Cant quite believe this place is still going I stayed here in 2007 and it was about £11.00 a nite which was more expensive than the rest of the beach but it was the nicest place I stayed in palolem. The staff were awesome The manageress was a lovely woman. Palolem beach is a really nice place I stayed at several different locations on the beach and they were all super nice people The cafes and bars were great fun. Bear in mind this is india though You need to be aware of the different cultural reality And make sure you do a bit of research before you go! It's not ibiza?

The shacks look pretty nestled in the sand, very close to the beach, and the beds are very comfortable, but that's where it stops. Cockroaches and ants in the room, no ventilation in the bathroom, taps dripping non-stop so the floor in front of the toilet is constantly wet, aircon cannot be adjusted or stopped unless cutting the power to the entire building. We wanted to leave early morning, were assured that reception would be attended at 7am, but it took half an hour to get someone willing to take payment by card. Staff seem to be instructed to say that card payment is not possible, despite having paid with card at check in, them having at least two card readers we saw, and us having no cash left on us when on schedule to leave. Tranquil place, but way overpriced for the quality and service it offers.

I had some problems with electrical connections to my room during my stay. AC cut out a number of times through the hot nights which left me without a good sleep, without the use of the kettle in the morning and a phone uncharged. I spent a fair bit of time back and forth to reception to resolve these things which took time away from other things I wanted to do. I ended up leaving one day early because of this. I wrote to Feather Hotels (must be the mother organization) 2x to request compensation for services not delivered (as staff on site would not consider a financial refund) but I never head back from them. Very disappointed.

room maintenance is very bad.. washrooms are the worst i had ever seen. So don't have any great expectations on the rooms. Breakfast buffet is not the one to go for, based on our experience, food was half cooked. Only saviour for property is the location, nice location with back waters and wlakable to the palolem beach.. I expect management takes some seriousness on maintaining the room.

Thanks Dream Catcher resort for the unforgettable experience which we had during our Goa trip. This stay had taught a few new things, primarily the importance of planning while choosing your stay. The resort is well equipped with mosquito nets on top of your bed, which helps us to sleep peacefully. The resort is full of mosquitoes and you cannot sit outside of your room even during morning hours. So installing a mosquito net was a thoughtful help. You should not expect any electric kettle, even though you are paying around 5K per day. If you need a morning tea you can contact the resort kitchen and they will provide you the tea with a minimal charge of Rs 50 per cup. The resort taught me how to stay in a very basic hotel and live with limited resources. The resort is designed in such a way that you will not find any TV in your rooms, so that your mind will not divert from enjoying your vacation in Goa. With my stay, I have learned that don’t assume anything while booking your rooms, based on the rates per night. You should inquire whether you are receiving basic amenities like complimentary breakfast , daily room cleaning, daily water bottle etc… The dogs braking during nights were very musical, which will help you to sleep during nights. The resort is not offering adequate parking for their guests, so you will get a nice morning and evening walk as you need to walk till the pay & park. I believe it was planned by the resort management with the health of their clients taken under consideration. The resort is not offering any power backup solutions, so you can enjoy the beautiful darkness during power failures . Once again I am thanking Dream catcher resort and their staff members for this wonderful learning experience. I can assure you that I will never forget this name.

A very nice place to stay, palolem beach is just 2 minutes walk from the stay. They have backwater facing rooms too. The rooms are surrounded by coconut trees (fresh atmosphere). Friendly staff and safe place to stay. I personally loved the place and the vibes🫶🏻

The resort location is good but the service and rooms are pathetic. The staff is arrogant, they don’t even care if the guest have small kids, There is problem of water shortage, we faced water shortage due to pump problem but the staff does not do any kind mercy to repair it. We asked for milk to be boiled for small kid the staff replied you will get it if you order foor from their pantry. The light was gone for 6-7 hours and no hot water available. The dogs are problematic there, our kids were frightened due to dog approaching them while entering resort after beach. I recommend not to prefer this hotel especially if you have small kids.

Located at the almost the fag end of Palolem beach and close to the backwater, this stay is tucked away in a cozy corner with river views and coconut trees. We stayed at a Pyramid Cottage. It was super clean albeit basic. We only had breakfast at their restaurant and it was delicious. Well made omelets and sandwiches. They have a dedicated car park which was great. It is super secure so complete peace of mind wrt to the vehicle during your stay. Reducing one star because of the mosquitoes in common area which makes it challenging to sit out and enjoy the peace. Something they should tend to with pest control. Also, the bathroom was visibly super clean and no waterlogging etc but it stinks once you start using. Again something that is easily remedied if they want to. The staff is super sweet and helpful! Overall a great stay.
