Always a crowdy atmosphere, dinging the motorwhehicle🤪, It's a good center point to reach out DMCC metro station, Palm Jumeirah beach. It's is surrounded by a lake.

This building is great' it is easy to access in the metro.. But security guards who are working here are so mean and disrespectful..

The oldest building. Pipes are constantly bursting. Things are constantly breaking. Sun loungers are prohibited in the swimming pools; management refuses to allow them. It's old and broken.

Good building with nice surroundings view awesome people nearby supermarket and metro love this place and it’s view totally worth staying

Very good location-based

I have lived there in the past 2 years and i have to say the overall building maintenance is drastically improved! The location is very conveniente , 2 super markets is attached to the building ! One is 24/7 which is plus ! cheap laundry at the door step ! And the building is surrounded by plenty of café& restaurants with tasty foods. Very close to the metro station easily reach jumeirah beach by walk and very close to marina mall & marina walk which is a plus to enjoy in spare time . The building is very well maintained right now. My apartment is also very cleaned and well maintained. Cozy and sweet . Very secure building with experience security team. spacious parking space. Overall I recommend it to people who like to live in dubai marina and looking for affordable leasing price .

I lived here for one year: Good stuff: * close to metro and facilities. * close to the JBR beach Bad Stuff: * Noisy, you can hear the cars engines all the night from Shiekh Zaied street while sleeping. * Old furniture. * Narrow parking * Sometimes the elevator is not working. It happens rarely but when it happens it is awful specially for high floors. * The Gym is worn out (not usable). * Rotten ceilings * The building seems very old from outside comparing to the neighboring buildings

This apartment is by far the best apartment I’ve stayed in it’s comfortable clean and the location is perfect the property also has a great large screen tv with Netflix. The property owner is very friendly and helpful I would extremely recommend this to anyone looking for a lovely stay in the marina. If I could give this place a 10 star rating I would
