My husband and I came here for our anniversary to explore Santa Fe. The moment we pulled up we were given detailed recommendations from the valets, Jim and Billy, and they did not disappoint. The hotel was walking distance from almost everything that we wanted to do; the plaza, galleries, museums, historical churches, and amazing food. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, had a great hot breakfast, and a beautiful hot tub and pool area. The rooms were spacious and the large shower and soaking tub were perfect to start the day and relax in at the end of the night.

Absolutely LOVED this place, and recommended it to my brother when he visits! Great value, great service and wonderful experience. My kids really enjoyed the breakfast, complementary happy hour, and the pool. Even though it was outdoor, it was still warm enough to swim. Couldn't give this place more praise!

Google
Absolutely loved this hotel! The happy hour with food was a great touch, and the restaurant was awesome. Plus, they offer a full free breakfast. The rooms were super quiet, the bed was really comfortable, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. The location is super convenient to everything, which made our stay even better. Honestly, just an all-around great experience. Highly recommend!

I traveled to Santa Fe with a group of 12 friends for a reunion from Oct 16-21, 2024. We worked with Denise Salas in catering and she was wonderful! We had a block of rooms and a hospitality suite. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel provided a complimentary breakfast and happy hour every day. The location was convenient to the downtown amenities. The hotel atmosphere was warm and comfortable and had everything we needed. Definitely would stay here again!

My new favorite hotel in New Mexico! Everything about it is outstanding. It’s historic, it’s beautiful, it’s in an awesome location. They have valet, they have a kitchen/bar, roof top patios and a roof top heated pool. Not to mention the rooms were lovely. Would definitely stay here again whenever I’m in Santa Fe!

Google
Absolutely wonderful stay. Very helpful and kind staff. Very clean room. Great location for exploring on foot. Haleigh and Ariana were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Carlos was great managing the Kitchen+Bar all by himself and great conversation. 10/10 would stay again.

Google
Our room on the second floor was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The building was a former hospital that has been beautifully restored and converted into a fine hotel. The amenities were impressive - an expansive breakfast buffet, and the afternoon "Kickback" happy hour with free beer and wine and a rotating selection of hearty bar snacks. In fact, we made a dinner out of the filling food on our second night there. Though we didn't have time to use the pool and spa, we went up to the rooftop deck where they're located to admire the beautiful orange sunset silhouetting the spires of the cathedral. The hotel is just steps away from the cathedral and plaza and is a perfect location for exploring the downtown area of Santa Fe.

We stayed here in February 2025. We had a good time. The lobby is cozy. Breakfast/evening snacks area on the 2nd floor is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is free and decent. Evening snacks are free and pretty good. The rooms are clean and cozy. We walked to San Francisco St. We walked to Canyon Rd. It was awesome. Great location.

Yelp
What can be said about the Drury suites in Santa Fe other than bravo. We drove back to Santa Fe after a horrific experience at a Bed and Breakfast in Taos. We booked the hotel room in the car on the way. The first thing we noted was Valet parking at Drury is mandatory which we weren't super happy about being at the mercy of someone getting our vehicle. In the end the valet was so quick and pleasant we can see no benefit in not using the service. The service did come at a price though and for one night service was far too much. The room was nearly perfect. It was as clean as can ever be expected with a huge bathroom and glass door shower with seat. A bed with seat and ottoman, desk area and refrigerator all added to the friendliness of the room. The TV was properly sized for the room. Coffee maker in room as well as coffee/tea/hot chocolate available on 2nd floor all day. The Drury offered an evening wind down type hospitality suite between 5:30pm and 7:00pm. They offered food and three complimentary drinks per person. They offered name brand beer and full liquor service. Popcorn to soup, hot dogs to meatballs, salad bar to nacho bar, it was all set up in buffet style. Very nice and generous touch. The morning complimentary breakfast was superb. Potatoes to sausage, waffle station, pancakes, scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy, etc. They had numerous options for those vegans with oatmeal and fruits. Coffee stations even had non dairy creamer. There's a self serve juice & coke station as well. The location for site seeing couldn't be better. Literally, couldn't be any better. We walked to several locations in town and met some great locals as well as tourists. Everything was within walking distance in one direction or the other around the plaza. Shops to restaurants. Aside from the valet, and that's solely the cost, we can't find a critique to even offer for the Drury. Well done.

Jenny K. L.

Yelp
Spent a quick night here and thought it was a solid experience. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is included, and it's a full hot meal with sausage, eggs, tortillas, pancakes, waffles, and one of the best oatmeals. Location is perfect - a short walk to downtown market. Most importantly, we realized that we left a clothing item in the closet 24 hours after we checked out. While we had a bit of a run around to get someone to check the lost and found, they located our lost item and I was able to stop by to pick it up before we flew out. Truly appreciate the integrity!

Yelp
2.5 stars but rounding up for good service. For the price, the Drury wasn't great- I would not stay here or recommend anyone else stay here unless they have a bit of an overhaul. The only option for parking being a super pricy valet or street parking wasn't great. That said the valet staff were all really nice and helpful as well as fast. The front desk staff were pleasant and the dining staff were fantastic- always making sure everything was well stocked and cleaning tables etc. Had great interactions with the staff for breakfast. The free kick backs were subpar. The breakfast was one of the better free hotel buffets I have had. The bathroom was clean and our room was refreshed daily. My main complaint is not once but twice we wound up with old, clearly laundered but stained and in one case ripped bedding. First there was a small old blood stain on the outer duvet the first night and then there was one on the fitted sheet the third night and the sheet that night had a pretty big hole. These are all things that should have been noted by the cleaning staff. The toilet paper was rough, the towels were thin, tiny and rough. For a brand known for luxury I was not impressed with the linens. Great location- bonus points for being walkable to a lot. Overall, I would say my main complaint is the value for the price just isn't there- it was more so on par with other places I have stayed at half the nightly rate.

Yelp
Super impressed with this beautful hotel. Mark Mitchell is an outstanding asset to the hotel. He made us feel very welcomed and educated us about the town. we were greeted by a very friendly lady at the front desk named Cat. we highly recommended this hotel!!!

Lisa B.

Yelp
We have been staying for the last few years with our teenagers. My kids love the Happy Hour snacks. Staff it always very friendly. It's a great location.

Yelp
One of my favorite hotels rooftop bar great Jacuzzi warm heated pool bar downstairs great happy hour central located off the part to walk the dogs by all the churches my favorite French base pastry shop another top-notch for Santa Fe. Quiet rooms, luxurious sheets, great pillows, wonderful service, sweet dreams.

Alex T.

Yelp
This a great place to stay that's close to the plaza. I've stayed here twice. Service: The people working there were very helpful and seemed happy about being at the hotel. Rooms: Our rooms were clean and ready on time. They also cleaned rooms daily. Pool: Ok, a rooftop pool and hot tub with a sunset view tend to add points. I'll post a couple photos. Parking: We used valet parking and it was so easy. Location: Two short blocks to the historic plaza. Food options: Complimentary breakfast to start your day and a happy hour with free snacks and drinks to wind it down is a nice touch. Also, the on-site restaurant is open late for Santa Fe (check out the desserts). This place is an excellent choice when visiting the city.

Montague S.

Yelp
Very good choice . We had a quiet upstairs room was little balcony area . Everyone here was very pleasant . The three free drinks around dinner time and some bites is a nice treat - though the young guy pouring should be told that a tablespoon and a half does not a shot of tequila or whiskey make . It ain't liquid gold pal . Check in and out is a breeze and the facility itself - a longtime former local hospital - has an unhurried and happy vibe . Valet process is very nicely done too . I'd add some hooks or towel bars in the bathroom and maybe some actual usb plugs on lamps or desks . Maybe soft close toilet seats ? The bed blanket is very light . Maybe something bit more substantial. Proximity to everything here is great . The cathedral park is a pleasant place right outside off to the side as is the St Francis church . The plaza is right there too. Coming back this would be our snooze spot once again .

Yelp
It's almost ridiculous how amazing the service is at the Drury Santa Fe. There is not an unfriendly or unhelpful person on the staff. Love the kickback and their breakfast has everything you could want. Coffee, tea and water was always available. Rooms are very clean and they still do daily housekeeping, which many have done away with. Beautiful hotel with beautiful art and furniture all around. And the location in the heart of Santa Fe can't be beat. Walk to almost anywhere and very easy to get to Ski Santa Fe. Valet was super fast and friendly. I can't recommend this place when in Santa Fe enough!!

Chris H.

Yelp
Great location, walking distance to downtown Santa Fe Roof to pool and lounge / bar area is very relaxing great views

Jenna P.

Yelp
We stayed hereast minute while we went to ski at Ski Santa Fe. When we were first checked in it was quick and informational. We were not expecting three complimentary drinks and a snack bar (basically full dinner) every evening, but a perfect ending to a day of skiing. They were accommodating with our dog and we had a room close to the stairs for easy entrance/exits. We will definitely be staying here again.

Mike M.

Yelp
Went to rooftop Friday with friends, the bar staff service was terrible, their food was certainly not great and drinks were not very strong ( weak actually).

Nancy C.

Yelp
We had never stayed here although we have stayed a lot of other places in Santa Fe. It's a little pricy, but for what you get, I consider it almost a bargain. Full disclosure, they charge you 28 dollars a day for parking, whether you use their valet or not, which at first we weren't too happy about that since I didn't want to use valet. But...I have a truck and sometimes parking garages and lots in SF can be very tight and hard to park, so to be worry free, 28 dollars doesn't seem that bad. Let's start with the room. The shower was awesome! Lots of water pressure and good for old/disabled people because it's free standing. There's a separate tub if you want that. The bed was very comfy, just the right amount of softness. Tv was clear (LG) and had a number of channels. There was a happy hour every night with 3 drinks, and a huge food spread. 2 nights we were here, we just ate the happy hour food which was a regular supper buffet. Things like chicken, baked potatoes, pulled pork, etc. They had a breakfast buffet also with plenty of protein choices. If you don't care much about spending a bunch of money on eating out, eat breakfast and supper here and you would save quite a bit, especially for a large family. There is an outdoor pool/hottub on the 5th floor that was just lovely and looked like fun. Another area had outdoor couches with a fire pit where you could gaze at the Santa Fe beautiful sky. We didn't feel like going back to the room, so we found the library room, started the fireplace and watched the NCAA men's basketball tournament on the tv in there. Very cozy and comfortable. My only negatives were they didn't tend to our room on our last day there, and I had 2 pillows that smelled horrible. The maids need to wash these. I wash mine at home all the time. One of the best things about staying here is the close proximity to the plaza, you can walk everywhere! Very worth the extra $. All in all, we will for sure be back! Stay here, you'll love it!

Caroline C.

Yelp
I was surprised by how much I enjoyed my stay. I don't think I've stayed at a Drury property before, and I wasn't expecting very much - just a place to sleep on our three day visit. I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel is nicely renovated and well staffed. We had a one bedroom king suite, which included a sitting room with a pullout bed for our two kids. The rooms and bathroom were very spacious and well stocked. The only thing missing was hand soap. The free breakfast was much more than coffee, cereal, and pastries - there was also a buffet with eggs, sausage, bacon and roasted potatoes. Plus, each night from 5:30-7pm there is a happy hour with heavy appetizers and cocktails. Each adult is able to order up to three alcoholic drinks per night. All of this is included in your room charge. Finally, the location is perfect. It's a very short walk to the plaza, so very easy to get to shops and restaurants (especially with young kids).

Bill M.

Yelp
This was my first experience with a Drury, and it set the bar high. It is located in the heart of all the historic downtown Santa Fe sites and the interior is decorated in a Santa Fe style adorned with local art and photos. Rooftop pool, hot tub and patio has great views. The 2 queen was spacious and clean. Breakfast and kickback were good. Kickback is a complimentary food and drink time from 5:30-7 offering hot food, beer, wine and spirits. I did have an issue with valet upon arrival. The employee didn't greet us or open the door. I complained to the manager and he comped the parking. Other than that, all customer service was fine. 5 stars for cleanliness, room size, decor and location.

M B.

Yelp
Our family loved this hotel. We checked in Sunday evening and left Thursday. All the staff we encountered were amazingly kind and helpful. We befriended valets, Gabe and Jim, who gave us great suggestions for meals. We loved Jo during the "kick back" happy hour. Conner and Cat were also very friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. Three free alcoholic drinks. When you think happy hour, you think appetizers. The "kick back" could have been a meal. We were super impressed with everything. This will be the only place we will stay at when visiting Santa Fe.

Clarissa P.

Yelp
Besides the fact that this hotel was a former hospital it was pretty great, the amenities are great, business center, heated rooftop pool and jacuzzi, gym with really cool equipment, and art for sale, was all great. Great staff to welcome you back and wish you safe travels on your way out. Great location with many things within walking distance.

Alex D.

Yelp
This hotel is clean, close to the plaza, and has some awesome perks like the happy hour snacks and drinks. Staff is also always friendly and ready to help. My biggest complaint is that the breakfast is bad. It's the same thing every day and none of the options are good or cooked well.

Vicki C.

Yelp
A great choice for families and those wanting to save a few dollars without a huge sacrifice in location. The location is great in that it's a few blocks from both canyon road and the square. The service couldn't be better: friendly people who took the time to say hello. They were helpful and engaged.

Monika B.

Yelp
Okay, honestly we weren't here long. Long story short I booked for the wrong day so we drove from the springs to here and made it at 2 am lol. I NEVER do things like that. But! We had a fun adventure. We made it at 2 and left by 9. But the beds were comfy, the night staff was more than accommodating. When we come back we will stay again. Oh! The rooms were surprisingly bigger than we anticipated. The 7 hours we were here were awesome.

Donn D.

Yelp
Stayed here for three wonderful days and nights. The morning breakfast was nice, but repetitive. They could switch it up periodically. The valets, managers and all of the staff were very pleasant and the room was great. We had a huge shower, and great views out of our fourth floor window. The pool on top of the hotel roof was pretty cool for the kids as well. I made my reservations three months in advance, and the rate was reasonable, but I checked it a few days ago and the same room was going for about twice the price as you would expect. So stay here cause it is a great hotel close to downtown/old town Santa Fe, but book early for the best rates.

Robyn M.

Yelp
Our first stay at a Drury hotel and Omg the staff members here are each so hospitable and kind! We enjoyed our stay from the moment we pulled up through check out. Rachel, who greeted us as we arrived a d assisted us throughout our stay, is absolutely awesome. She is so nice and personable and really made our family feel welcome. Our kids loved her. Very genuine and kind. We loved that. Our first floor room was clean, well stocked, with spacious rooms that included a mini fridge and microwave. They have Social hour "kickback" from 530-7pm with free drinks for adults. I've learned this is a Drury hotel line standard. The pool (up to 5 feet) and jacuzzi (3-4 feet) are open until 10pm and are both on the roof with a beautiful view of the city and sky. There's also a lounge area adjacent to the pool with a fire pit and ample seating for lounging away from the water. They have a nice, albeit a bit pricey, restaurant on site, a wonderful breakfast, on-site bar open until 11, and a nice balcony/deck area to relax and take in some sun and the beautiful view of the city. The Hotel is walking distance, or just a short drive from the Plaza and many local shops, galleries & restaurants. We are certain to return if we're back in town. The rooms are a bit pricey but you truly get what you pay for here. We've been to 7 states in 14 days and have stayed at several hotels and this by far is at the top of our list as far as amenities, cleanliness. Certainly #1as far as staff courtesy. On the fence? Choose Drury.

Elizabeth B.

Yelp
I would give 4 and a half if possible. Staff is well trained and helpful. I need non down pillows, asked for them as we checked in and they were at our door almost immediately. Of course their happy hour with beverages and snacks (and really one could eat dinner) is really a nice touch. And the breakfast is decent. This Santa Fe property is beautiful, with lovely common spaces, including a rooftop pool.

Michael B.

Yelp
One of the newest additions to the Santa Fe hotel scene . Newly renovated, the rooms were clean and comfortable. I had the chance to use the gym which had brand new equipments and doesn't appear to be heavily used . The pool area was clean , towels were provided. Extremely friendly reception and staff . It's a walking distance from the plaza and tourist attractions. They have a complementary happy hour and breakfast. Would definitely consider this place if I'm visiting Santa Fe again.

Ryan E.

Yelp
We had a great stay here! The Location was great, It was very easy to walk to the main square with all of the shopping and restaurants. It had a nice free breakfast and complimentary evening food selection. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool and lounge area as well as the fire pit patio. The valet feature was great since you are close enough to walk to the square. There is a park yourself lot as well if you prefer to avoid the valet but only the valet parking is covered and the sun is pretty hot here. There is a lot of local art in the hotel to look at and purchase. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the popcorn and fountain machine was not on 24 hours and the hot tub was not very hot. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Santa Fe.

Candace W.

Yelp
Really loved the staff here, every worker I encountered was friendly and that made a huge difference. Google maps does not take you to the front of the building but eventually we found it. Valet are quick in retrieving cars and the location was so nice to be in the heart of downtown. Rooms got a little noisy as the room door had a gap on the bottom. Breakfast and the kickback were more then decent and disposable gloves were provided when getting food.

Tutu Y.

Yelp
Food is good, but other things are just ok. Service is always slow and late to the schedule. Staff don't seem to be proactive or willing to help.

Lois F.

Yelp
This is my second stay at the Drury and it did not disappoint. The first room we were in (243) faced the entrance and was too noisy. Cat Wilson at the front desk graciously moved us to a quieter room and we couldn't be happier. The hotel is nicely and comfortably appointed and located within walking distance to the square, shops, and restaurants. Between a full breakfast and happy hour with substantial food included in the hotel price you can't go wrong. And a plus is that it's dog friendly!!!

Dale C.

Yelp
4.5 stars. First time in Santa Fe and I chose the Drury. Beautiful and classy are the two best words I can use to describe it. Every staff member I dealt with was friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. Enjoyed the happy hour each evening which included enough food to make a meal if you wanted. We didn't eat too much as we wanted to try a new restaurant each night. Bartender was friendly and made good tasting drinks but they were low on the alcohol. You got 3 free drinks each evening per person. Very generous. Each morning started off with a free breakfast. This was my only negative as it was pretty bland. Coffee was good but scrambled eggs and potatoes had not much flavor. Location was great for walking the historic old town. The pictures on Yelp do a good job of showing off this hotel. It's one of the nicer hotels I have ever stayed in. I recommend it.

Bec O.

Yelp
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION When you go to Santa Fe, you better bring your sneakers because you be walking and this upscale, mid range hotel saves some tread on your soles and maybe your soul. The staff are amazingly nice which is always a plus. The hotel and rooms are clean. There are plenty of places to sit and lounge with a cool roof top pool and hot tub. You won't find the amenities of a luxury hotel, but you get free breakfast and happy hour with 3 cocktails a night. This is great for families or travelers on a budget. The breakfast is a full spread and the happy hour is truly a meal. It is "free" so do not expect gourmet. Since part of the reason we go to Santa Fe is to gorge ourselves on the local food, we did not take advantage of the "free" food; although, we did get a cocktail which was NOT spirit forward. The parking is $25/night, but the valet were efficient and again super nice. What would have made this hotel epic: 1. New towels - it was like drying off with sandpaper 2. New bedding and pillows - a girl needs her beauty rest. Don't get me wrong, the bed/bedding was fine; however, new linen and pillows would have been outstanding 3. A makeup mirror and bench in the bathroom 4. A couple more hooks in the bathroom I would definitely stay again.

Rocky R.

Yelp
Stopped on for two nights and this place was great! The entire staff was awesome. Highly recommended. Thanks

Char S.

Yelp
This was my first time staying at Drury or any fancy hotel, so I was very excited to feel pampered. The valet staff were great and made me feel welcome even though they were super busy when I rolled up. The inside staff treated me well and always seemed friendly even allowed me to check-in early. The hotel is a very cool venue and it was clean. I also appreciated the happy hour kickback at 5:30, I believe this was a NYE thing. The loss of a stars is due to miscommunication, my lack of sleep, and I was in the shower when the power went out in complete darkness. It would have been nice to have a generator backup light in the bathroom. When I first came into the room, I was concerned that there was an exit door to the outside sharing a wall with my room. Ironically, it was the other hotel room doors that kept me up from midnight until 3 am. Just as I would start to fall asleep another bang would wake me again. For the amount of money the room cost me, I was shocked the doors didn't have a catch on them so they didn't bang shut. When I finally gave up on sleep, there was 2 inches of snow outside and the power was out. When I spoke with the front desk, I thought I was clear when I asked about whether they were still serving hot breakfast. What was being served was a continental breakfast, nothing hot. I picked this place because of the hot breakfast - I can't eat cereal or pastries. I assumed when they said yes that they had gas stoves or generator backup for the kitchen to be able to still cook. Miscommunication because if he had said, yes but only the continental breakfast will be served I would have packed up and left then instead of waiting for 2 hours. I was asked at check-out how my stay was, I was honest. They did give me the parking cost back, which was a nice jester. If the power had not gone out would the room have been worth over 500 for one night - not to me. The power outage, lack of hot breakfast, and miscommunication only added to my disappointment of the price for one night.

Krystle K.

Yelp
What a wonderful stay! This was absolutely the perfect spot for us. Dog friendly, extremely close to shopping and museums, free breakfast and free "light" dinner with three free drinks per adult each day. You could easily same money eating the breakfast and dinner at the hotel each day. The views are beautiful and there is a little fire pit on the 5th floor that was super relaxing and a beautiful spot to enjoy those drinks. So much included for a very reasonable price per night. I highly recommend the patio rooms. The light and breeze in the morning and evening were so refreshing after a day of hiking and shopping. Highly recommend!

Tracie R.

Yelp
Showed up at the Drury Inn and was greeted by the friendly vallet who promptly parked my car. Checked in at the front desk only to be greeted by supervisor Calvin who offered a treat to my fur baby. He was so nice too! Wow!!! Amazing service. We got checked in (she was great too) grabbed a bite to eat during happy hour, and walked the nearby park. The rim was immaculate and we couldn't be happier. This is where you want to be when you stay in Santa Fe for sure!

Austin R.

Yelp
Reserved a room here not being told there was a power outage, once I found out I was assured by an employee that the room's had power supplied by the generator. After spending $288 for the room and then finding out it as well as the other rooms don't have power I asked for a comp which was rudely denied, whereby I then called corporate to explain the situation only to find out they were closed at 430pm,,, so would I recommend this place? Definitely not.

Amanda C.

Yelp
You could live in this hotel! Their breakfast tastes so homemade it's shocking. The home style potatoes were crispy and not greasy with a kick of chili powder. The pancakes are made right in front of you. They also have a daily happy hour with buffet style meal from 5:30-7PM everyday and it's FREE! They also have unlimited sodas and popcorn to staying guests. The rooms are cozy, clean, and comfortable. The lobby is immaculate. The staff is helpful and courteous. This hotel is valet parking ONLY but with it being walking distance to the plaza with a huge selection of restaurants and shops it's no big deal! They have a heated pool, hot tub, and bar on the roof that is open year round. The views from the rooms are magnificent regardless of which side you end up on! Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with tons of amenities.

Mike C.

Yelp
Had a great experience at the Drury. Had some reservations based on a negative experience in Charlotte, NC, but this was a fantastic place. The staff, the GM and the valet parking attendants were all attentive and supported what we needed. They were genuine and a pleasure to work with. The rooms were clean, the showers and bathrooms were spotless. And the best part. The room walls are not thin, we didn't hear any of our neighbors all weekend. Recommend this place for your next visit.

Kimberly W.

Yelp
Start to finish of our stay was perfect. All staff are friendly and attentive. Swift valet and check in. Room was impeccably clean. Huge breakfast buffet is included and you could really skip dinner with the Happy Hour that includes 3 drinks and a large gravy appetizer buffet. Pretty pool area and close to all the shops. The building itself has stunning local art. Be sure to stay here when visiting Santa Fe.

D B.

Yelp
Service is outstanding. Every staff member you encounter is super pleasant and helpful and it doesn't feel fake. The property is amazing. Spring with everything blooming smelled incredible as you walked around the property. This is our second stay and the rooms are awesome. The location behind the mission is very convenient. The roof top pool and hot tub had great views and was well maintained. Can't wait to go back.

J A A.

Yelp
This is a good, solid 3 star hotel, and there's nothing wrong with that. I don't understand five and four star reviews on this site. There are no true five star hotels in New Mexico - you have to go to New York or Europe - seriously. People should really research what a true five-star hotel experience is, before posting a review. The city broke a water pipe and we had a full day with no water. These c*nts should still have credited us or given some kind of incentive to want to come back. That part annoyed me The staff at the Drury is fantastic, the rooms are clean and pleasant. Great location.

J B.

Yelp
Clean and very spacious rooms. Great location. Shops/boutiques close at around 5pm and open at 10am.

JoAnn H.

Yelp
Nice spacious and clean rooms. Great breakfast and happy hour dinner with three free drinks. My only gripe is that they never mention (until checking in) that they charge 23 bucks a night just to park your vehicle. Plus tipping the valet every time you go in and out. Its a hassle that you have to pay for. Not worth it.

Yelp
I am not sure where to start with this excellent hotel that far exceeded our expectations. It began with my husband wining a raffle for a one night stay at the Drury. We were given the General Manager's business card so when I called I specifically asked for him. Mr. Keith Kirk is a professional, gentleman, generous, and his customer satisfaction is outstanding. I asked him if we were limited to certain rooms for a free night. We were arriving on a Saturday and wanted to stay 2 nights. My request was a nice room with a fireplace. Mr. Kirk said he had a suite available with a fireplace and if we wanted a second night he would discount the rate (and boy did he)! We arrived about 12:30pm not expecting our room to be available, but to check our bags. We were met by our Valet John who said "no problem, let me go check your reservation to see if your room is ready, uh ok!!!! John turns out to be an exceptional person each and every time we saw him! In a minute we were at the front desk met by a handsome young man named Junior. Immediately, we were welcomed, given instructions on all the freebies, shortcuts for the 3 minute walk to the Plaza and more. We took a walk around the beautiful lobby with a huge wood burning fireplace, lots of comfy chairs and couches. The artwork displayed everywhere was outstanding and very Santa Fe. Once we entered our suite we were very impressed at the size and if you have ever lived in a big city, some apartments are. not this big! It was beautiful with a big tv, large fireplace, desk, chairs, lamps, end tables and a wet bar. That was just the living room. Down the long hall was a very modern bathroom and large bathroom, and further down the hall was a large bedroom, comfy king bed, tons of pillows, large dresser, tv, beautiful windows to look out to the mountains, chairs and lamps. Free Happy Hour is amazing!, 3 free drinks per person, popcorn, hot dogs, salad, baked potatoes, mac & cheese, pasta, nachos, etc. Free Breakfast of eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausage patties, pancakes, fruit, toast, cereal, and more. The entire staff are friendly, remember your name, the displayed art is beautiful, the pool & bar on the roof are beautiful, the covered valet parking is excellent, and you need to book your next to Santa Fe at The Drury!

Yelp
Up from Albuquerque for a quick staycation. I didn't know what to expect, but I'd heard that the Drury Plaza Hotel was billed as a luxury hotel, so I was a bit disappointed. I kept seeing all these great photos of the rooms and was looking forward to spending the night there, but when we got to our room it was smaller than most rooms I've stayed in at other hotels, and no better than a remodeled La Quinta or Best Western. Don't get me wrong, it was nice, it was clean, but it wasn't luxury and it certainly didn't look like the photos I'd seen. Maybe I got my hotels mixed up? We didn't get a chance to try the evening get together as we arrived too late. It was too cold to swim, so we didn't go swimming though the rooftop pool and hot tub looked inviting with steam rising from both and great views all around. The front desk folks were very friendly and welcoming, though we did have to wait about five minutes for the valet to get our car (no parking on your own, valet only, not a fan of that). The free breakfast was also something we were looking forward to as we'd heard great reviews about it, but again, it came up short. It was the same food I get at a La Quinta free breakfast buffet with the addition of a few more fruit choices and pancakes instead of waffles. We didn't try the onsite restaurant or get to either one of the bars, though we did take a look at the rooftop bar by the pool which was small but upscale. The hotel is one block from the plaza, easy walking distance, so very close to shopping, museums, and some of the best restaurants in New Mexico. If you're looking for an affordable mid-range hotel near downtown Santa Fe, this one is a good one to pick.

Yelp
We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay here. Here's some reasons why: -gorgeous artwork around every corner -clean, spacious room with a sitting area couch & a comfortable king bed -friendly, smiling staff -valet car service -dog friendly with poop bags provided -pool, hot tub and bar on the roof -comp breakfast that was extensive & warm; complimentary evening drinks -Cool rooftop fire pit area where we shared a bottle of wine and relaxed on comfy lounge chairs while our dog chilled with us -walking distance to Santa Fe's main square and next to the cathedral

Yelp
If you are coming to Santa Fe, you are either looking for art, or you are looking for history, right? Or maybe both. Santa Fe is just oozing both! And the Drury Plaza Hotel is a prime example of a business taking time to make sure that it fits in the community it serves. Art and history abound. On every Drury floor and every path that you stroll Santa Fe art fills your senses. The history is evident - it started as the Rectory to Saint Francis Cathedral in the mid 1800's; moved on to become the first Sisters of Charity St. Vincent's Hospital; moved on again to serve the NM Department of Cultural Affairs (my old archeology offices moved here from Museum Hill); and finally served the NM Film Commission as both offices and movie sets before being purchased to be renovated to its current glory by architect John Gaw Meem. Oh, your want to know what it is like as a hotel? The rooms and bath are glorious! Amenities? Yes! Everything you could want! The restaurant and bars (yes, bars - plural and free breakfast) are perfect. But, from my perspective, the fact that it is just 1/2 a block from the Plaza is its crowning glory. And just a short walk from Canyon Road. History and art. So much to see and do and experience. Drury Plaza Hotel is the perfect place to put your feet up after long days of exploring the history and art of this beautiful Southwest city.
