Dre Broeders Apartments Juan Dolio

Amazing location & very nice host! We had a whole gallon of water awaiting us upon arrival, and we could even wash our laundry. Dres is a funny Dutch host … invited us to his karaoke performance on Thursdays. They room was clean and offered everything. Can only recommend this place :)

I had a really nice stay in this apartment with my family. The host thought about everything from the microwave, a blender, to even a panini maker. There was even matches to light the stove when we first came in. I like the fact that this apartment had two entrances, one on Camino de la Playa and one on Avenida Juan Dolio. A cleaner came at least once a week and the host was very available and courteous. The apartment is a 2 minute walk from the beach and there are many restaurants nearby.

Everything I have to say from this hotel fall on the positive side:||Courtesy:|From the booking to the check-in, Andre the owner took very close attention to our satisfaction as guests. He contacted us prior to our arrival to confirm our needs and made sure we were lodged in a quiet and peaceful room. He sent us the location and waited for us at the entrance at our arrival to welcome us.||The host also took time to make a tour of the room to explain the functioning of every appliance and key settings.||Equipment:|The studio we rented were perfectly furnished, with all the little things someone would wish to find when travelling away from home: matches, oven mitts, dishwashing soap, hand towel, plates, cups, cutlery and cooking pots. Andre even gracefully included a 5 gallons bottle purified water in the room package. Many higher budget hotel suites we stayed in before don't offer those.||I have to say the building looks very old but running water, climatization, electricity and Wi-Fi worked perfectly well at the time we stayed.||Location:|The apartment complex has the advantage to be located between 2 important streets. The main entrance is on the autoroute were you can find shops and pharmacies. The other side is on Camino de la playa at exactly 2 minutes walk to the wonderful Juan Dolio beach.||Honesty:|The suite we were given was exactly as shown in the pictures displayed on the website we used to make the reservation.||One downside is the hot water. It takes 10 minutes to get ready but you get what you pay for.||It was a very good experience and are sure we will definitely stay here again anytime we are back in Juan Dolio!|

Everything in the pictures are false there ! . I got there late and did not pay attention to the place till the next day i said maybe i got mix up and came to the wrong place so the next day I wrote the address down and went to the car services in the back and ask them where is this place they said I was in the right place . There is no air condition, swimming pool ,beach view or balcony .The furniture is all plastic and what is wood is just old ,table top stove, inside the cupboards are old crack and just plain NASTY No stainless steel appliances as adverstize , the balcony is in the hallway that house 4 apt's on each floor it looks like locals live there .The beach is about 3 blocks down and in whichever way you turn there is no view of the beach there is no 15 restaurants on the premises ,but there are restaurants and bars up and down the street .As far as internet goes you have to sit in front of Andre apt to get it you move 2 feet away and its gone .I wrote a review on Expedia and he responded by saying if i expect to pay $16. and get a AC but i booked a package based on what he was advertising such as prices and services providing so yes i expected what was promise . DO NOT GO THERE AT ALL .

Great location, very secured, beach, food just feet away! Owner Dre is very helpful with anything! Wish he had 2rooms in February

Everything is out dated. No air condition, hot, not clean, no blinds for the Windows. The sun right in your face. I would not live there even one night again. 4 floors up.||||Its closw to the beach. Amd that is all. If you bring your own AC, Windows and tv it could maybe be considered.
