This is a amazing store with alot of different types of things for your hobby go down and ask for loe hes a real nice guy too.

Seems like a great hobby shop and very well stocked the owner was very kind and outgoing customer service was very good and the environment is positive that's all really what matters to me great experience with this place would recommend for anyone into building models for sure!

Dreamboat is your prime example of a core to the community model kit store. If he doesn't have it he will order it. He has a pretty wide variety with a big focus on the tools and materials for scratch building and detail up. He carries car scale aka 1/24, Bandai, various scifi stuff, military kits and their various scales, knitting, sewing, train scales, the little drag racecars, painting, puzzles, RC, and much more. If it's a hobby he does his best and then some to provide for it. If you aren't sure if your hobby is there, or if you may want to stick your toe into a new hobby, maybe out of interest or new time to have, just go on down and take a look, have a chat and see. You won't be handwaved away and told to figure it out on your own or upsold on unneeded extras.

Fun hobby shop that has some old time games and fun toys, models, puzzles. We stopped to get our remote control truck battery looked at and replaced. Very nice and helpful.

I only gave them one star because I had to. We took our boat to them in the fall to be winterized and stored for the winter. In early April my husband went over and ask if they would change the impeller before it was time for us to pick up. They said they would and it would be ready for pick up at the same time in May. We picked up our boat and after a couple days noticed gear oil leaking all over the concrete. My husband contacted them and they told us to bring it back. A week goes by and we haven't heard anything. I called dreamboat and told them who I was, asking if they had an estimated time frame of when our boat would be ready for pick up and also if he knew what the issue was. The gentleman on the phone was VERY rude to me saying that he doesn't know when it would be done or whats wrong with it. He stated that they wouldn't get to until maybe the following week. I asked "why next week" and he yelled at me and told me that he had other customers ahead of me. I explained very nicely that I understood he had other customers, but that we had to bring our boat back to them because it was leaking gear oil after they had just changed the impeller. He did not let me say anything else before yelling and swearing at me, saying that it was BULL$***. That I was accusing him of doing something to our boat and that they didn't touch the gear oil. My receipt from them says otherwise. Needless to say we went back and forth without resolution as he just continued to speak over me. He told me to just come pick up my boat!! My husband called the next day and spoke to the mechanic which immediately started telling my husband that I accused them of breaking something which was merely not the case. What happened to "let me take a look and see what's going on" or " I am very sorry that happened, we will be very happy to see what we can do for you" the customer service here is severely lacking and they do not seem to care about their customers one bit. All I was asking was for them to take a look to see what the issue was. Never will I go back there or recommend dreamboat to anyone!

Awesome place with the nicest employees ever! If you haven't been there yet you're missing out! Huge selections with low and reasonable prices! I'd rate them 100 stars if I was able to.

Went to look at models for a friend in their hobby shop. The owner is a miserable old man, rude and should maybe take a class in customer service and another in manors and edicate. Never go back! Not worthy of my money, time, or the drive.

My dealings with Lou and his staff have always been very positive. They have serviced my boat, winterized it and stored it on location for the last few years. Prices have been extremely fair and services have been exceptional. I am certainly glad we have this business in Warren, PA.
