A very mixed review from our family. - The location is lovely - just a short transfer from the airport and a very short walk to the beach. - The rooms, pool area and the world restaurant were clean - Food within world restaurant was lovely and plentiful - The staff were lovely and accommodating of our dietary requirements for baby (they made him a salt free tea each day) plus they swapped us to a ground floor room so baby could crawl on the grass outside the room However, this wouldn't have been necessary if they had some areas for children. It is far from child friendly if your child is under 4. There is nothing at all for them. The kids club is for older children and whilst there is an indoor kids area it is geared up for older children with TVs and table tennis etc. There is water within this area, hard edges and places where little ones could easily get stuck. Outside, there is nowhere for them to crawl around and the pool has no 'toys' etc. There is no entertainment for children at all. Some suggestions - 1) Little archways etc in the baby pool and baskets of toys at the side - for example, watering cans, toy boats, buckets. 2) Take the sunbeds away from the grass area next to the baby pool, cover it with some shade and have it as a child safe area 3) The indoor 'kids area' - make it child friendly - a sandpit, soft play, soft balls, reading area etc A couple of final notes: 1) Not that anything can easily be done, but the place is like a maze and extremely difficult to navigate with a pram. 2) The beds are 2 singles pushed together but they are on wheels and move easily. Extremely annoying. I appreciate that I probably could have done additional research before booking but I hope this review helps others with young children make a decision as to whether this hotel is suitable for them. At the moment, we would not return.

I cannot fault anything at the hotel everything was 10/10. As a solo traveller I felt safe! Even after ordering the 2nd drink the staff remember what I liked to drink. The buffet was like non other I have experienced! I went to all the al a carte restaurants and blown away by the choice quality and service! Great location on the promenade! Hotel and my room was spotless! The toiletries were very luxurious

Our stay at Dreams Jardin Tropical Resort & Spa was absolutely exceptional! We chose this hotel for our honeymoon and it was the best possible decision. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable, with a stunning view that made every morning feel magical. The atmosphere of the hotel is romantic and elegant – perfect for newlyweds. The pool area and relaxation spaces were fantastic, and the food in the restaurants was delicious and varied – there was something for everyone. The entire property is well maintained, full of greenery, and has a unique charm. It was an unforgettable honeymoon and we are extremely satisfied with our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, relaxation, and a special atmosphere in Tenerife

We stayed between Christmas and new year. the hotel entrance and bar areas really have the wow factor but the bedrooms really let it down. They are very small and the bathrooms are really tired looking. The restaurant and bar staff are lovely and a real credit. we were all inclusive and the food was lovely. really good quality and great variety, especially at breakfast. The pool area is again lovely and kept very clean. the only problem we had was getting a sun bed, people would lay towels and leave them all day, it was sometimes difficult to get one in the sun. The hotel location is great as it is not to far from the airport and very close to shops.

We stayed at this hotel on a B&B basis, the extra cost of all inclusive being very high considering we don't drink alcohol! The hotel is extremely well maintained, everywhere was very clean and tidy. The staff were all lovely, friendly and very polite. Our room was a pretty bog standard hotel room, it was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept extremely well during our stay.||Breakfast was very good with just about anything you could wish for. The staff at breakfast were very attentive and friendly. We didn't eat any other meals in the hotel so can't comment on the quality of food but we did look into the restaurants and they all looked like very nice places to eat.||We found the pool area very good, there is a good sized pool which was clean and bright. I'm not sure how full the hotel was but during our stay but there was never a fight to find a sun bed, even by late morning there were still several available. This may of course be different during high season. The pool area is planted with shrubs and trees and has a real garden feel to it. The staff keep the area immaculately clean. Overall we were very impressed with the staff and the effort they made in keeping the whole of the hotel clean and tidy.||The hotel is situated right on the sea front however the pool is set below the level of the promenade so there isn't actual a sea view from the pool. This might be a good thing as we felt it would shelter the pool area from any wind. There is a premium area which overlooks the sea from sun beds at an additional cost.||It is possible to exit and enter the hotel directly onto the promenade via locking gates which are activated by your room key. From this location you are able to walk both ways along the prom where you can find numerous places to eat and drink, most being reasonably priced. You won't find fine dinning along the prom so I would suggest that if this is what you are after the hotel might provide a better option. This was a last minute break for us and we have two cruises booked this year so we weren't looking to spend too much money!||We both felt that we would return to this hotel and the resort in general in the future, the hotel provided first class facilities and staff, the resort provided everything we could want for a winter stay and some warm winter weather.

Second time here and still very good. Staff goes the extra mile to make you feel at home and appreciated. Rooms are great, clean, up to date. Different bars are nice, alot of live music trough the day. Easy guitar music at breakfast, violin during afternoon at the pool, nice singing in the evening at the bar. Also the ocean view outdoor gym is very well equiped. Highly recommend this hotel. Only point of improvement is occupied poolbeds (towel) that don't get used. Someone needs to find a worldwide solution for this problem 😅

The hotel is architecturally exceptional, the rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfortable. We had a view of the parking lot (room No. 760), but we liked it because the room was quiet, and our 4-year-old daughter slept without any issues. The food at breakfast and dinner is excellent and diverse. Not only that, there is also live music every day during both breakfast and dinner, performed by outstanding musicians. The beaches are very close—just a 5 to 10-minute walk. We will definitely return. Thank you for everything Dreams Jardin! It truly was a dream.

Lovely hotel but the spa bookings we made were mis-booked and we were booked for the day we were going home (we had booked well in advance but the receptionist simply put the wrong date in the computer meaning we didn’t get our treatments). ||We were also disappointed with the lack of spin classes as there were none despite having read on various sites they offered them. ||I was also woken every morning at 6:30 by a screaming baby in the room above me. Not the hotels fault I know but the hotel was fully booked with it being between Christmas and New Year so no way of avoiding it. ||||The rest of the hotel and especially the staff were excellent however (apart from the spa staff) and the food and pool area very good. ||We paid for all inclusive and preferred club and were very glad we did. This is not typical all inclusive. The choice of drinks and food was excellent with very few restrictions.||Additionally the New Year’s Eve entertainment was very good with an excellent fireworks display at midnight.

A fabulous resort hotel and spa with really friendly staff, great amenities and great food. There is a well equipped gym which is open air and overlooking the ocean! There is also an excellent spa with treatments including massage hair and nails. Costa Adejo is also not your typical Tenerife party resort. It is more of a village than a town and has excellent walks along the coast.

As guests of the Jardín Tropical Hotel we wanted to highlight how badly our stay was handled by Chakib Ouass and the hotel staff including Marco De Benedictis and Sonsoles Pérez Fernández. In fact, it ruined our 10 day vacation in Tenerife. The guest services team refused our verified booking for a child both via written confirmation and verbal verification and charged us over 700 Euro extra. This put our room charge in the league of a five star hotel and It's a poor three star with two star service at best.

Jardin Tropical is a great facility! Multi lingual and friendly staff, the BEST fresh buffet style restaurant I've been to, and beautiful surroundings-pool and landscape. I'd have preferred a sandy beach right out front, but that's near impossible in Tenerife. Classy entertainment, only drawback might be the "mature" clientele. But hey, it's sure quiet at night.
