annoyance of primping with 7 other ladies in the mirror, can be quite frustrating. There is a gateman before entering the grounds, and I deeply appreciate the "Wedding" directional signs the club put in place to ensure we arrived in the correct building. Every server, bartender, gateman and security guard I encountered had the utmost professionalism and made the entire experience quite enjoyable. Overall tasteful wedding thanks to the tasteful tastes of Dragon Ridge. Thank you for an unforgettable setting for an unforgettable night.

Yelp
The first time I came here was for my cousin's wedding back in Nov 2010 and the second time was just recently, Jul 2nd, for my sister's wedding and both times were delightful. This club is located in the prestigious Henderson, Macdonald Highlands community. To get to the club you have to drive past a guard which makes it nicely secured. The banquet room had plenty of space and has a balcony with a view of the Las Vegas Strip. The scenery is mesmeric. It's got a nice layout once decorated for an event. The only downfall is the space for the cocktail hour, it's a bit small and not convenient for a large amount of guests. It was way too hot to be outside so people were crammed in there. About the food: My cousin's plated dinner meal choices were Steak or Chicken. Of course, I chose steak...it was savory and juicy! My sister's choices were among Prime Rib, Salmon, and a Vegetarian Plate. I heard the salmon was tasty so I skeptically ordered that instead of my usual choice of eating meat. My plate arrived and it had a nice presentation and it was pretty good but I wish I had the prime rib cause I was picking off my cousin and my sister's plate (I love my meat). The h'ordeurves were amazing and is tray passed by a waiter which puts a nice touch to it.

Yelp
We recently held out Graduation banquet at the Dragonridge country club. Kerry, the pretty event organizer, was SUPER helpful. She is also very anal retentive, so she makes sure that all the details are taken care of and covered. Exactly what you would want from an event planner. She was also very nice about working with our budget to make it the nicest event possible. She worked with our caterer to make the food arrangements nicer as well. The room was very pretty, and designed in shades of champagne, and warm tans. There were pretty chandeliers, and the two balconies outside had a beautiful view of the sunset and then the strip. It was very pretty and classy. We heard from many people that the banquet this year was much nicer than the previous year's, and I'm sure that Kerry and Dragonridge had a hand in that.

Yelp
Absolutely beautiful. Quiet, serene (that's the same as quiet, isn't it?), and green. Hard to believe there's a large area of grass/trees in the heart of Henderson, Nevada. The country club is pretty, especially the main ball room where you have a beautiful view of the golf course and houses. You can also see the Las Vegas strip from there during the night which is gorgeous. The architecture is modern, classy and comfortable. I'm not an expert of country clubs but this one, I rank it up there.

Tomas B.

Yelp
Dragon Ridge Country Club is located in MacDonald Highlands and is surrounded by some of the most beautiful homes in the valley. It is a private club, but certain hotel guests or booking through a golf package company will get you on. I didn't find the clubhouse very impressive and although the homes are gorgeous, for me they overtake or are too much for the golf course itself. Some really gorgeous holes and some bland holes as well. Immaculately kept and certainly a fair test of golf has this place on a play list if you have never been. Once you have played it I would not put it on the OH I have to play this one again. Its one of those really good courses that don't awe you. People were very nice and it wasn't crowded though a dust storm from Arizona clogged the air which made the expected views of downtown Vegas non existent we still had nice time. Greens were fast but not lightning. No complaints just not spectacular enough to earn the 5 Star GOLF COURSE Rating for me.

Tom S.

Yelp
Great, challenging golf course! Nice clubhouse and an excellent staff.

Yelp
We just got married on Saturday 9-24-16 at DragonRidge Country Club. The venue I what we fell in love with initially but Nikki and Millie were the reasons our wedding turned out the way it did. We had a gorgeous wedding and the day went so smooth!!! Nikki is SO amazing and stayed calm with me and my bridal party even when it got a little hectic. We even left an important item there and she took the time to make sure it got back to me. THANK YOU so much for helping make this day amazing! Best wedding ever

Johnny G.

Yelp
In my opinion this is the best course in Las Vegas. Fantastic, challenging and visually intimidating. Always in incredible shape. On top of that the strip views are incredible. If you are lucky enough to play here, take advantage of the opportunity!

Susan C.

Yelp
Do not have your wedding reception at the Dragon Ridge Country Club reception room. My daughter recently had her wedding reception at this venue. The air conditioner was not working! The outside temperature on the day of her wedding was 80 degrees. With approximately 130 people in the reception venue it got extremely hot! Guests left early because the room was so uncomfortable! People were not dancing because of the heat. My daughter, son in law, numerous guests, and myself asked Rachel, Brandi, and other representatives to lower the air conditioner. We never got a clear answer as to what was causing the problem or to solving the problem. So the reception continued in a very uncomfortable room. It totally ruined the reception! My husband and I spent a lot of money on this wedding reception. I have had a few conversations with Rachel and Brandi. I expected a monetary compensation for what had occurred at the wedding reception. They have refused to compensate me. I would highly suggest that no one have their wedding reception at Dragon Ridge Country Club. Do not waste your money!

Ken Y.

Yelp
Best Golf course in Las Vegas, Beautiful views, challenging holes, lots of elevation changes.

Jane S.

Yelp
My deep gratitude to Nikki and Millie who coordinated my daughter's wedding on 4/17/16. They were professional and accommodating from the start. I had to plan my daughter's wedding and I was 360 miles away. The set up was beautiful and the dinner was superb. They worked with all of our vendors and went out of their way to make sure we had all we needed to feel relaxed and happy. These girls know how to please! Thank you Nikki and Millie for a beautiful night that we will always remember. Jane

Yelp
Dragon Ridge Country Club is located in MacDonald Highlands and is surrounded by some of the most beautiful homes in the valley. It is a private club, but with a bit of effort, I am sure anyone can enjoy a nice lunch on the golf course. I had the pleasure of dining there for a private luncheon, but decided to give myself the tour of the facility. We ate in the large dining room, where servers were dressed is white and always present. When I walked around, however, I noticed a smaller grille that looked out toward the driving range. There was a small bar in here as well, and some members were watching a baseball game on the plasmas located on either side of the bar. There was a gift shop, mostly golf attire and equipment, but also some fun girly bath bubbles and soaps. Another bar area was across from the great dining room, and the bartender told me that at night, they open the big glass panels to reveal a porch that looks out to the course. He also gave me a great chocolate martini on the house (thanks, wink ) I continued my self-guided tour downstairs which led to the locker rooms. The lockers had engraved names of members (pretty swanky) and all sorts of toiletries. I spritzed a bit of perfume and continued on. There was a game room, a gym, another set of showers specifically for the gym, and a pool. The pool was my favorite. It had an amazing waterfall which wasn't on, but still gorgeous, a kiddie pool, and a snack bar. There were some kids hanging out around the pool eating cheeseburgers and hot dogs, and they told me they come skateboard down from there homes for the snack bar food. I would too, that is, if I knew how to skateboard. So I made my way back up to the dining room where everyone was finishing lunch, and we relocated to the bar where I received my first martini. Dragon Ridge Country Club, while indeed exclusive, is the perfect place for something like a graduation party, meeting, or reception. It is comfortable and classy, and located on the Dragon Ridge Gold Course, which I will save for a later review! Recommended drink: My chocolate martini made a lasting impression Recommended lounge area: The bar which overlooks the gold course, not the driving range...

Yelp
Best course in town. Southern highlands is close, but to snooty there. All the people are great and make sure you are well taken care of.

Sherry C.

Yelp
This is THE best place for a wedding. Nikki was very helpful. She left and Beth transition into the roll to help my daughter with the wedding plans for the day and Beth was truly amazing. The wind had alter some of my daughter plans, but Beth was so professional and came up with solutions for the problems so that my daughter's vision for the wedding was still executed on that day. The whole entire staff was amazing and very professional. Loved it!! Thank you Beth, you are the BEST!!

Erich C.

Yelp
Great views and a course in great condition. Doesn't have bermuda grass so is totally green in the winter. Greens are fast but not to fast. This is another desert style course but the large landing areas for your drive keep the ball out of the desert. Good course, but I personally like courses that have some trees. No trees here.

Lilian M.

Yelp
Writing this review in regards to the service provided by the personnel in charge of wedding preparations. I was the matron of honor in my sister's wedding and while the panoramic views from the Grand Ballroom and the final set up for her wedding were absolutely stunning, we experienced quite a few head aches the day of. My sister and her hubby had hired a wedding coordinator to assist with their planning. Apparently the country club had gone under new management and the couple had been given a new wedding coordinator and informed of these changes THREE WEEKS before the wedding. While Millie (the new coordinator) was quite friendly and pleasant in nature, I have never been more frustrated in my life trying to make sure my sister's day was picture perfect. The rehearsal was the day before and while there was another wedding scheduled for that day, I understood why we weren't able to do a quick rundown of our entire processional from where we would start the day of. So we start the rehearsal and we are told where we would walk from and how we would proceed down this imaginary aisle. Great. I'm very particular when it comes to detail so I ask Millie when each couple would proceed after the other and she replies with "I will tell you when to go". That's fine. I also ask her where the ladies would stand and how far apart from each other in conjunction with how the groomsmen would be standing, no answer. The rehearsal was quick which was fine but she was so uninformative which drove me bonkers but I'll roll with it. My sister's DJ shows up and asks for her wedding program and her reply was, "Millie was supposed to email it to you. You haven't received It yet?" His answer, "No not yet". RED FLAG. After the rehearsal dinner and all my sister is on the phone at 8PM with her DJ FINALLY going over the program and the songs. Well... at least he finally got the email from her. DAY OF the wedding was hectic enough. From what I was told, the candy table that we were told WOULD BE set up was NOT set up and luckily for us, some girlfriends had arrived early and were able to throw it all together quickly. The coordinator had us drop off favors and what not the night before and told us everything would be set up. WRONG. And someone please explain to me why they were still putting the wedding arch together 15 minutes BEFORE the guests were scheduled to start arriving? And hearing this from several guests, the microphone that the officiant was supposed to use during the ceremony was already NOT WORKING. We also had to ASK for the cheese plate that was supposed to be ready in her bridal room which we received about 5 mins before we had to make that walk down the aisle. Anyways, fast forward to ceremony. We march. We are about to begin the ceremony but the microphone still isn't working. Tap tap. Nothing. I look up and the DJ looks as lost as ever trying to figure out his equipment (Bliss Entertainment Las Vegas) who by the way is NOT the same DJ from the night before. The officiant decides she will proceed anyway and use her best loud voice. I look for the wedding coordinator and see her texting like crazy on her phone. I pray to God she is texting for a new mic but apprantely she wasn't because MY HUSBAND (who is playing the role of usher in the wedding) is the one to go towards the DJ and try to get the mic working WHICH HE ACCOMPLISHES. The coordinator is apparently fine with the mic not working because she is still texting away. We start the ceremony over. It ends. Everyone is told to head to cocktail hour which is WRONG because it was requested that family stay to take pictures with the bride and groom. So we spend half an hour trying to rangle everyone up. UGH. We waste MORE time. So there are a few instances where we cannot find Millie, the coordinator at all. Whatever, we take care of the things we can take care of which is fine. But if you pay the extra to have a coordinator THE DAY OF the wedding and she has an assistant, everything should run smoothly right? Quick rundown of everything that went wrong: -Terrible rehearsal. Whatever. We made it work. -Didn't have starving Bride's cheese plate ready in room and it didn't come until minutes before we had to leave. -Didn't send the DJ the wedding program in a timely manner, which she was supposed to do. -Failed to have the candy table set up DAY OF the wedding. -Didn't tell the Bride or Groom the vases for unity sand were missing until hours before wedding. -Didn't make an effort to make sure the mic was working during ceremony. Was texting only God knows who. -Didn't relay information properly causing family members to waste time during picture taking and cocktail hour. There were a few minor things that were said that were going to be done but, I ended up doing them myself like grabbing the vases for the bridal party's flowers. Luckily another bridesmaid had words with Millie. I was too furious!

Yelp
Do whatever you have to do to get an invite to this fabulous golf course. I live here and occasionally get an invite and if it wasn't for the fact there are so many valley courses, I would say this is a place to join if your into Country Clubs. Next time, I will move up a set of tees. Hats off to the maintenance staff. Hope the members give them the credit they deserve.

Yelp
One of the most overrated golf courses I have ever played. Neat looking does not make a golf course good. Too many unfair holes with blind shots. Too uphill, downhill. We had four groups who played Dragon Ridge, paid close to $200 each, and everyone was disappointed. Not sure why this course gets so much positive hype. For the money, actually half as much, this course doesn't compare to Bear's Best, the Primm Courses or the Paiute Courses. I'd rather play Tuscany or Rhodes Ranch. The best courses for the buck in the Vegas area are actually out of town, Mountain Falls in Pahrump and Boulder Creek in Boulder.
