As a frequent client of the brand’s clothing through high end stores in the US or via shopping online - needless to say, I was thrilled to have the chance to shop in an actual DVN store on my recent visit to Paris. Unfortunately the two gentleman working in the shop could not be bothered to say literally anything to me while I looked around. I even heard them speaking in French that all I said was “Merci” when I came in, after one of them unlocked the front door for me.  I wanted to buy a couple pieces but I was so  uncomfortable and felt unwelcomed that I decided to spend my money elsewhere. I can totally understand the mixed reviews here for this store and that is really unfortunate. I definitely am taking a break from this brand as a result. Customer service for ALL types of customers matters. The good news is there are so many options out there and I had awesome experiences at other stores in Paris.
