Dragon's Tooth Speakeasy Bar

Beautiful bar and atmosphere. The gentleman working the bar on Sunday evening was very helpful and made a fantastic cocktail. He also gave a great explanation for what Baijiu is and how locals pair it with meat. Really superb food and drinks, glad we found this place.

Had an amazing time at Dragon Tooth Abu Dhabi! 🍸 The atmosphere is stunning, but what really made it special was the incredible service by So and Ten true artists behind the bar. Every cocktail was a masterpiece. If you’re in Abu Dhabi, do yourself a favor and try their signature drinks. Highly recommended!

This bar is quiet and sophisticated. Cocktails were great and the service impeccable. Our Bartender was Then and he provided the highest level of attention and quality of drinks. Highly recommended.

Decent spot but room for improvement. A place like this should be trying to benchmark itself against some of the more renowned cocktail bars internationally. For instance, the bartender didn’t know what a Vieux Carre was, nor did they have the ingredients for it. The environment and set up is great and with a bit of elevation (from both the staff and in terms of ingredients to ensure that they can serve a full range of classic and complex cocktails), this place could be taken to the next level.

Normally a great and quiet environment, but on Friday night they bring in loud DJ who plays things like “Ice Ice Baby”, doesn’t fit the vibe or allow for good conversation. Not sure what atmosphere they are aiming for, it’s typically really good, but if you have a DJ come in at max volume it’s trying to turn this bar into something it isn’t.

This is a luxurious quaint speak easy with great atmosphere and cocktails! Udesh, one of our bartenders made a stunning fire show with this delicious cocktail. Happy hour is very nice, the beef dumplings were very good. I do recommend stopping in for a cocktail or two. Oh, and the music is a mix of sultry old soul and glamour.

Impressive and cool speakeasy bar with Tran looking after you with white glove service. A truly remarkable hidden gem. Great selection of premium whiskies, sake and many more. Look for Tran and you will be entertained.

Inspired by the 1920’s Shanghai Jazz revolution, "Dragon's Tooth" is a hidden speakeasy found through the 'Tea Room' of the Rosewood hotel's restaurant, Dai Pai Dong. Although not very hard to find compared to other speakeasy bars, because of the super limited seating, it still maintains a bit of a secretive and majestic ambiance during quiet hours (4pm-8pm). I left before 8pm but I bet it can get busy and noisy. Before 8pm, they have plenty of happy hour specials such as a cocktail and dim sum pairing for around 70 AED ($20 USD) and half off on other cocktails.
