A wonderful evening in a wonderful famous place in Denmark. Beautiful nature and incredible sunset. The case when it is delicious and beautiful and the service is good. Book a table in advance, even on a weekday evening it is fully booked.

the food was good BUT we waited for our main dish around 2 hours which in my opinion is really long, on top of that the people who arrived to the restaurant later than us received the main dish (same that we ordered) earlier than us. I find it very disappointing and disrespectful. if you establish such high prices, make sure you deliver the dishes on time. All in all, wouldn’t recommend, for such prices you definitely can get great food with an exceptional service.

Exquisite restaurant. The waiters spent good time explaining each course. The Klipping rosé is just extraordinary.

Exquisite food and excellent service. The catch of the day is a must, along with the langoustine as a starter.

We deviated off the drive from Odense to Copenhagen to have a nice meal in a castle. The castle delivered, but the meal did not. Honestly, the food was just OK. Cold food, servers that forgot about us. Not the standard you’d expect from a place that touts its connection to a Michelin-starred restaurant. Cozy ambiance, though.

Really beautiful location, cosy castle atmosphere, exquisite views and highly attentive staff. No vegetarian or vegan options. Chef kindly made me a large version of the vegetarian starter (an assortment of undercooked root veg), but that really wasn't my kind of dish.

Powered by the tour-de-force Danish chef Claus Henriksen, who's also a known face at both Noma and Formel B, how can this not be a blissful experience? Coming to this (supposedly haunted) country-side castle has multiple benefits: you're getting a sublime gastronomic experience, you're getting away from the big city rush, you're getting a vintage castle that's guaranteed to be older than your grandmother, and it all comes wrapped in modern luxury for the sake of your pleasure. A must-see!

We tried the Christmas lunch and the Christmas dinner. A real gourmet experience with multiple big servings and good service. Very resonable priced menus but beer and drinks in the higher end.
