We had an outstanding experience. The hosts are lovely and Roger is an amazing chef. We had a delicious breakfast- fresh squeezed juice, cooked to order eggs and sides, and great coffee with warm milk! The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. It’s a lovely setting, close to town. We highly recommend this B & B.

A lovely little retreat❤️ My husband and I enjoyed coming back here after staying 8 years ago. Roger and Kathleen are marvellous hosts and it’s always a pleasure to see them. Roger’s gourmet breakfast is a highlight with fresh baked croissants, eggs to order and we enjoyed a special treat of fresh baked blueberry pancakes. The history of this estate home and the garden is a real treasure. Ask Kathleen to see the book they put together. It’s so interesting!!! We planned to come back next year for our anniversary. As always, thank you for making our vacation special. Highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️

Very comfortable b&b, hosts Kathleen and Roger will do anything to make your visit enjoyable. Breakfast is amazing. Start your day with fresh fruit medley, choice of eggs served with bacon, sausage, croissant and slice of bread accompanied with jams. Coffee or tea is always available for breakfast or anytime during your stay.

Our stay was early in the season; so not many guests. The sitting area was quiet. Our room was very comfortable. The amble breakfast was delicious for a good reason. If you stay here, you will find out why. The innkeepers had time to talk with us which was a extra benefit for our stay at Drew House.

Absolutely quaint Bed and Breakfast. The wonderful ambiance is only eclipsed by the owners hospitality. The B&B is nestled between two towns that should star in the next Christmas movie or RomCom. Do yourself a favor and visit this beautiful B&B and location....it will make you want to return as frequently as possible.

This charming B&B oozes old world charm from every nook and corner. Even the microwave oven is from "NOSTALGIA ELECTRICS" and is branded "RETROWAVE". Kathleen and Roger are hosts par excellence. The breakfast is to die for served piping hot. The rooms spotless and done in nostalgic drapery and linen. The location is withing walking distance of downtown Elora. You cannot go wrong when you choose to stay here. Being from India, Kathleen informed us that Elora has a special connection to our home country. Here's the story - "The village of Elora was founded in 1832 by Captain William Gilkison, a Scottish-born British officer who had served in the War of 1812. Upon returning from India, Gilkison purchased 14,000 acres of land near the Grand River’s falls and established a settlement. Initially named Irvine Settlement, the community was later renamed Elora when the post office was established in 1839. Gilkison named the village after his brother’s ship, which was inspired by the Ellora Caves near Aurangabad." Here's my two rupees worth - I think both the brothers confused Ellora with Ajanta which is where the most impressive rock-cut caves are in a gorge like feature. Ellora is most famous for its rock cut Kailasa Temple; not its caves. We hope you too experience and enjoy Drew House and Elora.
