I have visited this Drury location for many years, at least 15 plus. Over the years, like others, there are some highs and lows of the visit. However, the new manager (and former manager) are amazing and willing to go above and beyond to serve guests. If you question how poor some stays can be, try the Best Western chain which is independently franchised. ||The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The weekly break was generous on both food and drinks. If one is unhappy, I highly suggest reporting to staff as they will do whatever is needed to ensure your satisfaction.||Overall, I recommend this location as it offers an airport shuttle and is still nearby to catch a ride downtown. Still loving this hotel after many years!

I really loved this hotel. It has breakfast and dinner included in your stay which is amazing and everything is super clean. The hot tub and pool are excellent. The only issue we had was the size of our room for us was small and the construction going on made things difficult to get around.

Excellent customer service! Our flight was canceled at 130am. Trying to find a hotel or a rental car was a nightmare as multiple flights were also canceled. Called Drury as we have recently stayed at another location and the customer service was amazing! Well the downtown Nashville location is just as amazing! Their staff went above and beyond. First, the hotel held the last two rooms for me so I could get things figured out. Then the shuttle driver Laurel, stayed past her shift to come to the airport after our luggage was retrieved. I am so appreciative that I did not have to Uber at the wee hours of the morning with my kiddo. Then the hotel Mgr Kim, went above and beyond as well. This location should be proud of the staff they have working and how they exemplify everything the Drury brand stands for. 10/10 would recommend this location and hotel chain.

My second stay at a Drury hotel and I will use them again. Nothing wrong with this hotel other than the airport location. It just throws the vibe off! It is older but very well maintained. A few things that bother me at other old hotels are poor quality renovation and slow running drains. I did not experience that here. While people are raving about the free breakfast I found it to be mediocre and the exact menu of other hotels in the area. I must say, for being in the south, none of the hotels we stayed in on this trip can make a decent gravy for biscuits and gravy. Get your pepper shaker ready is all I can say! The kickback meal in the evening is a nice touch and can save you a lot of money on restaurants. I stayed in two Drury hotels on a TN vacation with my wife and we enjoyed the kickback meals at both. Overall a very nice hotel at a reasonable rate. In my future travels, when booking a hotel, I will always look to a Drury property first, even if the price is higher then other hotels in the area|The worst thing about this hotel was only one elevator and it was excruciatingly slow

Very clean rooms with friendly staff. The bed was super comfy! Water was hot and plentiful! The lighting and plugs were all you could ask for! We checked in at 3am and we're given a top floor room to allow us to sleep in without outside noise. It was great!

Google
First time staying at a Drury's and we absolutely loved it. Lots of room in our suite. Great food both morning and evening. We made a point of going back to the hotel every evening in time for the Kickback. Loved the perk of dinner and drinks. Kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool too. The staff were incredible too. Friendly and all ways working to tidy up wherever they were working.

Well we stayed here for two nights at the end of April and I really cant fault it! We had a huge suite on the 6th floor with perhaps the best layout I have seen- a large seating area, a separate bathroom and toilet area and then the bedroom at the back... it was so quiet! We slept so well. |The kick back was great, well organised and fun where we got to chat to other guests staying at the hotel.|We took Uber into Nashville which were quick and cheap as we're from the UK so weren't sure how busy the city centre would be.|We had a hire car which we parked out front for the duration of our stay with no issues at all.... I'd definitely stay here again or at another Drury's location.

Amazing breakfast and staff, very affordable. I like the pantry, they had everything I needed that I forgot to pack. Room had all the amenities I needed and the shower was great! I will definitely make Drury my go-to hotel for future vacations

Yelp
We have stayed at many Drury inn at different states. All of them have been wonderful! All the rooms are very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The amenities are nice. Breakfast and evening food is wonderful. I am sorry, I don't have any photos.

Yelp
This Drury his conveniently located within 5 minutes of the airport. Thankfully they have their shuttle so we were able to get a ride to the airport in the morning. I had missed the shuttles that used to take you anywhere within 10 minute of the hotels location, but since COVID staff shortages have made that convenience nearly non-existent. This clearly does not have the same luxury look as the Plaza in downtown Nashville, but they still make you feel like you are at home. You definitely have to get down to breakfast and evening dinner early because their dining area is small and will not fit 1/4 of the hotel guests. Staff is very friendly and accommodating and the accomodations are typical. You still can indulge in the three free drinks each night you stay there.

Yelp
Oops just realized chose the wrong location. My review is for the location in Franklin.

Sibyl C.

Yelp
Went online last minute, plans and weather changed, thankfully Drury Inn & Suites were able to accommodate us. The room was clean, comfy with everything needed. Funny with all the amenities the secure parking and airport shuttle was the most appreciated. The staff was professional and friendly which at the end of the year is amazing and appreciated. Thanks again Drury Inn & Suites

Yelp
We chose Drury Inn's Nashville airport location for the ease of spending the night and then waking up the next morning and not having to rush around to get to the airport. It's been several years since we stayed here and since then, there has been a major remodel of the hotel property. A full dinner is offered each night free of charge for guests, as well as a full free breakfast each morning. The staff is courteous and helpful. The property is kept well and the rooms are comfortable. The only problem encountered is that the water takes a long time to warm up when most of the people in the hotel are taking showers in the mornings. When we fly out of Nashville, we have to find a place to park our car while we're on our trip. There are several options however, the Drury offers one of the least expensive options. You can leave your vehicle here for $15 a night when you spend the night at the hotel on either end of your trip. They have free on-demand shuttle service to and from the airport between 4:00 am - midnight.

Yelp
A lovely, quick stay for an evening. I booked very last minute and made a request knowing that it was likely it wouldn't be fulfilled, but manager Tim made it happen and was so incredibly kind. Beds were comfy and room was clean and just the right temperate getting out of the Nashville heat. The Kickback was an added bonus (seriously, free dinner and drinks?) also shoutout to the assistant manager, I didn't catch her name but she had blonde hair. Thank you!

Yelp
Drury Inn's are fantastic hotels and this one is no exception! First it is easily accessible off I-40 and close to the airport. That's very handy when traveling. The hotel itself is super clean. The staff AND management is super friendly. It's wonderful to see management greeting guests, answering questions, helping employees, clearing plates and walking around interacting with hotel guests. Not because they are short staffed, but because it is the right thing to do. When you stay at a Drury Inn, they not only have hot breakfast, but they also have nightly hors d'oeuvres with soda and complimentary alcoholic beverages. And these are not just a cracker and cheese type of deal. Today they served salad, meatballs with gravy, mashed potatoes, vegetables, nachos, hotdogs....... It was very good and served hot. If there was a Drury Inn everywhere I traveled, I would probably never stay at another hotel. It's that nice!

Yelp
We love staying at Drury properties. They are always so clean and staff is the best. This location was no exception. Can't recommend it enough. From dinner/free drinks to a great breakfast - to super clean and fresh smelling room- always a positive experience.

Yelp
I love Drury Inn.. I stay there on a regular basis because they are pet friendly,, have a great breakfast and fantastic buffet with free drinks,, alcohol included for dinner This is the worst Drury Inn I have ever stayed at. The rooms are dated and need remodeling, the staff are not friendly and barely competent. We stayed last Saturday night on our annual trek from Florida to Minnesota. We arrived a little before check in time and there were several other families trying to check in with just one staff member to check in all these people. We waited a half hour to check in. The front desk person seemed frazzled after the couple before us must have had an invalid credit card. When she finally got to me, she rushed and forgot to zap the door keys. I got up to my room with a full cart and could not get in. So I had to drag the cart all the way back down from 5th floor to ground floor to have her zap me new keys. The room was small and very little light. Completely different than the Valdosta, GA Drury and the Mt. Vernon, IL. Drury where we usually stay. The evening food service was in a small area, without many tables and there was a large influx of youngsters at 5:30 pm waiting for food. The area was too crowded for all these people. The pulled pork tasted funny, the baked potato tasted like it had been microwaved the day before, the hot dogs were not warm yet. They just weren't prepared to serve food yet. Perhaps because this was the Airport location, there was an inordinate number of young children, making lots of noise. Later in the evening, After we had retired for the evening, one of the teenagers pulled the fire alarm, waking us and causing the hotel to evacuate until the fireman gave us the all clear. Neither my wife nor I could get back to sleep, so we packed up at 2:30 am, left the hotel and began our drive back to Minnesota. All in all, a complete waste of time and money. We left tired, hungry and frustrated. This hotel does not deserve to carry the Drury name.

Yelp
One of the best values in the Nashville area. Located off interstate in Franklin it's a beautiful hotels, with clean rooms, nice lobby, breakfast buffet, restaurant bar attached as well. Consisting the high prices of rooms close to downtown this hotel is more affordable if you don't mind a drive or enjoy Franklin area and shopping. Rooms are similar to a Hampton inn with nice beds. Place is also pet friendly and we saw plenty here during our stay. This is not our first time staying here and has become our go to place when staying in the area.

Maggie R.

Yelp
Very nice, spacious and clean room. Friendly service. We enjoyed the afternoon food and drinks, it was such a nice add on. Super close to the airport, and easy to get in and out of the city center.

Yelp
Top notch. Staff friendly, efficient and helpful. Late check out-No Problem Room spacious and clean. Beds comfy. Two sinks separated nice touch. Breakfast way above most. Definitely will stay here again.

Yelp
Luxury all the way and treated well everywhere in this hotel the buffet, happy hour and food in the morning makes it a bargain. We really don't wanna pay more than $200 a night. Some locations are above that but we have stayed at the Drury in hotels, twice so far on our road trip across country. Love the one in Amarillo.

Judy P.

Yelp
We stay at Drury's because they provide reliable service and allow pets. We were on our way back from a cross country trip to visit with our son in Colorado and only stayed at Drury's on the trip. Breakfast, Kickback with an evening cocktail can't be beat. Franklin, TN and Wichita Kansas, Westminster CO on our way out and there while visiting. Our return included Kansas City MO. All of these hotels were as expected. The Nashville Airport was not. When we pass through Nashville again we will be staying downtown. When we arrived one of the elevators was not functioning. No problem, there is another elevator at the back, less convenient, but no big deal. When we awoke the next morning on our fourth floor accommodation we discovered the second elevator was also not working due to a burst pipe. While it is a unfortunate confluence of events that both elevators would go out simultaneously, it clearly was an emergency situation. One gentleman explained to the front desk that his companion was incapable of taking the stairs. The young lady at the desk seemed unsure of how to respond to this man's problem. My husband has bad knees so I wound up ferrying down pieces of our luggage in small trips. I did not stop at the front desk to complain. I did not call customer service to ask for my money back or even a partial refund. I am simply not staying there again, since I question there commitment to the maintenance of their facility.

Yelp
OVERPRICED. Booked an expensive room to fly out of Nashville airport, pretty much next door to it. Picked it for its hot tub on site. Forgot our suits so went to buy some in the fall, that was fun. Made it back to head down to try and relax for the night and the jets were barely working. Once the jets stopped the water had dead skin cells floating EVERYWHERE.... Just pouring out of the skimmer basket. We jumped out and were disgusted. The complimentary dinner was decent, 3 complimentary adult drinks per guest. Overnight- slept 2 hours (maybe!) the bed was an old spring mattress. It sent my hips into an all night ache. I d wished I'd just stayed home and drove to the airport in the morning rather than sleep so horribly and be next door to the airport. Room layout was nice, shower and bathroom was attractive. Hotel was quiet.

Yelp
Not like any other drury I have ever encountered. Claim they don't have to respect your DND sign even if you are from another country and horribly jet lagged. Even when they do "check on you" they don't bring you what you ask for. First day asked for towels. Was told they'd "be right back". We went out, came back hours later and no towels were given to us that day...so why bother the guests? It makes absolutely zero sense. Never at ANY other drury has this occurred. I was literally told at other locations that housekeeping CANNOT enter your room if you have the DND sign posted. We even opt out of daily housekeeping when we travel and at best should be every 3 days seeing as when I booked I saw an option to check if you want daily housekeeping. A bit taken aback to why it's being forced on me. Noisy as well. So very noisy. Even at night. Close to the airport. Desk and food staff are nice. Those are the two pluses. Sofar 0 of 2 nights have I gotten an unbroken rest or a nap undisturbed during the afternoon hours. Honestly, with two other drury hotels in Nashville I will likely take my chances at one of the other two next time.

Gayle F.

Yelp
Thanks to Laurel who checked us in - she sold me with her hospitality at the front desk! So glad we stayed here and NOT next door! Everything was perfect and bring your kids here as they have the coolest pool ever that is indoors and outdoors in one! Wish I had the grandkids with us! If you need to stay close to the airport in Nashville - this is def the place to stay with a nice room, great pillows, good breakfast that won't disappoint you. Thank you Laurel....as this was the first time we stayed at a Drury Inn & Suites - so we stayed again later on the trip in Franklin which was a lot bigger of Drury Inn & Suites! You will definitely get a good nite sleep here!

Yelp
This is a really nice place with clean, modern rooms and a very good breakfast. It also has a cool indoor/outdoor pool that you can swim between. The only reason it's not five stars is that my wife and I got in kind of late and the desk worker made us show her our IDs through a glass wall before she unlocked the door and let us inside, which makes me think it's somewhat unsafe in this area.

Yelp
Myself, my mom, & three younger siblings really liked this hotel! Usually, we get stuck with nasty, uncleaned rooms, terrible service, etc... but this place didn't disappoint. This location of Drury Inn is close to the airport & about a 10-15 min drive from downtown Nashville, depending on traffic. I preferred a hotel outside of the crazy city because it was just that, CRAZY! So, coming back to our hotel room after touring Nashville for a night was relaxing. They have a free popcorn & soda machine open during their regular business hours. My mom & I enjoyed their 5:30pm social, where we attained: 3 free drinks (each) & a cute little buffet of food (the night we were there they had: baked potato, taco meat, mexican rice, & chili). Their breakfast buffet was probably one of the best I've had, included: apple/orange juice, coffee, hot chocolate, scrambled eggs, 4 choices of cereal, make your own waffle, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, bananas, sausage patties, etc. We really enjoyed how on top they were with refilling everything & making sure we were doing okay. *My mom was the only one that went down to the jacuzzi/pool area & made a comment that it needed to be cleaned. She was sitting in the jacuzzi & quickly got out because she saw a bunch of dirt & grime piled all along the sides.* But, other than that, I'm fairly content about our stay here & if we ever find our way back, we'll probably be staying here again.

Yelp
Nice hotel. They still do the social hour in the evening & offer hot food & 2 alcoholic drinks per person. Plus they are one of the few hotels still offering a hot breakfast. We had a basic room (no separate sitting area). It was clean & had a mini fridge. Would be nice to have a safe though. We would also have liked the toilet/shower room to have a vent. It was so musty in there. The pool area was good- half the pool is inside & half is outside. Unfortunately the hot tub was closed. We did not use the gym. I did go for runs in the morning & the area around the hotel seemed safe to be out & about.

Yelp
We're from East Tennessee and at times we must fly out of Nashville. Normally we drive there drop off whoever is flying out and drive home. My honey was flying out this time, she thought it would be nice to go the night before and get a nice dinner and a hotel room with a hot tub to relax and get up early and get on the flight all cozy. In my opinion, the hotel room was over priced at around $300. But I wanted her to feel good about her trip and support her. We arrived. We went up to the room. The layout was nice. She was excited, and we were going to head off and have us some dinner. After dinner, we decided to go to the public hot tub, (which I would never do) I only put my feet in and after sitting there for a few minutes, I saw how much skin was floating in the water. I was pretty grossed out. So we got out and went upstairs. We took a shower and we went to bed. The mattress was terrible as it sagged in the middle and she couldn't get comfortable all night long. I can sleep on just about anything but she needs a decent mattress and this one wasn't. The linens were OK, not great, but OK. So for her flight, she's exhausted and starting the trip off on a bad foot. So yes, the next time will be again driving to town dropping off whoever's flying out and not staying here ever again. Overpriced and I can't believe that others have given it 5 stars. It's interesting, It makes you wonder who's actually doing the reviewing.

Jae S.

Yelp
This would have been five stars thanks to the amazing cleaning staff they and the quality of the hotel itself. That being said the manager tanked this rating. We came up for my nieces birthday/graduation. I got there after my niece and her friend did and they had used window markers to decorate the our window in "Happy Birthday" / "Congrats Grad" cutesy designs. While I completely understand a hotel not allowing that and telling us to take it off, how he went about it was completely unacceptable. I even understand being frustrated when coming to tell us, but this was way more than that. We just got back from the pool and the girls (one a minor) we're changing in the main room area. The manager knocked two very quick knocks and immediately came in, while these girls were in the middle of changing. My niece had to run off into the bathroom almost naked and almost being seen by this older man. This is by far my biggest beef with the situation. If he had came a second or two later he would have walked in on a minor that was exposed. That's DISGUSTING, barging in on a room and giving no time to come answer the door to a hotel room. This man brought TWO staff members behind him as if a room of girls is a threat here? He was borderline yelling at us as I apologized immediately and multiple time. I tried (with him interrupting me and talking over me) to explain that: I got there after they had done that, we had everything to clean it up, all the intention to clean it spotless. I was overly polite and apologetic the whole time (also clearly shaking and visibly upset as he continued to berate us). He still threatened to kick us out and add a large cleaning fee. The same man who was so nice and welcoming during breakfast turned around and became unprofessional and disrespectful with the drop of the hat. The girls were having anxiety attacks and crying, like good lord. If I acted like that in any of my jobs I would be fired. Before becoming a teacher, I worked in customer service since I was 14. I maintained higher levels of professionalism than this man as a sales floor rep and cashier and would have been fired immediately if I had acted like this towards a customer. Anyways we left that damn window cleaner than it was when we got there and stripped & tipped the room for the cleaning crew. They were very sweet, went out of their way to check on us and help us, and helped us get necessities at every turn. They deserve 5 stars and a raise. We would have never left a mess for them to clean, as he implied we would. You'd thing in the midst of covid where she didn't get to celebrate huge milestones in her life, he'd have a little compassion and grace when speaking to us.

Yelp
I loved staying at Drury Inn Nashville Airport! The hot tub and inside pool was so nice and relaxing ! The 5:30 kick back was delicious! They had BBQ sliders, hot dogs, chili, beans, broccoli, and salad! All of that was free for guests. Along with 3 drinks! I recommend the tequila sunrise! My friend and I were stuffed! The staff had a plan for social distancing and had lines and markers on the floor to help guests keep their distance. They also had enter and exit only lines and hand sanitizer in line, by elevators and doors. I was very impressed with the staff at Drury Inn! Some guests would come in the food line and did not have a mask and the staff member calmly and friendly asked if she had a mask and she did not. Instead of making her get out of line or shame her for not wearing her mask he just gave her one. I really liked how they handled that situation! I will be booking another stay soon! Thanks for a Great time

Yelp
I'll start this off by saying that the customer service was excellent. This was our first time traveling with a child and two small pets so we had some unexpected delays. I forgot to ask about the check out time until 10:45. By the way its 11 am. Jordan was cleaning the room next to ours and kindly suggested that we take our time. Also the lady we spoke with at the corporate call center changed our reservations from Louisville to Nashville without any hesitation. She even asked about our son and pets. I'll be happy to stay at another Drury hotel in the future.

Maryann F.

Yelp
Excellent staff. Free shuttle to the airport. Breakfast and snacks at night. 3 free cocktails a night. Planes a little loud but they don't seem to run 1130 pm to 6 am

Craig C.

Yelp
Great place to stay when visiting Nashville short 8 min drive to Broadway. Very clean and the staff was incredible. Pool Was a 8 as it was small but nice. Michelle at the front desk spent a lot of time helping us out. Can't wait to stay there again.

Yelp
Made reservations for Townplace well in advance for my wifes bday in Nashville. They over booked and yave our room to someone else. Walked us to this place Drury. Arrived at the door now 1am, door was locked, took 15mins calling and banging on the door to get someone's attention to let us in, even though they said they just talked to someone here. Initially was not happy with Townplace but spending 15min not knowing what was going on made it worse. Also found someone elses hair in the bed...gross..so clearly they didn't clean the sheet either. Well here's to a crap start to our trip.

Yelp
This is the most amazing hotel we have ever stayed in. Jury ends should be at the top of your list. Wonderful evening meal and breakfast. Extremely friendly staff. Very clean hotel and clean rooms. We have found our forever hotel.

Yelp
We stayed here on night #2 of a cross-country drive. We opted for Drury because we had a terrible night the first night in a La Quinta in Kingsport. First, we chose Drury because they are pet friendly and we were traveling with our dog. They ask that you don't hang out with the dog in the shared areas like the lobby, which was fine, but they also asked that you take the stairs instead of the elevator if you have the dog with you. For that, I subtracted a star. We occasionally have some mobility issues and I felt put out being asked to take the stairs. Instead, we used the back elevator without incident. Everything else, though, largely made up for the stair thing. The hotel has a complimentary dinner and breakfast. The dinner wasn't anything to write home about, but it was serviceable and FREE. Also, upon check in, you receive a card good for 3 drinks per adult in the room. They may not be serving top shelf booze but, again, free is free. My favorite bit, though, were the quiet times. I can't recall the exact time, but it was something like 10pm to 7am is a quiet time and part of what you agree to during check in is to respect that. I have no idea what happens if you violate the quiet time, but it was so, so nice to not have to worry about a bunch of noise while we were trying to sleep and to, therefore, get a restful night's sleep. Lastly, all of the staff was incredibly friendly. I'd never heard of Drury before we stayed at this one, but I'll definitely stay in one again.

Jay S.

Yelp
Drury sets the standard by which all hotels should be measured. Top notch service by all their employees. I was impressed that even the general manager, Tom Tolbert, is fully engaged in serving guests at but the kickback evening affair as well as the morning breakfast. He said he had been working for over 27 years! How refreshing to see front line management fully engaged with hotel clients and not sitting in the backroom. He stated that's the way he gets real feedback on what's happening at the hotel. I would never hesitate to go to Drury hotels.
google avatar

Vincent O.

Yelp
The hotel was nice enough. The hotel general manager came up to my room and said the maid reported that I was in the hallway naked. I'm not sure if she made a mistake about who it was, or was just an outright lie, but the manager made me leave the hotel. Probably, without a doubt the most embarrassing situation I have ever been in They have not heard last of me yet!

Mike S.

Yelp
UPDATE: NOAH K from management really went above and beyond to rectify the situatio. I felt he was empathetic to my grievances. The hotel and location is amazing. There may have been a few members of management I didn't agree with, but this hotel, the establishment and location is top rate. That being said, they double booked my a suite, and then downgraded us to a double queen and didn't offer any discount or prorate. I essentially recieve a " tough luck buddy," from BRAD the manager who showed no compassion or empathy. I could have let this go, HOWEVER when approaching management to compliment DOM the pool security and Justin our bartender, I was again brushed off by management. They said they may put the individuals in a raffle. To overlook quality service by employees, will lead quality staff to be appreciated elsewhere. While quality service nearly brought this review up, Bradley had forced this review to be 1 star.

Yelp
Friendly staff-clean rooms-good food and beverage. We always stay here. It's near the airport. There's restaurants and shopping near by. They will call a shuttle that will take you to downtown Nashville for 10.00 dollars round trip. It is well worth it no chance of a DWI. There pool is half inside and outside the kids love swimming under and being outside in the cold then coming back. Free breakfast and dinner always a big hit. We always sit at a table for four so we can ask a couple sit with us. You can meet the nicest people that way.
google avatar

Yelp
What a pleasant stay. The hospitality shown was amazing. The customer service was excellent and you can tell the staff really cares about the guests. My room was clean and neat. In room microwave and fridge. It was my first time staying here, and I was impressed. There was a drink card given to me at check in and also the night I stayed was taco night. They provided 3 tacos with rice and beans. I was very happy with my stay and have to say that the staff will definitely make you feel welcomed!!

Yelp
It is just 15 minutes away from the airport to this hotel/suite. I have heard a lot of positive feedback about this nice and affordable hotel. This southern-based hotel chain has the exquisite and breathtaking ambience of a hotel should feature. It is quite possibly the best looking and nicest hotel in Nashville. Sorry, If I had to compare to the hotel in SF, it will be Hotel Nikko, which is also my favorite. They have a special on a suite for $109.00 a night. The room has one large bed for my linebacker's frame body, a whirlpool and a satellite dish. We requested two rooms, because I'm a huge snorer. (Strong-advisory, never sleep with me,because I snore like a bear). The suite was cheap enough, why not two rooms. The hotel employees were nice and helpful, also they request to carry our bags, but we are young we can do it. They also valet my rentral-Corolla. I would definitely stay here again, if I come back to Nashville.

Yelp
We booked our trip last minute to Nashville and were very lucky to book this hotel. This was out first time staying in a Drury Inn. Pros: -Very friendly and accommodating staff -Clean rooms -Decent price -Very close to the airport(If you care about that) -About a 10 minute drive from downtown -Good breakfast -Kickback hour which includes 3 drinks per person/per night and heavy snacks -Indoor pool and outdoor pool and indoor hot tub -Comfortable beds -Easy access to highway -Pet-friendly (if you want to bring your pet) -Many restaurants to choose from surrounding the hotel -Hotel guest only parking lot -Plenty of outlets in the room -Safe area Cons: -Some rooms smell like smoke even though it's a non-smoking hotel -10 minute drive from downtown(if you plan on spending most of your time downtown) -Pet-friendly ( if you don't like the idea of animals being in the hotel) -Very close to airport( you hear airplanes fly over quite frequently) -Only two elevators and there are 6 floors We definitely would not mind staying here again.

Yelp
The squad and I drove down to Nashville recently for a competition. Like always, we decided to plan everything last second (pshhh at planning early). Fortunately, Drury had room's open and for a good price. Perfect for if you're on a budget. The hotel was very accommodating. The receptionist (I forgot her name) was the nicest lady. She made us feel right at home and even let us check in early which gave us the two hours of much needed sleep after driving all night. And free breakfast and dinner. I've tried many hotel breakfast buffets, but this one was way above par. Also came with an indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. Not the biggest pool, but it was nice. The hotel is only like 10 minutes away from downtown. I saw someone say the airport offers free shuttles downtown, wish I knew that! Uber/lyft wasn't too expensive either. Overall, nice hotel, nice people. I recommend.

Yelp
We are staying three nights while touring Nashville for my husband's 75th birthday. Excellent beds, clean room, great selections for the free breakfast, attractive pool and a surprising early evening pick-me-up drink and snacks party every evening. The parking is free and gated. The front desk is knowledgeable and helpful. The coffee is hot all day, and pop is available in the evening. The hotel is near the airport, so you hear planes a lot, but hardly any noise from other guests. Great to relax after a day of sightseeing!

Yelp
Overall a good stay. Room was clean and modern. Free breakfast was decent and had many hot items. The daily happy hour was kind of a riot. Obviously a big deal for many of the guests and a source of amusement and decent amount of booze for me. The main annoyance was being on the 6th floor and constantly waiting for the slow elevator which was always busy. Not a very big deal but something to consider. Pool and hot tub was nice and had the swim-under indoor/outdoor thing going on. Service was extremely friendly and helpful. Staying here was easy and comfortable. Would recommend.

Yelp
Came here for business and the staff was great. Rooms are nice and clean. Was surprised to find out they not only had a free breakfast buffet, but also a free dinner buffet which included 3 free cocktails. Really liked this hotel and will be back here on my next Nashville trip.

Yelp
Stayed 2 nights the weekend of Jan. 25-27, 2019. Never stayed at a Drury before, but was so excited to see such a reasonable rate/price for somewhere not too far from Nashville city center (places closer in prices are so high!). Only about a 10-15 minute Uber/Lyft ride from hotel to "main strip"/Bridgestone Arena area, about $12 total. LOVED: Large free breakfast in morning (wish it maybe went until 11am though instead of 10, but oh well); 530 Kickback with lots of also free included yummies each night, like hotdogs, nacho bar and a rotating "main item/thing" different each day of the week (Friday I think was beef tacos and Saturday was pasta). AND 3 free alcoholic bevs per adult each night...GREAT! Margaritas were suuppeerr tasty; Front desk staff, housekeeping and the manager (I think? Mike?) were all so friendly and pleasant to talk to; Free parking on site; Microwave, mini fridge, and plenty of furniture storage, drawers, etc. available in room, and room was clean. NOT SO LOVED: Small entryway/entrance into hotel, which immediately butted up to the front desk...made it kind of hard to get in and out during peak/busy time with people checking in or out, especially when we had the rolling suitcase dolly thing to bring all our stuff to/from the car; Wish there was more seating/table area for breakfast/kickback time, as it's only from 530-7pm, it gets pretty crowded (on a weekend night at least when we were there) and made it somewhat hard to find a table even just for 2; Shower water temp in our room (603) fluctuated quite a bit while using it, and toilet handle needed to be pressed down a realllyyy long time to flush; Our room (603) was also directly across from some apparent utility/housekeeping/storage room and we (especially and oddly in the night) would hear a door slamming sound and lots of loud ruckus. We thought maybe it was the elevator at first, which was around the corner, but figured out it had to be the staff door right across from us (?). Can't comment on pool/hot tub, gym, meeting space, etc. since did not use. All in all, I'd definitely be back to this or any other Drury!

Yelp
I stayed here at the beginning of June with my two daughters, had a great experience, so on my way back home. I decided to book here again, We booked a suite with two beds and a pullout couch. We made the sofa bed with the linens found in the closest, about 10-20 minutes later we were talking I noticed a bug on the pillow, there were more and more as we looked. we had a ton of bed bugs, so we put the linens back in he bag and zipped them up! I called a manager, he came addressed the situation in a very professional manner and resolved the issue to my satisfaction, we were moved to a different room, and given a full refund. That was embarrassing after telling my friend oh its really a nice hotel, I stayed there earlier this month, I even joined the rewards club. second issue is if you swim in the pool there is a wall you can swim underneath to go to the outside or inside pool. Please use caution and watch your children! they have a rope that runs along the wall, when kids dive under they seem to get snagged on it. I had to help on little boy who was drowning when he paniced after coming up and getting caught in the rope. Absolutely its swim at your own risk and parents should be there, however it is a hazard. maybe paint the bottom of the wall a bright color vs. that rope?? Overall the breakfast is free & nothing exciting. The pool was clean and nice could use more seating. I did not meet any rude staff, everyone was very friendly.

Yelp
I've stayed at a lot of Drury Hotels but this one needs some updates and maintenance help. However, the great staff and food made me raise my rating. Also, it's in a great location for all that you want to do in Nashville.

Yelp
Only 1 elevator in the hotel works right now with signs that say "only 1 person or group at a time," this is for everyone and to cover 6 floors. My husband is visibly disabled and had his service dog with us. We were put in room 219 where we had to walk waaaay down the other end of the hall to get to the only working elevator with a 40lb dufflebag on my shoulder. I too am disabled with muscle deterioration, but mine isn't as visible as my husband's who has to walk with a cane. 10 minutes in, after getting the dog settled first, we realized the refrigerator wasn't working. We called to the front to find out they had no maintenance workers working at all, and we'd have to be moved. When my husband took that long walk all the way back down, (because my back was now racked with pain) the woman said she was putting us just a few doors down on the same floor. He told her that was way too hard on us and he wanted something closer and less of a walk. She then stated that room was ALL she had since we had checked in so early. We checked in just 45 minutes early, and could have been told our room wasn't ready before placing us in such horrible conditions for handicapped people. Another employee looks at the screen and suggests room 627 on the 6th floor saying it was open. This room is just 3 rooms down from the elevator on the back side of the hotel where the WORKING elevator is! I don't know if the 2nd floor just happens to be where they stick pets (though our dog isn't a pet) but clearly there was no reason to put us through that while trying to blame us for arriving too early, and then lying about the other room being absolutely ALL she had available at that moment! Maybe keep some maintenance around so you don't have to move people, blame the paying customer, and then lie about what's available and convenient for your handicapped customers! We fly southwest so Nashville is where we come a lot to fly out of if we can't go from SC. Though this is 2 minutes from the airport, I WON'T be back after the way we were treated!!!!

Yelp
This was by far the cleanest and friendliest hotel I've ever been to. They offered a special for 3 free alcoholic beverages each night during your stay from 5:30-7. It is a great concept, however the only downfall was the line was sooo long we opted to go elsewhere to eat and grab drinks. I would totally book here again! Highly recommended!!

Yelp
The hotel was nice and tidy with a nice staff. However after waking up in the middle of the night I was greeted by bed bugs. Guest services did come up to take pictures and left me trash bags and refunded the room. Stay away from this hotel or check your room closely.

Yelp
Conveniently located suburban hotel with friendly service with well appointed rooms, pool, workout room and small business center. The design, with glass elevator and terraced floors remind one of Embassy Suites. Basic breakfast included as well as a generous early evening food offerings (tacos, burritos, hot dogs, rice, salad, nachos, baked potatoes) that are more than mere snacks. In fact, one can fall back on them as a light dinner. Three free alcoholic drinks are included. All-in-all good value.

Yelp
Clean Beautiful and SO FRIENDLY!! The pool was awesome and immaculate! And all the bathrooms were clean. They had breakfast and dinner which saved us a ton of money and it was good food! Also I have never had such a friendly homely staff! They were amazing! They remembered who you were and asked about your plans and how it was at the end of the day! The manager hung out with us every morning at breakfast and honestly made my day. I loved my stay here and was so sad to leave.
