Stayed here for a business trip and was seriously impressed. The hotel was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and productive stay. The free breakfast and dinner were a huge plus great variety and actually tasted good. The complimentary drinks each evening were a nice bonus and made it easy to unwind after long workdays. Staff was friendly, professional, and made check-in/out super smooth. Definitely recommend for business travelers or anyone looking for solid amenities and an stress-free stay.

The bed was comfortable - fell asleep easily. The breakfast was wonderful - many choices and everything we tried was very good. Our grandson loved the biscuits and gravy and waffles! He also enjoyed the popcorn each evening. Coffee was very good and available throughout the day as were soft drinks. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We also used the pool and hot tub each evening. The 'kick-back' in the evening was also enjoyable. We really enjoyed our time at Drury.

Google
The hotel itself is very nice and the availability of a hot breakfast and evening snack/meal are a definite plus! But it was the incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful staff that impressed me the most. I checked in after a very stressful day at the airport and to be greeted with such kindness was a real tonic! From the desk staff to the shuttle driver, I was treated with consistent courtesy and respect. It truly felt like an oasis in the midst of aviation chaos and craziness. Highly recommended.

Arriving at this hotel was like an oasis after a long drive across Arizona in the heat. We were tired and hungry and didn't want to go out again since it was 112 degrees outside. It was such a happy surprise to learn the hotel had complimentary food and beverages in the lobby from 5:30pm - 7pm. I had some much needed wine and my son and I ended up making a dinner out of the snacks provided, which were generous. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were all really nice. Also, they offer free breakfast in the morning, which was awesome since we had an early flight. Less than 10 minutes to the airport from the hotel parking lot. And they have free parking. This place has exceptional conveniences for travelers.

I really liked this hotel for my first visit to Phoenix. Friendly reception and has plenty of complimentary stuff such as coffee, water, sodas, and we even got free dinner (although vegetarian options are limited). They also have guest paid laundry options. Overall rooms and washrooms are quite spacious with good amenities such as press, big TV, Microwave, coffee. Our room was nice and clean and we were really comfortable. There is a small pantry where you can purchase water, chips, and some frozen food. They also provide free shuttle to Phoenix Airport, its a very helpful service

In a world where so many companies are cutting corners in order to save a few bucks, it was refreshing to stay at Drury Inn this past weekend. Just the breakfast probably surpasses what you would get in many hotels these days. But then the evening meal, really felt like something they didn't even need to do ... but they did it well and enthusiastically anyway. The staff were always friendly, smiling, and interacting with the guests. I will definitely be staying with this hotel chain again in the future.

Google
Amazing!! Close to the airport. Shuttle to the airport every 30 min. Breakfast buffet included, happy hour at 5: 30pm to 7: 30pm includes decent food, 3 drinks, and the staff is so friendly! I will definitely come back here if I'm ever back in PHX! If you're looking for a hotel for a decent price, look no more! This is the perfect spot! Pool and Jacuzzi looks nice, I didn't have time to use it since I have better things to do! But I highly recommend this place, everyone is so friendly it gives me good vibes! Thanks to everyone!

Google
What a GREAT property. Quick shuttle from and to PHX. Great selection for breakfast and dinner! Staff extremely helpful. And to Nate, the Hotel Manager, ... "Thank You!" for making this Drury seem like a 5-star hotel

Yelp
My wife and I are in town visiting our son, who is in college. We shopped around for hotels and found Drury Hotel because of the positive reviews. I must say... The reviews were spot on. This is by far the best hotel I have ever been in. It's so clean and the staff are so kind, polite and welcoming! There are free dinner and breakfast buffets! At 1730, there are free cocktails! I can't forget the free shuttle to and from the airport! I have NEVER experienced a hotel like this. I was so excited I decided to Yelp this beautiful place, and it's been a long while since I have yelped a business. 5 stars! literally... a 5 star hotel...

Darci M.

Yelp
Holiday stay with a GCU graduation added to December stay and our family had a blast! We used the hotel as home base as we came and went all weekend for graduation events! The breakfast was doable- same with happy hours and snacks! The kids liked the popcorn machine. The staff were very nice and always greeted as you walked by the front! Our car was safe in the parking lot! Close to freeways and stores if needed

Narcissa M.

Yelp
Complimentary full breakfast and simple dinners! Plan on all breakfast foods...featuring Belgian Waffles! Friendly front desk staff are very helpful and accommodating...Thanks, Kim, LaDonna and all of you...my bad, I didn't catch everyone's names. Very nice peeps!! Very nice decor, calming, open and airy! Thank you, everyone!

Steve P.

Yelp
The entire location was inviting and great. I was greeted by the front desk and they told me about the complimentary dinner and drinks (alcohol too) which was a surprise to me. The room I booked, a king suite, was spacious and comfy!! The bed and pillows were amazing. The complimentary breakfast was also delicious and a step above the traditional continental breakfast choices. Everything was fresh. Plus they are pet friendly, $50 extra fee tho

Stephen g.

Yelp
Fantastic place!!! This is our second time staying here, and it's family owned, so they seem to be cognizant of what people want in a hotel! Believe it or not, they have a free small buffet... for dinner, including not one, but two alcoholic or non alcoholic drinks included?! It's convenient, clean and friendly. This location at Phoenix Airport also has a pool and a hot tub.... very clean as well. I usually stay at various hotel chains, but for now on, I will always opt for this company whenever we can. Oh, and the price is amazing as well! Enough said. Happy Trails! Steve G.

John S.

Yelp
I know this is petty, but I was really looking forward to using the pool, but my key wouldn't unlock the pool door. I asked the bartender and she said that I have to go sign extra forms at the front desk to get in! There was a 15 person line at the desk, so I walked away in silent resignation. Why aren't the pool forms part of check-in? Why is this the only hotel in the US that requires this extraneous extra step? Why am I so mad about not getting to swim for ten minutes? All good questions, but ultimately hotel stays should be relaxing and painless, and bureaucratic forms do not fall in those categories. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.

Yelp
Wow!!!! Such a great experience. The staff is amazing!!!! Everyone here is so friendly the customer service was outstanding. They have a evening light dinner and drinks which was just right. Then in the morning a great breakfast. Rooms are cozy and the beds are so comfortable. I stay at a lot of hotels due to work and I have to say this has been one of my favorite places to stay. Going forward Drury Inn's will be my go to. Thank you Drury for making our stay so wonderful.

Yelp
This was such a pleasant experience! My dad and I flew down to Phoenix from Washington to help my brother move home. This hotel has nice, clean rooms, and really amazing amenities. Free DINNER as well as free breakfast for hotel guests! For dinner the two nights we stayed they had a main entree with sides, a nacho bar, and a hot dog bar. They also had a soda fountain. They also have free cocktails during dinner and reduced desserts. I couldn't try the cocktails since I'm pregnant but my dad said they're good! They had a free airport shuttle that was kind enough to take us to the airport to fly home at 2 in the morning. They have a nice little shop where you can buy snacks and travel size toiletries and medicines for a really reasonable price. This hotel was less than $200 a night which is incredible for such a good stay!

Ken L.

Yelp
Stayed here before with no issues but this time housekeeping came knocking on the door at 8am even though we had our privacy sign on. Upon checking out, we talked to the front desk clerk and he could not explain why housekeeping woke us up. Not staying here again

Kalea K.

Yelp
I came to Arizona for work, and my company set me up at this hotel. I was very surprised when I walked in ,it was very clean, updated . The front desk girl I forgot her name, but she was so kind and nice and the check-in was just seamless. (she was the one with the short spiky hair. ) I had a great room on the fifth floor. The room was spotless. Very clean. Amenities were a refrigerator a microwave, an iron and ironing board a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and soap were in the shower. Lots of towels. Karen, the housekeeper did a great job . It had a cute balcony, perfect to hang out at night, and just decompress from my day, also had a nice cup of coffee out there in the morning. The bed was nice and soft. I have back issues and the entire time my back did not hurt. The pillows were so soft. It just was really comfortable to go to sleep. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the 530 kickback was awesome! Overall, I'm very happy with this hotel and I hope I get to come back to Arizona because I am definitely going to stay here again.

Jennifer S.

Yelp
I had to come here for my schools residency program and they partnered up with Drury for my stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There is a courtesy shuttle that will pick you up from the airport and take you there. We got three free drinks per person / per night and breakfast and dinner included! The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall would definitely stay again!!!

Shannon N.

Yelp
this is a tough one for me to rate - I arrived after the free dinner had ended, but of course my room rate doesn't reflect that. ;) Free shuttle from the airport arrived in a timely fashion (though it was a long hold time to get to speak to anyone to request it). The room was decent enough. I was on an upper floor but could still hear the loud folks at the bar in the lobby when I was trying to get to sleep. Breakfast was included in the rate, and it was a letdown - even the waffle station bummed me out, as the wafflemaker beeped way too early and my waffle was runny on the inside! Would've been a long wait to get back in line to make another. Biscuits were decent, but the gravy was bland. Nothing else looked good - the sausages were really greasy-looking and the eggs looked dry. No one asked about my stay as I checked out - the front desk staff just didn't seem to care.

Linda O.

Yelp
Great location with free shuttle to/from airport 24/7. Friendly staff and great breakfast and evening kick back with free drinks! Pool and hot tub outside but heated. We had a king room which was very spacious . The bed was comfortable and the pillows adequate. Large tv and seating area. Free popcorn in the lobby...yum

Meredyth D.

Yelp
Surprisingly good! I had never stayed at a Drury before and I was so pleased. Very friendly staff, comfy room, and the breakfast and dinner buffets were so good! I will definitely stay again.

Eric S.

Yelp
Was very impressed with my stay here! Staff were very friendly and helpful, and I did not know there was a dinner buffet available. Buffet was nothing special but complimentary and good enough to have seconds!

Laura S.

Yelp
They serve free breakfast and dinner Have popcorn and 3 free drinks per day The pool is fairly sized and have a hot tub The staff is very friendly and helpful

William W.

Yelp
This is a large, attractive hotel just off 1-10. Our room was about average for this price class, very clean. No amenities other than soap and shampoo dispensers in bathroom. The "kickback" starting at 5:30 p.m. was ample--good selection of dinner items (not bad for steamtable fare), plus three free drinks that included wine, beer and cocktails. Breakfast included, too. Van service to and from airport. Service was exceptionally courteous.

Sharon H.

Yelp
Good beds, comfy rooms, filling breakfast buffet. Free airport shuttle, and onsite parking. Great location.

James L.

Yelp
Arrived at Drury, which I've stayed at for many years, and ended up having to wait for a room that I had asked to maybe get into early since my plane had landed early. Was greeted with an "Nope, we were slammed last night, can get you in early." This Das 10:30 am. I asked them to please let me know if something opens, the lady said ok very matter of factly. Hours go by and it's now 2:30. I've been sitting here waiting, and was simply waiting for the manager to clear the rooms. Yet, I watch others check in. The experience sadly, is one that has left me upset and angry. I'll not be staying here. It's now time to check in and guess what, no room yet. Terrible experience. Not a friendly place to stay either. Certain staff remain aloof. Nothing welcoming here that is worth this experience.

Lupe C.

Yelp
We drove to Phoenix for an event and arrived earlier than expected; I figured that 4 am was a bit too early for an "early check-in" but to my surprise, I was able to get our room at that time! It is very rare for something like that to happen, normally hotels let you check-in at 10 am if there's any availability. The room was very clean, and fairly quiet. There is free breakfast, buffet style, as well as free dinner and two drinks, I did not take advantage of the free breakfast, but I did try the dinner one of the days I was there, and it was a little chaotic. They do have a restaurant with a basic menu, I ordered a pizza, not much to say about it other than it was a frozen type not freshly made. There's plenty of parking and the only reason I am giving them a four star is because some of the girls at the front desk were not very friendly. Maybe it was a bad day, but in that type of position, you always want to have smiling faces greet you.

Yelp
Pros: Big rooms Clean rooms Happy hour Nice pool Parking on site Cons: None Stayed here for one night as we had an early flight the next day. The hotel is a 10 min drive to the airport. They also have a shuttle that takes you to and from the airport. Check In was easy. They have popcorn to snack on in the lobby. The room: big, clean. Comfy bed and pillows. AC worked well. It had a fridge and a microwave. We did have a small balcony. The pool: smaller than it looks in pictures, but still big. Towels are available poolside. The hot tub is right next to the pool. There's lounge chairs available. Happy hour is complimentary. They give you three drinks per guest. For snacks, they had nachos, soups, salad, baked potato, fajitas, rice and hot dogs. Pretty nice for a complimentary event. Breakfast: complimentary. You can find the usual continental breakfast items and then some. They had biscuits and gravy, eggs, pancakes, yogurt, etc. Check our was super easy.

Jason B.

Yelp
Wasn't bad but wasn't spectacular either. The check in process was smooth and quick. They do tack on $100 for incidentals to your cc so be aware and make sure to check your bill. The room was decent but the bed was like a springboard imo. I've had much better beds @ Drury's for sure. Dinner wasn't bad and the tequila sunrise was nice. The checkout @ 4am was way too hectic however. I had scheduled an airport ride @ 4am and they said to be down @ 3:50 & when I arrived there wasn't a driver ‍. So to help the issue with everyone waiting to get a ride they had ordered Ubers. Sad to see that because they didn't have a driver it cost them several hundred in Ubers. They made it right however so I can't be mad @ the hotel there.

Shannon T.

Yelp
I booked this hotel at the end of a great Grand Canyon trip because we have a very early flight home. I am always worried when I book a hotel close to an airport- they can be seedy. But this place is a solid 10- I can not get over the value, cleanliness, and the service (in a time when many even upscale hotels have slashed service.) The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are big and clean. The hotel has free dinner and a three drink happy hour and free soft drinks and popcorn- my kids were thrilled! I had to drop off the rental car the night before our flight and thought I would need to take an U we- nope! The hotel picked me up for free. And the shuttle to the airport in the morning made life so easy. If you are flying out of Phoenix and stay here your parking is free! This is an amazing value and I completely recommend it!

Cheryl K.

Yelp
I've traveled the world, but this hotel is awesome. We had free drinks, buffet dinner and having a free breakfast tomorrow. I will always stay here! Mahalo

Tina S.

Yelp
We had a wonderful two night stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the beds comfortable and the food was a nice bonus. We highly recommend staying here.

Joe C.

Yelp
No locks on the bathroom door Pool closed during the middle of summer time Chairs are poorly designed/ made

Yelp
Business trip to Phoenix and the hotel I usually stay at was completely booked. Bummer, but an opportunity to try something new... I had never heard of the Drury Inn and asked around. All the reviews were really good, so I gave it a go. After arriving early, they provided an early check-in, no problem. The room was very nice, and cool, which in Phoenix, with 100+ degree weather is a must, so were the blackout curtains. They also provided good quality WiFi, another must for the business traveler. In the evening they have a happy hour, complete with food and drink. A little crowded for my taste, and the punch card for alcoholic beverages is a little tacky. I ended up being invited to sit with a couple of retired teachers from Atlanta because there was literally no seat open. Had a great conversation with people I just met. Staff was outstanding, genuinely nice, not fake nice. Seems like they also have some great team dynamics going. One piece of advice, it took me a minute or two to find the entrance to the place - it's hidden in a covered drive-through area, like the bat cave. To me that is a not so easily corrected design flaw. First time guests may be confused - I was. I'll stay at the Drury Inn again during inevitable future visits to Phoenix.

Sharon S.

Yelp
Great place close to the airport plus a free shuttle. Excuse their construction as they are finishing up on remodeling the Hotel. We were in one of the remodeled rooms and it was so nice. Balcony too with two chairs. Great beds that were so comfy that it was hard to get out of them to head for the airport. They also have a happy hour in the evening with drinks & food. Breakfast is also available. The desk clerks were great & welcomed us with a smile. TV, coffee maker & small frig in room. Price wasn't bad either. We usually book on Booking.com. Give them a try!

Jerline H.

Yelp
I pulled in at 1845pm on a Monday and was lucky enough to get my complimentary alcohol on before the kickback ended at 1900. The lady at the front desk was super awesome! It was a busy Monday night but she was pleasant and helpful. I would come back to this location just for her friendly presence - somebody give her a star! + Military discount! + Free fast wifi! + Free HBO, CNN, ESPN, etc on the wide screen TV + 4 mirrors per room! + For those who panic in the dark, lamps on tables have switches at the base and the lamps that stand upright has a switch near the bulb. + Free soft drinks and fresh popcorn for the kids + Microwave and fridge + Free breakfast from 600-930am on weekdays and 700-1000am on weekends. Scrambled eggs, sausage patties, breakfast potatoes, oatmeal with granola, raisins or brown sugar, biscuits with gravy and waffles comprise the hot side. Cereal, muffins, bagels, toast, donuts, and yogurt made up the cold side. + Free kickback from 1730-1900pm. That means 3 complimentary drinks per every night you stay, and complimentary hot foods like potatoes, pastas, nachos, etc. I had a margarita and a tequila sunrise - both were strong! + Check out time is 1100am + Parking is free + 5 pillows per king bed + Pool and sauna time ends at 2200pm. Wet areas were empty except yours truly at 2100. + Gym consists of free weights, a medicine ball, 2 treadmills, an elliptical and a bench. Water, towels available. Treadmill makes loud noises when you run above 6mph. - Walls are kind of thin! I was unwillingly listening to somebody else's television program for 20 minutes. The one thing that surprised me was the lack of lotion. I mean, it's not really an issue because I have my own, but since I was expecting there to be lotion I didn't bring my own from my car and didn't have lotion after my shower. Other than that, the bathrooms are eco friendly with dispensaries for your shampooing, conditioning and body wash needs. The Drury Inn and Suites is a wonderful, aesthetically pleasing property to relax while in Phoenix. I've stayed in many hotels and this hotel is definitely worth the money!

Phil H.

Yelp
Drury Inn does it AGAIN! This is the 2nd time I have stayed at a Drury in the last 2 years. It looks good from the outside, it looks great from the inside. A nice large lobby, plenty of spaces to chat or work. The room was good size, CLEAN ( thanks Rosa ) and an actual appropriate size bathroom. There was HOT water and a regular size full flushing toilet! The kitchen bar area is nice. The pool was large enough. The hot tub was large, probably needs a little bump on the pressure for the jets. The work out room could suffice. The Free breakfast: eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, cereal, fruit, drinks = awesome (you could spice up that gravy). They give you 2 free drink cards for evening alcohol AND a free dinner buffet of chicken, potatoes, hotdogs, alfredo noodles, drinks, nachos! If they don't have it, slide next door and get a burger/pizza/deserts all reasonably priced. The STAFF was great, super nice and helpful, better than those employees at Chick-fi-A! DRURY is the place to go!

Raina R.

Yelp
Best complimentary hotel breakfast buffet i have had. Recently renovated, comfortable beds. Close to Phoenix Sky Harbor airport with shuttle available. Friendly staff. I highly recommend.

Stefanie C.

Yelp
I thought I could tolerate the mediocrity of Drury Inn, but I can't do it anymore. It's a budget-friendly hotel but makes me dread doing any more work trips to Phoenix. The most recent time was strike three. The first two encouraged me to bring my dog because the hotel was advertised as pet-friendly. Even though he's my emotional support animal, it took me twice as long to check-in and none of the staff seemed to like animals anyways. The room was so-so as usual, but I'm finally sick and tired of the wobbly bathtub. I thought it was just the first time, but I've gotten a crappy quality bathtub every stay. For the last two visits I hadn't taken advantage of the free appetizers and alcohol so I thought that would make up for my poor experience thus far. Nope. Made it worse. I didn't realize my dog was allowed anywhere near the cafeteria so I got shamed by the staff. They could have at least tried to be helpful instead of downright rude. The food is awful, too. Even my dog didn't want to eat what was on the buffet for breakfast or happy hour. Cocktails were watered down as expected for free drinks. I realize that everything about Drury Inn is trickery. I tried to like the brand and gave it more chances than I normally would for a hotel, but after all the bad customer service and quality of amenities, I can officially say that they've lost a future guest.

Yelp
Solid 3 and a quarter stars! (I missed my Star Search calling) Any... Located right off the freeway, Drury Inn and Suites Phoenix Airport was easy to find. The hotel itself looks as if it was once an Embassy Suites that became a hit run down and voila Drury Inn and Suites. The Goods: The hotel was pretty basic but so was the price so I can't complain. The reception with free food and 3 drinks was a nice touch however we left minutes before it's 5:30pm start time so we didn't get to indulge. They also had a popcorn machine with self serve popcorn in the afternoon, however we missed that as well. Room was a decent size, had a decent sized TV, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee station. There was also a nice sized closet with hangers that was great for hanging up my game day attire. The front desk staff and other employees seemed friendly and were kind enough to get us an early check-in. The Not So Goods: First off the room was musty and had a strange stench as soon as we walked in. Luckily it was probably due to stagnant air so once we were in and out a few times, the smell dissipated (turning on the ac probably helped as well). The fridge was simply that (no freezer) and didn't seem cold at all. I looked for a knob to turn up the chill but couldn't find anything inside the fridge. I decided to pull the fridge out of its cubby and found the chill knob on the back was set to nearly the lowest (warmest) setting. I immediately turned up the juice to be sure to protect our precious Little Miss BBQ we were bringing back to California. Plus we had some Modelos that needed icing. There were a few broken looking items around the hotel that just took away from the minimal aesthetics, meanwhile adding to that dilapidated building feel. Lastly, the underwear lying in the planter in front of the lobby was just wrong. We stayed here the night before the Steelers vs Cardinals game, which was fine. If you're planning on taking a ride-share to the game, be aware this hotel is about a 25-30 minute ride from State Farm Stadium.

Yelp
We love Drury, it's as simple as that. This is THE family friendly Hotel, has a snack bar in the evening (last night was pasta and salads), 2 free adult beverages during their snack time (called kickback) for adults, a popcorn machine, nice pool, and a legit breakfast buffet with waffles, eggs, sausage, etc. If you figure the price of evening snack/breakfast for 4 people, it helps offset the price of their rooms as it's a bit higher than some other hotels; completely worth it. Also, the staff is amazing. They genuinely want to be here and aren't put out when something nonstandard happens. For instance, we came down to Phoenix during a heat wave when the news said stay indoors. I had education early, and the Mrs and Baby were left to find somewhere cool to hang out all day. Called the Drury and they said it would be no problem to pop in a few hours early at no charge! No gruff, no sighing, no guilt trip that I would be putting them out, just a "Sure, come on in". The guy even joked with me over the phone, I haven't been so thankful for someone taking care of my family when I was unable to. Thanks Drury

Yelp
Dirty, outdated, low quality. See my photos. Housekeeping is horrible. So gross to walk into a dirty room. Hard to get a shuttle to pick you up from airport since the staff is so incompetent and has no clue how to do their jobs. Called at least five times, was disconnected every time after holding and being told I'd be connected with the person who would call dispatch. Bed was hard but we slept. Pillows aren't great and need replacing just like the furniture. Extremely old furniture in dire need of replacing. Rooms desperately need to be renovated. Hotel is about 10 minutes (could be longer depending on Highway traffic) away from the airport. Little plane noise. Pedestrian low quality breakfast items with variety but yogurt and oatmeal are decent options. No one knew how to use the waffle maker and as such, there were issues. No instructions or help from staff. People would attempt to make one then walk away and came back 10 minutes later. You need to stay there and turn it and wait for the beep. If you're making something, don't walk away for someone else to take your waffle. I saw it happen five times in the 30 minutes I was there. People asking how to use it, people leaving their waffles out of frustration and others taking what was left behind. If the hotels is going to have the machine, they should have instructions for those who don't have a knack for the obvious. Small fitness room has dumbbells and three pieces of at home quality cardio equipment --one of the treadmills was broken. Biggest issue is how dirty and outdated this hotel is. Honestly would have preferred to stay further away for a cleaner place. This hotel reminds me of an old school Holiday Inn from the 70s. Pluses that make it good value: free breakfast, dinner (they call it kick back) with drinks, a fitness room, free wifi, a pool and spa.

Yelp
This was a very nice property. I received a voucher from American Airlines because of my missed flight and I was impressed with the room. Super nice and very clean. The bed and pillows were amazing! Ben at the front desk was very professional and friendly. Shuttle service was prompt and the driver was super friendly! I highly recommend this for your next stay.

Teri H.

Yelp
I love to stay here. It's the best and convenient place near the airport!! And it also has breakfast!!

Jotan J.

Yelp
Weekend family getaway. The check-in was supper fast. I booked thru hotels com The room with spacious and it also had a patio. We enjoyed the happy hour which gave you three drinks per person and hors d'oeuvres. The next morning we had a full cook breakfast coffee juice everything you can drink. It was a great stay. The only thing that I had a complaint about was, I thought the pool was bigger than it was. Would highly recommend it.

Sierra S.

Yelp
Very cute courtyard, in a nice area of Phoenix. Easy access to the freeway. Clean hotel and employees follow covid guidelines. Easy check in, even though I had forgotten my ID and credit card, they were able to switch it over. Clean room and bathroom. Wish the bathroom had a fan. We also had a terrace room, and it had just rained so our view was a puddle of water with cigarette butts and bugs so that was kinda gross. But we didn't spend much time out on the terrace so it's fine. Very large rooms!

Yelp
Wow, what a hidden gem. I never heard about this hotel until Delta recommended it on their app. We have now stayed three nights total. Free parking which is an amazing deal in itself if you're flying out. I left my truck and it was just fine when I got back after 7 days. The airport shuttle was extremely quick and reliable. We only had to wait at the airport for about 10 minutes after I called them for a pickup. And they took us to the airport at 3:55 promptly for an early flight. That is amazing. The hotel has free breakfast AND dinner (FREE cocktails for dinner). The food for both meals was well above average for a hotel. The king sized bed was really a California King; it is huge, and comfortable. Everyone who works there has a positive attitude and couldn't be nicer. My wife and I have actually started looking up Drury hotels in all their other cities to make sure we don't miss out. And we have an eight month old, and they deliver the nicest and most safe pack-n-play imaginable. Highly recommend!

Yelp
We don't have these in Tucson, but I wish we did! My husband had to cover a shift at the Amazon up in Phx & I decided to tag along. I've loved hotels ever since I was a kid. Our room is immaculate, I don't think Ive ever had a room so clean. The bed is sooooo comfortable, I'm lounging on it as I type! It's 5;21 and I'm absolutely starving and without a car. I'm hoping my level of hunger will make up for anything that has room to be desired at their happy hour dinner thing! lol Front desk was an absolute sweetheart. I brought a small Bluetooth speaker & wanted to be sure it wouldn't bother people so I turned up to where I wanted it & then stepped out to the hallway with my door totally shut c ouldnt hear any sound at all! I hope that's the case from my inner wall to my neighbors inner wall! Overall I really like this place! It reminds me of a less expensive Embassy Suites, which was always a fave for that breakfast & happy hour. Fingers crossed on happy hour! It's 5:29 & I'm outta here! Need booze....I mean food!

Yelp
I was skeptical of staying here since we always stay at Hilton hotels, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, staff was friendly, and the pool area was neat and clean. There is a "happy hour" reception with three free alcohol drinks per adult, and food. Tonight there were baked potatoes, two kinds of soup, chicken fajita fixins, rice, beans, nachos, and hot dogs. Breakfast in the morning is hot, and the coffee is nice and strong. All was included! Unfortunately we don't have these hotels in California, but we will be looking for these on our next out of state travels!

Yelp
This hotel makes their one in Tempe look positively sick! A regular queen bed here had more room than a king suite there, and this room actually has a microwave and minifridge! The staff are so much nicer at this hotel! There are several persons working in or near the "kickback room" and this was impressive. The food is outstanding- you are also able to get up to 3 drinks from the bar (although I do not actually drink) and I did try a screwdriver. I took a sip, and the darn thing was majorly strong! I was not prepared to have the drinks done with such a generous helping of alcohol. There is a beautiful view from the balcony, even though I am only on the third floor. Even with the hotel having a complete floor and a small area on the first floor remodeled, you really would not even know it. There was no mess, no visible tools or ladders, and the hotel was impeccably clean. The only possible thing that I could suggest would be to turn the lobby music off at 10pm (the start of quiet time) or even just have it turned way down. Once I complained about it, someone did eventually turn it down and I slept extraordinarily well. There had been an issue with my walker and the other hotel I had stayed at, and there was not even a hint of issue as the American airlines attempted to return it to me once it was located. This hotel is really a jewel- this is the nicest group of people I have ever had the good fortune to deal with!

Yelp
I had to spend the night due to an issue with AMERICAN Airlines. Had to pay for my own room, AA makes the mistake and the consumer gets to pay for it. AA did offer a discount "distressed passenger" for their choice of 2 hotels but when I called and got the names of the 2 options their price and checked the reviews I figured I was not about to stay in a roach infested and bed bug infested place. (Those were the comments supported with photos) I started my search, I needed a clean place, with a shuttle to go back and forth to airport, and a reasonable price. Found this one, had good ratings and with trepidation made a reservation and got picked up by their shuttle. I was totally impressed . Place was clean, the room was clean and spacious. Had a kitchenette, fridge, microwave, living room and bedroom. very nice sized closets. The bed was comfortable. They also provide breakfast ( unfortunately I left too early to partake) according to the shuttle driver they also do some kind of happy hour/ dinner. There was also a pool and an exercise room. No one is around in my photos because I checked in around midnight and checked out at 5:00am but I'm sure the place has lots of activity during normal hours. I would highly recommended this place, if ever in the area I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Yelp
For the past ten years we have stayed at this hotel each time we fly. It is consistently wonderful. Very clean, quiet, comfortable beds, an excellent evening meal and full breakfast. The staff is amazing and do all they can to insure a great stay. We want to compliment Dolcee at the front desk and helping with the dinner, Cassidy who worked at dinner and breakfast and the assistant manager, Jon. Very engaging and you know that he loves his job and is working to make everyone's stay the best. We recommend with the highest regard!

Yelp
Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. Beautiful and clean pool & hot tub. Delicious Breakfast and Dinner. The 3 free drinks were the icing on the cake! We tried to stay there a few days later before out last flight but they were booked. Maybe next time Phoenix

Yelp
American Airlines got me a room there after a flight delay caused a missed connection. front desk staff was very nice and professional. room was comfortable however it was really small. the bathroom door barely cleared the toilet and hit the tub, a strange design for a $160 a night hotel. they use the liquid dispensers attached to the wall instead of a bar of soap. I've seen that in other hotels and hate them, maybe it's a growing trend. decent breakfast.

Yelp
The staff at Drury went above and beyond to make it a great stay during our recent visit. Bill, the General Manager, made balloons and a gift bag for my daughters birthday! The breakfast was a great offering of hot entrees. A real surprise was a complimentary happy hour of appetizers and drinks. And most importantly, everything was served with a friendly smile. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
I was very displeased by this hotel. Check in was very friendly. Was told about free hot dogs, etc ending at 7...We passed on that. Most importantly the cleanliness level is a 2/10. The brown carpet in our room looked about 30 years old and coming up at the edges. The bathroom was very unclean. Long brown hairs everywhere...we don't have long brown hair so clearly it wasn't ours. I attached pictures of the shower, counter, and toilet that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I personally will never return to this chain.
