**Great Value Hostel with Cozy Vibes and Central Location** I had a really pleasant stay at this cozy and affordable hostel. The staff are friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience feel welcoming from the start. Breakfast is included, with a nice variety—cereals, tea, coffee, milk, fruits, breads, and spreads. A great way to start the day without spending extra! The common area on Level 1 is great for mingling, eating, or getting some work done. Just a heads up: power outlets there are limited, so bring a power bank if you need to stay charged =P There's a fridge for storing food if you prefer to eat later, and laundry services are available for a small fee. The hostel spans around 4–5 levels, divided into mixed dorms, female-only areas, and family rooms. It’s a capsule-style setup with double-deck beds packed next to each other—not super spacious but comfortable enough for short stays. There’s no lift in the building, so be prepared for stairs if your room is on a higher floor. But honestly, the value makes up for it—it's one of the most affordable places you can find, and its central location makes it easy to get around the city. Extras like shampoo, body gel, bath towels, and a hairdryer are provided, which is a huge plus for travelers packing light. Bathrooms are generally clean, thanks to the staff’s effort—though sometimes other guests can be a bit messy (you know how it is, haha...). Access to the hostel is via a trendy, light-colored wristband that looks cool and modern. Small touch, but it adds to the overall experience. Would definitely recommend this place for budget travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and a chill atmosphere.

One of the most affordable places you can find. The bus and LRT stations are within walking distance, and there are plenty of food stores and a 7-Eleven nearby. A 24-hour laundry service is right next door. Most importantly, it's very clean. Highly recommended!

Stayed 4 nights recently. Pros: - Staff. Racheal and Joey are absolutely lovely and always go out of their way to help. Outstanding ambassadors for Singapore! - Clean, quiet dorms. Secure building. - Excellent wifi and always good water pressure in showers. - Nice location close to transit and lots of tasty eateries. - Good value in a very expensive city. Cons: - Inside the pod is extremely hot when the privacy curtain is closed. Asked for a fan but was told to just adjust the one on the floor in the room to face my bunk. That lasted about 15min before my grumpy roommate turned the fan back to its original position. - Breakfast is very basic, and the coffee bags are very messy. - Sinks in washrooms are comically small. Water splashes all over you and the floor. - No paper towels or hand towels in washroom. Have to use toilet paper or your clothes to dry your hands. - As other reviewers have stated, there is an older Asian man by the name of David who is apparently a “long-term resident” of the hostel. He usually hangs out in the common area with his laptop. He can be very rude and likes to try and bully other guests when staff is not around. A really strange individual, who I suspect has mental health issues. He just cannot mind his own business and seems to want to ruin guests vacations. Beware of David and tell staff immediately if he makes you uncomfortable in anyway. Not sure why they allow such an angry, troubled person to reside in the building, but it is a bad impression for Dream Lodge and for beautiful Singapore.

I stayed here last May. I think the accommodation is nicer than the photos show. New property, very clean. Extremely quiet. Great privacy in the pods. Air conditioning. There were only a few bathrooms on the floor, I did have to wait one morning. The staff were friendly, helped me sort my laundry one day. Seemed liked mixed ages, I stayed in a female dorm where everyone was 20s or 30s but I did see older residents in the shared areas. The location is okay, Kampong Glam is within walking distance but you’d probably want to take public transportation going to the Marina Bay Area.

Very clean facilities, complimentary breakfast despite what the website says (fruit and bread). A little bit inconvenient as it’s not amazingly close to an mrt zhan, but still centrally located. There is the issue of that guy who lives there and thinks he owns the place, but he didn’t bother me a whole lot. Think of him as a really quirky traveler, and you’ll be fine. Overall solid place would stay again.

For teenage it's a fair place to stay. You have to walk 10 minutes to this dormitory. Quite tidy but I'm not quite sure to stay long here. Please dont expect too much. One thing to appreciate, i can pay again at counter even my credit card validation has problem when booking though official website.
