Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana

We just got back from a week 7/29 - 8/5. We stayed in the preferred member section and it was wonderful. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I want to mention Moses and Yolanda who both work at preferred adult only pool. Their service was amazing , attending to our every need. By the time we left yesterday we felt like they had become our friends. We will definitely miss their smiles and excellent service. The spa is amazing. We had a couples massage and it was excellent. Sandra was my massage therapist and she was very good. We were there for a wedding ceremony and the resort did a fantastic job from the beginning to end of the re. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was beautiful. We would highly recommend this resort for a destination wedding.

So many good things to say about this resort! The staff was top notch - every single person was friendly and smiling. It feels like they love their jobs and that made a big difference to the quality of our vacation. The grounds are impeccable, clean and very lush and tropical! The beach sand was like powder! The pools are absolutely gorgeous with a nice lazy river which winds throughout the resort. Really beautiful I had a spa treatment - a massage and hydrotherapy which I highly recommend! The masseuse did a wonderful job! You will not be disappointed in this resort. Go for it!

My sisters and I went on an all-girls trip to Punta Cana and we stayed here. Everyone was so nice and helpful(minus one rude worker in the world cafe- yeah, she never got a tip from us and we’re such great tippers: I make sure of that). Junior from the main bar was our best friend and never got tired of our virgin drink demands. You think it, he’ll make it with a smile and a funny joke to go along with it. Our lovely concierge(I don’t remember her name- my apologies) made sure we got halal meat and it was amazing! Bordeaux was our favorite restaurant because they served us some delicious halal lamb chops and chicken, yummy desserts, and topped it off with some drumming and singing to celebrate the twins’ birthday. We had a blast. Oceana was just so elegant and beautiful, except our halal beef was just over done. Such great service all the same. We enjoyed the water park, but the water slides need more pressure for our modest wears to get us done nicely. 😅 The beach party with the fire show and circus show was so much fun! Yeil Matias and his partner from the entertainment department were such a vibe! 💕 I could go on forever, but I’ll stop here. We will definitely be coming back! Just came back from a 5 day all inclusive vacation with my daughter and her family and I will say that I can’t wait to go back…the staff there was very friendly and super attentive. You never had to look for someone the help you with anything you wanted or might need. The rooms were modern and comfortable. the facilities were spotless. the pools were sparkling clean as was the amazing beach. You had a choice of good restaurants to dine in at all hours of the day and night and an amazing poolside grill . I highly recommend this resort….

This was our first time to DR. We went as two families and stay at private swim outs. Those were extremely wonderful for a morning coffee, dip and beautiful view as they face outward with a scenic view. Beds were very comfortable with pillow top. Housekeeping was great as our fridge was always stocked with adult beds, sodas and water.( cannot drink tap water)||Our butler Omar was the best. He kept us posted about the daily activities and placed all our dinner reservations.||A bonus to those in our building is the "Preferred Club" amenities. There restaurants, pools, beach area with bar and it's own private lounge and concierge. If it's your first time to DR also, I recommend going all in for preferred.||In the preferred lounge they use top shelf liquors, daily drinks and rotating savory and sweet bites throughout the day for you to enjoy.|The bartenders Ingrid and Aracelis are amazing. We would visit the club multiple times as we drank cocktails for littles which they loved and they had some familiar beers like Coors, Heineken, Corona outside of having just Presidentes.||If you get a chance to attend the outdoor grilling for preferred guests I highly recommend. It's dinner and music then a party on the beach with fire dancers.||The taco truck by the lazy river is amazing. Whether you are floating, doing water slides or just going there to grab a snack.||Definitely recommend and cannot wait too go back.

The best vacation I’ve been on. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and made my stay so much better. There was a wide variety of food with lots of entertainment as well. Every night they had a new show and they were so unique in their own way which gave me something to look forward to every night. Dora made my stay so amazing. She was so friendly and I was able to have personal conversations with her and by the end of my trip I was able to call her my friend. She is so bubbly and was so fun to be around. Overall I would recommend Dreams to all my friends and will for sure be back in the future!

My wife and I attended a wedding at the resort from May 2 - May 6, and loved it! The resort is clean and well kept, the rooms are modern and have the amenities needed, and the beds are comfortable. Let's get the nits out of the way - the basins in the bathroom don't leave much counter space for toiletries; with one of the showers, you could not turn off the hand piece so that both heads were running at the same time; the drawers in the chest were a little sticky; that's it. The food was good, the staff was very attentive and friendly, the beach was great with plenty of space, and the pools were large and clean. The entertainment was good as well. I'll specifically thanks Catherine the server on the beach - she was friendly and kept our glasses full! Always a big smile too. In fact, I found all of the staff to be great. Everyone greeted you. We would definitely go back!

One of the best trips of my life! First time in DR and for my brother’s wedding. All the staff from the moment you arrive are super friendly and welcoming! The food was great (especially the Asian restaurant) and the drinks are continuously flowing. Big shout out to Diamond on the entertainment team for being such fun and charismatic guy! He did a great job of bringing the guests together for fun activities, especially volleyball and karaoke!
