D'Rami Hotel

Good location right in the city centre. The shower was nice, and the staff were kind and helpful. Just a heads-up: it’s on the third floor with no lift—but totally manageable if you don’t mind the stairs. Overall, a nice and convenient place to stay!

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff I stayed here for 4–5 days and had a really good experience. The location is convenient, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better. The rooms are clean and well-kept, though they are a bit small, also they don't have an elevator or lift, also you can hear vehicles passing by from the bedroom, but since it's not a busy road, it wasn’t a big issue for us. They also have a hall where you can sit and chat, which is a nice space to relax with family or friends. Overall, a pleasant stay—I’d definitely consider coming back!

I’m a traveler who has visited 36 countries. This is one of the kindest and most welcoming accommodations I’ve ever experienced — something I haven’t encountered in any other country. Thanks to her, I’m leaving Almaty with wonderful memories. If I ever come back to Almaty, I’ll definitely stay here again.

The hotel is good location and good service. There are many restaurants near the hotel. and close to supermarket.

The reception speaks English well and is helpful. The hotel is unmarked on the main street and the entrance is behind. However, it is fine. You will have to climb a few floors with your luggage. The room is good, the bathroom and shower are good, the air con works well. The WiFi generally works well. They do have a cooler with hot and cold water as well in the reception area.||||TV has no channels in English and they should put screens on the windows. Otherwise, a good stay.

They were the best. The staff let us to keep our luggage for free. We even not staying in D'rami. Btw, their hotel so cute and smells good. The staff so welcoming. Thankyou so much. We really owe you

Two singles pushed together does not make a double. The hotel is on the 4th floor without a lift. It is not really suitable for disabled access or the elderly. There does not appear to be any kind of breakfast/dining area. There are plenty of good cafes nearby but they do not open until at least 09:00 at this time of the year. Both receptionists were extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms were entirely clean with a pleasant decor. The main strength of the hotel is its location. Despite the list of negatives above, it was a pleasant stay.
