My brother and I stayed at the Drury Inn in Colorado Springs in May 2025. Initially, we had only planned to stay for one day, but extended our stay to two nights.||This Drury Inn is in an area with plenty to do within walking distance of the hotel.||The staff was delightful! The Drury Inn seemed to have hired staff with the most naturally pleasant temperament for customer service positions. The gentleman who checked us in on day 1 and the second gentleman who extended our stay on day 2 were professional and efficient with warm demeanors.||The complimentary breakfast and dinner items contained a nice variety of options. The staff in the dining area were also attentive, greeting us warmly and ensuring that the plates were cleared from our table in a timely manner. One staff member saw that I was having a challenging time balancing my coffee and breakfast items and helped me to situate my items to avoid spillage on the way back to my room.||The atmosphere in the hotel was wonderful. All areas were as advertised. The hotel is well kept and the decor is nice, comfortable, and welcoming. All of the front desk staff greeted us each time we went downstairs for breakfast and dinner. It even seemed like my fellow guests were kind and relaxed.||I had a beautiful view of snow-capped mountains from my room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and I was able to adjust the room's thermostat to my preferred temperature.||We enjoyed our stay immensely and would stay there again. Thanks to the Drury Inn staff (both customer facing and behind the scenes) for collectively creating such a warm and inviting experience.

My family really enjoyed this stay at Drury Inn. It was our first stop on our first Colorado trip. Lots of entertainment within walking distance. Staff was great didn't really interact with them much though. We had a lovely mountain view from our room which was also very spacious and very clean. They were down to 1 elevator but that's not really anybody's fault. The laundry services are on the sixth floor which we did use. Would highly recommend a stay at this location.

Google
Positive: We loved the breakfast and 5:30 kickback the hotel provided. It made traveling with little kids so much easier! Hotel was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Great location. We loved it here! Would recommend! Negative: ""

Google
This hotel is always top notch. The food at breakfast and the afternoon snack/dinner is great. The rooms are super clean. Never do I have to worry about bugs or anything gross. The pool is always clean for the kids. This is a great hotel especially for the price.

Google
They so quick to get me pillows i wanted. When we got here at dinner time after a long ride we were about to go tout to eat, then found out they gave a free dinner buffet. We got the dinner and it was really good. And they have popcorn that is free which was really good. U should come here if u go to Colorado springs.

Google
The staff is outstanding here, very pleasant, low key. Lynette was super at check in helping us get the best room for our needs and canceling the following night because of a family issue. Other staff were very pleasant. King mattress getting worn, sofa sleeper mattress okay-they haven’t invented a good one yet. Room was quiet but there was a little noise on a Saturday night in the bowling alley lot, but I went right back to sleep. |Happy hour dinner was plentiful of tasty food one shouldn’t eat but does anyway. Breakfast had hot choices. Super hot water for tea,. Toaster was so polite it popped the toast out of the slot to the top of the toaster for you. Location fine for tourist attractions. We would come back.

Google
First time staying at a Drury and I would definitely stay again! We arrived just before 7 pm but we still had time to grab a light dinner buffet and cocktails (free!) and the morning breakfast buffet (also included). Free popcorn was a hit with our granddaughter! The hotel was very clean and rooms comfortable!

I just stayed here. I came here for a concert and a graduation trip by myself so it was my first time checking into a hotel by myself. The hotel staff was so so friendly and helped me through it. The rooms were very clean, and spacious. There was also a pool and gym that I never used because lack of time. But they looked very neat and fun. Thank you for your hospitality. Next time I come to Denver I will be staying here. Also it’s in a great location. No more than a 15 minute uber ride to everywhere I needed to be

Yelp
Drury Inn is always consistent; you know what to expect coming into one of them. The breakfast is always warm, good, and filling. The PM Happy Hour is always nice, with sufficient warm food/bar snacks to count as dinner for toddlers. The room was large, clean, and the bathroom was great. I do wish that more hotels didn't just have the pumps attached in showers. With long hair, it can be such a pain to get product out. Everything overall was great!

Yelp
Our already-high opinion of Drury Hotels went a little higher during our recent stay at this location. Good stays happen because of good employees, and the ones we dealt with were really nice. We're fans of the "5 o'clock kickback". For about the same price as other hotels, at Drury you get more. Definitely recommended.

Yelp
Another excellent stay at a different Drury Inn. Very well trained staff with good attitudes. Helpful and accommodating. The breakfast and kick back at dinner was so helpful during our busy times. Definitely will stay there again.

Yelp
My husband and I stayed at this hotel and the first night we stayed in a king room because it was a last-minute booking and then we stayed in our typical suite. We love Drury Inn and we try to stay in them whenever we can. The staff was excellent and very accommodating and friendly! The hotel is very clean and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The appetizer and cocktail hour is a wonderful bonus. Their rooms are very clean and the housekeeping ladies are always nice. The only reason that I'm giving this Drury and a four-star is because both rooms had mattresses that we felt were terrible on the king bed. Every time either one of us moved it bounced around and so we did not sleep well. in the suite that we stayed at faced a roof that was lower and on that roof they had a pole that had a very bright spotlight shining right on the window. So we really had to try and block out that light with a small coffee table pressed up against the curtain and a pillow pressed up the side of the curtain. That light definitely needs to be turned off if at all possible for all the people facing it.

Yelp
Great value for the price. Easily accessible, lots of parking, friendly and helpful staff. Nice extras like warm food, fresh popped popcorn, generous breakfasts. Spacious and clean rooms. We had an ADA room and it was well planned. What's not to like?

Yelp
Let me just say, my husband wants to move in, the room was so clean and the beds were very comfortable! They say join us for snacks and drinks but it is really a full buffet dinner and breakfast is the same. Plus they give everyone three alcoholic beverages gratis. This is a very friendly hotel, even offers free soda and fresh popcorn to everyone. This is place is great for both families and business or pleasure travel alike. Thank you for a great value in this ever inflated world. :)

Yelp
Drury offers the best of anything a customer would need. Their service is top notch. From the greeting at the front desk, to luxury rooms, a happy hour with some light food and service with a smile. This inn is highly recommended. If it costs a few extra dollars, give it a try, you won't be sorry. From Steve the manager, who works all the areas (not many businesses can claim management is in the floor helping customers and employees). Don't forget to see Jack the bar tender, very pleasant and interested in your day! Oh and say hi to John at check in. All of their employees seem to have the customer satisfaction as the number one goal.

Yelp
Good value for the cost. It have a hot breakfast every morning and dinner with one cocktail or beer included each night. The coffee area and soda machine was open 24 hours. The lobby looked modern and the employees were mostly helpful. Some employees were really nice, like the young guy that worked in the food area or the female that was most days at the reception, I believed she is a manager. The room looked a little dated but it was mostly clean with the exception of the floors and one wall. Someone had spilled something on the wall next to the garbage can and it was sticky. I cleaned the wall very easy with Clorox wipe. Also, it was crumbs on the carpet and a small garbage under the bed and in between the bed and the nightstand. I was not looking for garbage but my toddler pulled it out. The bathroom have a built in Body Wash/Shampoo/Conditioner dispenser. They provided a bar soap for the sink, but no hand lotion. At check in I told the employee that I didn't want the daily housekeeping but would like to refresh the towels every other day. Two days later, I asked the housekeeper for new towels and she said "No, you are not on my list of rooms to clean". I have to asked for them at the front desk. The front desk female employee, which I believed is the manager, apologized and gave me new towels and a bag to put the old towels in. Overall this is a great hotel and will probably peek this one over any other in the area.

Yelp
The location was great. The service was great. The hotel seems rather new and looked nice. Unfortunately the room's cooling system didn't work very well. We were hot and it took about 4 hours to cool down. Something other than the cooling system made loud sounds and vibrated our beds for about 1.5 hours. The bed and pillows were terribly hot. I sweated most of the night. We did not get good sleep here.

Yelp
Super clean hotel and friendly staff!! Obviously, we also really enjoyed the free lobby happy hour!

Yelp
This is a very good hotel. The staff are very friendly, the hotel is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. This hotel is located in a great part of Colorado Springs, I highly recommend this hotel.

Yelp
I've stayed at this particular Drury while in Colorado Springs. It is always clean and staff is welcoming. I love that their bedding is hypoallergenic. However, always check if necessary as they still have some feather pillows floating around. Manager was quick to make it right in my case. There are restaurants and entertainment with in walking distance. I always forget to take pictures before I settle in. Here is one The room is large and could accommodate another queen bed in the sitting area. So very spacious. This is a two queen room. Food, etc. is same as any Drury, good. The only thing I wish it had was access to Netflix, etc. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Yelp
This was our first visit to a Drury property and we will definitely return. The hotel is very clean and well kept from the rooms to the common areas. While it's certainly not a unique amenity among hotels in this class to have complimentary hot breakfast during your stay, Drury also offers a free evening session with a rotating soup + hot entrée in addition to hot dogs, salad and more. They advertised it as "snacks" but it was legitimately a full meal. My wife and I do not drink but they also offer adult beverages as part of this program. In addition to that, there is fresh popcorn available in the lobby in the afternoon. Every person on the staff we interacted with was courteous and friendly. Not only was it a clean, comfortable place to stay, but the location was outstanding. It is a short drive to the most popular attractions in the area such as Garden of the Gods, the Pike's Peak Cog Railway and the Broadmoor Seven Falls. Even if you wanted to stick around the property, you are within walking distance to several restaurants, Scheels sporting goods store, Great Wolf Lodge, a movie theater, Main Event, and more. Not to mention the majestic Rocky Mountains serve as a beautiful backdrop to the property. We were lucky to have a mountain view from our room but even if you don't, just grab a window seat at breakfast or step right outside the lobby to have a look. If you are coming to Colorado Springs, I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Yelp
Let me start my review by giving praise where it needs to go first. MAX! MAX! MAX! At the concierge front reception desk is an incredible man. He is such a professional man and deserves to be appreciated and praised for what he does and I hope management a knowledges this right away. Max always greets us with a smile (even though he us wearing a mask ) you can see it through is energy and personality. We arrived late after a long drive and he checked us in and helped guide us through all the guidelines as soon as we arrived. He has been super helpful with restaurant tips, areas to visit and guides ya to great places. Exceptional service! The hotel is not only clean but the staff here is all friendly. Came here during Covid-19 and yes I'm a little paranoid and to ease myself into feeling extra comfortable I brought my own cleaning supplies and I deep cleaned everything. My Lysol spray, Lysol Wipes and my shower cleaner. (It was clean when we arrived) Why not clean it to your standards if you are concerned? They have signs up everywhere that masks are required and you enter the elevator (1 family at a time) which I love and respect. Safety First. If you have kids (I don't) this is a great hotel because they have a nice beautiful garden out front for the kids to run around in and a nice swimming pool. They have a happy hour at 5:30 and you get (3) drinks the bar tenders are very sweet and friendly + a buffet (yes, they serve you) no helping yourself. The hotel is very clean and organized which I like you can get a cart at the front you just need to kindly return it. If you want fresh towels or sheets (covid-19) nobody is allowed in your room or near your room so go and ask for fresh linens if you need it. I highly recommend this hotel! 5 stars cleanliness 5 stars plenty of parking 5 stars service with a smile ( Thank you MAX) They

Yelp
This hotel was absolutely fantastic. We stayed due to the close proximity to the Academy for eye surgery but as well as the breakfast and dinner "kick back" they offered. All meals were great, the dinner rotated between 3 meals and breakfast was full of options each day that stayed the same. You get 3 free drinks per night if you are of age at the kickback meal period. The rooms were very clean, staff was so nice and there was plenty of parking. We had a pretty decent view out of our window and we were very comfortable throughout our stay. Drury Inn is definitely on our trusted list of businesses to visit!

Darlene G.

Yelp
I have never been to a Drury Inn that I did not like. It's perfect because they accept pets and we have to dogs. Spacious, clean and the outside is clean upon entering the establishment. A lot of places within 15 minutes or close to eat. A brewery near by which was very good.
google avatar

Kristina S.

Yelp
One, I felt disrespected as a female veteran. Other male veterans were acknowledged but I wasn't. That's not cool. I was wearing the same shirt. And they don't tell you about what is happening around COVID and housekeeping. We expected clean towels when we returned after a hot day of work and there was none. We waited the 20 minutes for an elevator down to get towels ourselves. Had this been explained upon arrival,we would have gotten the towel on the way up. No explanation about garbage or toilet paper. All that had to be done was that guests be given explanations about what is going on or a handout. I love sleeping in stinky sheets for several days, not. As disabled guests, this was disappointing. Diapers stayed in garbage all day and the room stunk before we knew that they didn't even collect garbage, so we left stinky diapers in the hallway, per their instructions.

Yelp
Really nice hotel for a reasonable price. The rooms are clean and the view facing west is amazing. They're lots of good food choices in the area and it's right next to Scheels. I highly recommend a stay here. Only negative is that the hotel seemed short staffed and you have to call someone from the back to come up to the front and help you with assistance. Other than that this is a great place to stay.

Yelp
Can't beat the Drury Inn - upscale, very clean, comfortable beds, quiet, excellent location, good hot breakfast (sausage, scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, fresh fruit, and much more) free, good hot dinner (baked potato, chicken Alfredo, soup, salad, hotdogs for kids, and much more) free, cocktails, beer, ale, wines, free. Swimming pool inside and outside, hot tub inside, fitness room. Free parking. Safe. Excellent service, housekeeping. Excellent management and esprit de corps; staff is dedicated and happy. While most other places advertise free meals, hot tub, swimming pool, spa, etc., they lie. Some of them don't even clean your room, or replace your towels while you are there. Even many of the five star hotels (where we use to stay) have cut back. As a former landlord I can tell you from experience if you don't clean the place you are inviting cockroaches, mice and rats, and once they get them, it's difficult getting rid of them. My wife and I are retired and travel a lot. In the USA, Drury Inns are our #1 preference, Hampton Inns are #2.

Yelp
Nice hotel, and nice staff. We have stayed here many times, for it is a good hotel. My biggest complaint is that the room my sibling and I were in, had a nonworking AC as opposed to my mother's room which stayed very cold. During our stay this time, there was an unexpected snowstorm, so you can imagine how warm our room became after three days of snow... we called the front desk, and I sent up these guys to check it out, but they tried telling us that it was just because of the snow, and some electrical thing. Yet they told us they had checked all of the electrical units that morning AND afternoon, but nothing was messed up... Isn't this called lying? We were given a fan which was nice, but when it gets up to 75 in your room with your Huntertown service dog that has a MASSIVE coat on 24/7, then a fan doesn't do much to help you... they acted as if we were lying when we told them that the AC wouldn't even allow us to turn it to cold and that every time we turn the temperature down, it would immediately turn itself back up to 70. The AC didn't even work to cool down the room when the temperature got above 70! I'm giving this hotel three stars because we have stayed here many times. But if this was our first time staying, we wouldn't have ever gone back! I'll list the negatives and then the positives. Negatives *The food wasn't amazing, but we did love the barbecue pork and baked beans! * The Wi-Fi was terrible, so we never used it. After many attempts, we gave up on it. *Cats must've stayed in our room because we had inflamed sinuses and itchy, red eyes. But I guess this is expected since it is a pet-friendly hotel. But if you have allergies to cats, this hotel would not be a great choice for you. * The room my sibling and I got which didn't have a working AC. Positives * The maids didn't interrogate you in the morning as most hotels do (even when you're staying another day). *There is free popcorn, a soda machine, and coffee & tea in the lobby. * The barbecue pork and baked beans are three days a week! (Whoohoo)! * The elevators are fast. *There's germ-x outside of each elevator. * The rooms were decently clean, along with the bathrooms. * The towels smelt fresh, even though they were a bit skimpy about them when you asked for more. *The view is wonderful (especially when it snows)!

Yelp
Boy for 250 a night you would think you would get a refrigerator and microwave. Also trash cans had liners in it and the tub was dirty. Then on top of it they double charged me. When I called they say they reversed it and could take up to 10 days. But made me have a overdraft fee. They said sorry. But we did reverse it. When I told them we didn't have a refrigerator or microwave they told me it was hidden in the closet. It must of been really hidden because I looked.

Yelp
Can't say enough good things about the Drury Inn & Suites in Colorado Springs! The staff is all so cheerful and pleasant no matter the time of day. I was greeted "good morning" by every one I passed, even the manager who took time to ask if I had slept well. They offer complementary breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, muffins, yogurt, etc) as well as dinner, which they call a "kickback". Ours consisted of chicken tenders, grilled chicken, Alfredo pasta, salad, & tomato basil soup. Yum! The room was clean and everything was covid safe. 10/10 recommend staying here.
google avatar

Cierra W.

Yelp
Love, love, love! Cannot say enough good things about Drury! This was my first time staying at one. We went to the Happy Hour where they serve you three alcoholic drinks of your choice and appetizers; all included with room! The service was very nice. Our room was very clean and bright. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The Drury did serve continental breakfast plated up by staff. You had the option to eat in the dining area or take it to go. There were biscuits and gravy, jelly, sausage, potatoes and eggs. They had three juice selections, coffee and Coke fountain drinks, also included in room price. I didn't use the amenities, but saw lots of kids in the pool and adults in the hot tub. Very nice and recommend to anyone in CS!

Yelp
Helena scores 5* for her Customer service. Do to Covid 19 there are many changes one of which was stopping breakfast a half hour early. I spoke with Helena and she was kind enough to get me 2 yogurts and muffins for my 2 grandsons. I remember Helena from last year and how kind she was. She is a gem!!

Yelp
Had a horrific experience at a previous hotel in the same area. The place is excellent! Free meals and treats all day. Free cocktails. A Starbucks very close by. Rooms are comfy and clean. Good bathroom. Good shower. Staff was really nice. The room was quiet. Clean smell. Felt safe. Doggie loved it. I could not be happer.

Yelp
I loved this hotel! Staff was friendly, hotel was clean. The wifi worked! They had a great hot breakfast including potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy plus juice. One amazing thing was their kickback meal! From 5:30-7pm you get free hot food and 3 alcoholic drinks! They had chicken tenders, hot dogs, chili, salad, and more (I can't remember what else.) This hotel was worth the money and I would definitely stay here again.
google avatar

Cheryl L.

Yelp
Very clean. Dog friendly and friendly service. I would go there again. I recommend it for anyone especially with dogs. It was not all "dogged out" with the smell of trying to hide it fabreezed over it. Well done!

Yelp
I can start by saying, I haven't stayed at this location. I booked this hotel to take my daughter to swim for her birthday, having stayed at the Westminster location. I booked on Sunday with a "no cancellation" price, checked the weather forecast and it looked good... fast forward twelve hours, a major winter storm is expected, bringing up to 3 feet of snow. I emailed their corporate office and they refunded my credit card. I will definitely stay at this hotel as soon as the snow passes.

Yelp
Beautiful hotel Downside: thin walls. Could hear everything next door. Plus side: Woke up to the most gorgeous view. Close to Starbucks and a gas station.! Comfortable bed and pillows

Yelp
Great hospitality and friendly staff! Clean rooms with plenty of space...enjoyed a full breakfast with just about everything! Included dinner buffet isn't bad either. For the $ I'm a fan. I will for sure stay at Drury anytime there's one close!

Yelp
I love this hotel. Stayed here for biz travel. Nice rooms, great service, clean. They have a happy hour with 3 drinks and a light meal. Meal was kids food mac and cheese, hot dog and salad. Cant complain about free. The pool and indoor/outdoor pool were imaculant. Hot tub was a great way to wind down an evening. I leared about this hotel on a visit to Flagstaff. Amazing service as well. This chain must know how to treat their staff as it is no fluke when its one of the highest rated hotels in multiple cities. If you have never stayed at this chain its a must try

Yelp
Check in went well if only it had been a sign of more good things to come! The evening offering of food and drinks was mediocre by comparison to the La Quinta which also provides evening meals, alcohol and hot breakfast. The first major disappointment was breakfast. Meager choices and waiting for refills were de riguer. Monday night it all went to hell in a handbasket! We went to the bar for our THREE drinks. I decided to get three shots of rum to last the whole night. Sky, the attendant gave me one shot. I asked if that were indeed 3 shots as a shot is 1.5 ounces each. There MAY have been one shot. Her answer was beyond offensive: "That's why it's FREE!" I saw that as a nonsequitor. How does the cost of something change it's legal components? No sense pursuing THAT conversation! Later I asked Sky for cream for my coffee. She said no only the powder. I pointed out we had actual cream for breakfast. She started stomping her foot and in an attempt at mock sarcasm blurted "oh I'm sorry how dumb can I be? Of COURSE we have cream! Should I get it?" Duhhhhh She came back out saying "oh I can't get you cream. It will involve opening a gigantic container, but if you want it..." I said "yes." She came out with a quart of half and half; HARDLY "gigantic!" That little outburst was a stunning assault on me. It was then I decided to go to the Manager who had been engaging with the guests and soaking up the compliments. He seemed to care so I asked him how one can order a single mixed drink if 3 shots come out at a time. He was stunned and ill equipped to perform damage control which would have been a mere apology and 2 shots. Instead he got red faced, stern and promised to "review the tapes." Overkill? Why go to the video tape on a simple question? Mustn't have been the first such query. If the La Quinta North at 8155 North Academy offers a much more varied and plentiful breakfast, an INDOOR/OUTDOOR pool a very similar complimentary supper with 2 wines or beers, an infinitely more consistently accommodating staff, why pay double for low rent treatment at Drury and it's just 3 miles down the road. Drury has adopted the austere and off putting dispenser no name shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap while La Quinta offers the purse size Pantine brand including body lotion which furthers a more brilliant marketing strategy and is not so cheap and annoying. I travel extensively here and abroad, this was a very bad experience. I will say housekeeping was very fast. I like that I went down for breakfast and returned to a room that appeared at first to have been attended. Then I noticed stains on the bedding both the white duvet AND the runner. It was a disaster. I cleaned it myself and ruined my allotment of bath linens. Never would I recommend this place unless they bring the rates in line with what they are willing to provide. Even then, their complete miss on Customer Service opting to view the customer as the enemy knocks them out of the game at any price.

Yelp
Had great stay with family. Breakfast and dinner which was a super nice perk. Friendly staff . Very impressed. Great location, lots of new restaurants within half mile.

Yelp
Absolutely loved this hotel! Convenient being surrounded by eating places, across the parking lot from The Summit (gaming, bowling, and arcade) and Movie theater. Not to mention across the highway from the AF Academy. There is plenty of parking. Nice lobby with all necessities taking into account. Great modern decor, clean and simple. Nice comfortable bed. Found no negatives to room nor the hotel, which is extremely hard for me to find. No mold, no messed up paint marks, no dust buildup, no hair found in room or restroom. This tells me that even the cleaning staff takes pride in their work here. To top it off the staff was nice and professional. I would definitely stay here whenever I am come back to Colorado Springs. We stayed here for one night then the next two nights we stayed at a much more expensive hotel and wished we would have just stayed at the Drury all 3 nights.

Yelp
This hotel is right off the highway, so it's a good jumping-off point for all the tourist attractions in the area. For that reason, it is popular with senior citizen bus tour groups. Being an AARP member myself, I got a great room rate of $117 per night plus taxes for a two-room King suite with two HDTV's, a mini-fridge, and a spacious bathroom. Daily maid service was provided, and the room was very clean. The air conditioner was silent, and worked perfectly. Free wi-fi. There are a couple of restaurants and a movie theater complex within walking distance. The towels were scratchy, and some of them smelled strongly of bleach when they got wet. However, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Included in your room rate are a buffet breakfast, and a happy hour from 5:30-7:00PM. The breakfast was nothing special, with the same food every day. I saw lots of overweight guests loading up on muffins and doughnuts, scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries, and biscuits and gravy. I stuck to cold cereal, yogurt, juice, and coffee. The free happy hour includes THREE bar drinks or beers per evening, plus a buffet. The food was mediocre and carb-heavy, but a lot of folks were making a dinner out of it. There is a bare-bones salad bar, supermarket tortilla chips, and chafing dishes with baked potatoes, steamed hot dogs, and very overcooked ziti in marinara sauce. However, the meatballs served one night and mentioned in some of the other reviews were quite tasty. I do think that this place is a good value, and I would stay here again.

Yelp
Very nice, very clean, great service! Awesome hotel! Stayed for 3 nights and felt very comfortable. Our kids loved the pool, the popcorn, and the breakfast. This will be our choice hotel when staying in Springs.

Yelp
Passing through, my wife found this jewel of a hotel. A convenient location, very clean (kudos to housekeeping)!! The lobby, public restrooms, corridors, our room...everything was clean. A friendly, service oriented staff welcomed us at check in and during our meals. The room looked to be new and beautifully put together. We recommend this hotel.

Yelp
10 out of 10!! Clean, comfortable, great kick back/ happy hour. Tasty and filling morning breakfast. And price wise reasonable! *** Hint*** Call the hotel direct for a better rate vs booking through a third party. Very pet friendly, no weight restrictions

Yelp
Literally not a bad thing I can say about this place. I'm here for a work training, and it's been wonderful. The staff is great, the beds are comfortable, and how can you complain about free dinner/breakfast?? Super impressed, and would definitely recommend anyone here after my current stay. Want to reiterate that the staff is amazing, great attitude and sense of humor! From management to bartender, everyone has been awesome!

Yelp
Got a chance to stay at the Drury Inn & Suites in Colorado Springs for Spring Break road trip! This was a great place to stay at. The place was CLEAN, hospitable and the staff was truly friendly. The manager, Andy, recognized us by name and was always available to assist with whatever you needed. They offered a free buffet, 3 cocktails and a breakfast buffet too! If you go to Colorado Springs, this is a great hotel for your stay! Price was great, central to lots of activities and the view outside the suite was looking at the mountains. Majestic!

Yelp
Beautiful newer hotel. Great access to 25 & practically in the same parking lot as a movie theatre, bowling / laser tag, and the Great Wolf Lodge. Upon check-in you receive vouchers for free dinner, 3 free drinks from the bar, & free breakfast! *Pet friendly!*

Yelp
Really clean, really comfortable, really good. And you KNOW they give you a totally edible dinner with alcoholic and soft drinks- all free!- AND a pretty good hot breakfast, so when you add it all up and throw in the amenities? You got a 5 star Rating from me.

Yelp
I am traveling for work and coming through Colorado Springs. I YELPED hotels and this one was the only one with 5 stars. I read some reviews and it seemed like the place to go. First, I'd like to say that the employees are VERY nice and helpful. You couldn't ask for nicer people or better treatment. VERY nice and friendly. The gentleman who booked my room was very nice as well. However, they lie. I was told over the phone that dinner, drinks, and breakfast was included. YAY! They dinner sounded great, the drinks sounded great, and the breakfast sound great and I knew I would save some money by going to Drury. I arrived and the place was immaculate. VERY clean, very nice. Everything in the room was new. I was impressed. It came time to eat dinner and that's where it all fell apart. I wouldn't normally leave a review based on a "hotel's" food but this was the most disgusting and fake food I've ever eaten and I got the shit's and a mild case of food poisoning from it. For dinner they served dehydrated broccoli and cheese soup. They didn't hydrate it very well so there was chunks of the powdered cheese all over the hard dried pieces of unchewable broccoli. Actually it tasted a lot like farts smell. It was disgusting and not for human consumption. It made me gag so I ended up getting a baked potato, mac and cheese, and some chicken strips. The potatoe was hard as a rock. Why? Probably been cooking all day. When I ate it, I could only hollow out the center because it was so hard. The chicken strips were ok and the mac and cheese was ok, but the rest should have been thrown in the trash. Breakfast was worse yet. Fake rubber bagged egg-like product. Hockey puck fake sausage, hard dried out biscuits, old moldy fruit, and man let me tell you about their so-called potatoes. These were supposed to b3 breakfast potatoes and they were not only badly freezer burned (you all know that taste) but they were cold and hard as rocks. The first one I bit into was so hard I think I cracked my top left wisdom tooth. I mean wtf??? Who does that? If you can't serve REAL food, made from REAL food products, then give up. Seriously. I am highly disappointed in the food and the fact that they used that as a bait and switch tactic to lure me into paying $110 for one night, ONLY to get sick and break a tooth on bad food. Seriously considering taking this further. It's a very nice, safe and clean place but DO NOT EAT THEIR FOOD-LIKE GARBAGE. I am in no way picky about my food. I like to eat and I like just about everything, but it has got to be REAL food. I won't be coming back and good luck if you come here and eat their food. You will very much enjoy the rooms and the atmosphere but you just may die from food poisoning.

Yelp
Unfortunately, I can't continue the run of all 5s at this Drury location based a couple things. The food at both breakfast and dinner didn't change much in the three days we stayed at the hotel. Dinner was always some combination of meatballs, salad, pasta and grilled chicken. Breakfast was the same as you'd get in most locations, although I applaud the hot eggs and potatoes--which isn't guaranteed at every free hotel breakfast. Also--and this is the danger of having a pet-friendly hotel--we had to move from our first room due to an over-powering dog urine smell, which was barely covered by Fabreeze. Unfortunately, in the second suite we got, the spare sheets/linens for the pull-out sofa bed had clearly been used for a previous occupant's animals because they were covered with hair. My kids didn't discover this until after we'd already gone to bed, so we didn't receive new linens until after complaining the next day to management. To their credit, management comp'd us our first night due to the back-to-back issues, so I appreciate their efforts. Keep up the good efforts cuz it looks like there is more competition literally building right behind the Drury.

Yelp
Best hotel ever! Seriously, I will absolutely be staying at another Drury Inn if it is available in whatever area I go visit. Every single person and employee at the Colorado Springs Drury Inn, was legitimately happy. The lobby is full of happy, smiling people. And I know why, it is the exceptional customer service and experience. Every morning, a delicious complimentary breakfast. (not your ordinary free breakfast). Every evening, a delicious complimentary appetizer buffet, which we used for dinner 2 nights, AND 3 free alcoholic beverages to each adult. (totally awesome) The pool is warm and it is fun swimming from inside the building to outside the building. Our room was huge. The bathroom was also huge. All 4 of us could be in the bathroom at the same time, with space. The shower had excellent water pressure and the tub floor was not slippery. Also, instead of stupid little shampoo bottles, they had very nice looking dispensers on the shower wall for body wash, shampoo and conditioner. They even used a soap dish by the sink. The beds were quite comfortable and there is a huge pillow selection. The room used central air, so it was whisper quiet when running. And waking up every morning to seeing Pikes Peak from the huge windows, was amazing. Totally awesome hotel. I can't think of a single negative thing to say about my stay.

Yelp
Great hotel! Staff is super friendly, breakfast is better than pretty much any other comparable hotel I've stayed in. They have happy hour every evening with 3 free drinks per night. That's beer, wine and mixed drinks, and hot and cold snacks that you can make a meal out of. Would defiantly recommend.

Yelp
In town to visit our daughter and her family of eight, obviously no room at their house to stay! There is nothing negative I can post here. From the comfortable bed and beautiful view of Pikes Peak, to the delicious breakfast (only we do wish it changed up the hot breakfast menu, add some bacon??) The gravy for the biscuits was fresh and hot, the sausage flavorful and the eggs were REAL, not powdered stuff we have seen at other places. Back to the room. This was our first trip with our new little dog, a terrapoo, and he was welcomed as warmly as we were. The place was spotless from top to bottom, only one minor complaint, a bit of housekeeping neglect, but really minor. Mentioned it to the desk manager, and he immediately comped us one night! Didn't expect that! Three of our grandchildren stayed with us and they sent up a rollaway, and from the looks of our bill, we weren't charged for it. The only complaint from our grandchildren was that Nana (me) snored way too loud. On the trips that we do not bring our motorhome, this will be home for us. Well done, Drury Inn and Suites!

Yelp
I came here on business and was very pleased with my stay. The views from the hotel are breath taking. It was easy getting around as well since the express way was just blocks away. It's a very clean and friendly place. I will be back.

Yelp
Love Drury Inn and the all of the great complementary things that come with staying at one. This location is PERFECT during your stay to explore this part of Colorado. The staff have all been incredibly friendly and we will definitely stay here the next time we visit.
