For my 5 night’s staying, definitely a 5 star for this hotel. The room we stayed has two sinks, for mom and daughter in the morning to get ready for the day, it’s really helpful! Beds are comfy, love the little bleach smell of the bedding, clean and comfortable . Breakfast and the kick back snack for late afternoon, even including free alcohol! Definitely a good deal for a family on vacation with a budget! The most impressive part of this hotel, was the shuttle bus service ,that always ON TIME~EVERY TIME for us! Even one afternoon it was thunder storm and heavy rain, didn’t think the shuttle could make it on time to get us back to the hotel with the weather conditions, but the shuttle was right on the dot, so grateful! I definitely made a good choice of the hotel for my daughter’s graduation trip! Will stay here again for the next Orlando visit!

This is a fantastic hotel. It's clean, modern and fresh. The staff are really friendly and always happy to help with any queries that you have. |We didn't really use the kickback as we were still out a lot of the time this was on, but it was great the few days that we were there for it. The hotel website has a menu where you can see the food available on a given day and there was always plenty and it was warm, fresh and tasty! The bar staff making the drinks were always friendly and happy and worked hard to keep the queue moving at a good pace. The drink choices for kickback were limited but good. Breakfast food was also great and always a varied choice. |Housekeeping did tend to come to us quite late in the afternoon (between 4-5pm) which was usually not a problem but there were a couple of days we were still in the room getting ready to go out and had to forgo this service as they were unable to return later. Not an issue for us but something to consider - we were on floor 18 not sure if this makes a difference. |The free buses to Disney parks and Disney Springs were fantastic - always on time, always air conditioned and not that busy! Timetables given to you by reception but also available as a web link so you can view on your phone without taking bits of paper out with you. |Also if you're visiting parks or going out for the day, by the restrooms on the ground floor and by level 2 laundry there are water filter machines you can use to fill water bottles. |We would absolutely stay here again if we returned to Orlando and have recommended it to family who are looking at visiting in the next year.

Was recommended to check this out by a friend and it turned out to be an awesome recommendation! Solo travelling for a Disney trip and this was bang on my budget. The value for money here is unreal. The breakfast is awesome, the free drinks and upper every night offer way more value than I ever imagined and the staff are awesome! ||I checked in very early (6am!) after a long flight from Aus and they allowed me to pay a half day rate to check in that early. No dramas. ||The Disney World shuttles are the cherry on top and Disney spring is just down the road. It’s not fancy by any means but the rooms are incredibly clean and well appointed. ||Hot tip: pay the little bit extra for the fireworks view. I originally checked in to a car park view room and asked to upgrade immediately. Was worth it as you can see the Epcot fireworks every night and a lovely view of the lake which is fun. ||I will be back!

Excellent hotel. Great location within walking distance to Disney Springs with regular and reliable free transport to all the Disney parks. The rooms facilities are great as there is a fridge, microwave and coffee/tea maker. It’s also a spacious room and bathroom with very comfortable beds.|The breakfast food is plentiful with a good choice of food options including fresh fruit, pancakes, waffles, cereals and scrambled eggs and sausage. The evening food (kick back) has less variety but is fine for less fussy eaters. There is also the added bonus of free drinks and popcorn.|If you are thinking of booking an on-site Disney hotel then consider this hotel as it still gives the early park entry and park transport with the added bonus of free food and drinks! |We’ll be staying again.

We chose this hotel based on reviews and location. It was perfect! Complimentary breakfast was great but the nightly Kickback supper and drinks won us over! Too good to be true, but it was! The hotel was so clean and huge! The staff was kind, location perfect and sitting outside each night was great. Much more of a resort feel than just a hotel. I will be back!

Google
This hotel is a fantastic place to stay while visiting the DisneyWorld area. The people and staff are great. When you check in Patrick will get you taken care of. Ask for Frances, Craig or Jonathan in the bar area. They are the best. By the pool, Bri, Chantelle, and Laila are the best. Each of them is so friendly and helpful. You will not find better in the Orlando area.

Room was amazing. Big and affordable. But my toilet upon check in was dirty. Fridge, microwave and floor ice machine was awesome to have. Low noise. Great views. Staff was all top notch! The free amenities were amazing and why I would return. Parking was very close and low priced compared to other hotels.

Great location- perfect tiny sample of Disney for us passing through. I really wish we could’ve stayed longer. The lobby was immaculate- the arcade was great for the kids. All of the little extras really stood out! We didn’t get to enjoy every perk but would gladly stay again for longer! We didn’t swim in the pool prior to leaving and it was absolutely delightful as the start of our vacation. Loved the proximity to Disney Springs and all of the amenities.

Yelp
We recently stayed at the Drury Hotel in Disney Springs for a 4 night stay Sat-Wednesday. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly desk attendant who told us a room was actually ready for us right away! A great beginning considering we were several hours early, and originally anticipating just dropping our bags off. The room was a clean, standard looking room. We had a king room with a view, on the 12th floor. The view from the balcony was nice, the bathroom was very clean, the kitchenette area was a nice bonus. There was an extra sink outside the bathroom which I appreciated. A safe, microwave, mini fridge, coffe maker, and ice bucket. Also a closet space to hang clothes, along with a dresser. The room had plenty of seating options, and a nice TV. My only complaint is the bed was too firm for me, I had a tough time sleeping on it. Also, the pillows were too firm for my liking but I'm the kind of person who likes sleeping on a cloud. If you like a firmer bed, I imagine you'll like the one here. The hotel itself is a nice size, two sets of elevators made it so we virtually never waited more than mere seconds to catch a ride up or down. It was amazing! The pool was nice, it looks smaller in photos than it really is. There's a hot tub that we didn't go in because it was 100+ degrees out, and a splash area for kids that looked pretty fun! We ordered drinks and lunch by the pool and it was awesome. A server came over to us to get our order and then brought it all over to where we were sitting when it was done. We got the totchos (tater tot nachos), a pretzel with cheese, and two slushie drinks that I forget the name of but were delicious. Also, they have two computers you can use in the lobby to print your flight info out on which I found very helpful! The food at the hotel was pretty good. Sure the cost is built into your stay but by the time you get there, it feels free. Girl math. The breakfast was good, two kinds of scrambled eggs everyday, pancakes, 5-6 make your own Mickey waffle makers, sausage pattys, biscuits, oatmeal, and fruit. The kickback was really cool. The free drinks a night and they were delicious and it was no hassel at all to get them. There's a bar on both sides too so that was great in keeping the lines way down, even on Saturday. The only downside was that we enjoyed the kickback twice and it was the same meal both times. If I was giving the Drury any advice it would be to diversify the menu to span more days. Maybe have a rotating menu every 4-5 days, so no one is catching the same thing twice very much. Overall it was fine, nachos/tacos was what we were offered, there was a hot dog area too, and soup! Another plus was the bus transportation offered by the hotel. We took it to Disney Springs, Epcot, and the Magic Kingdom. All easy trips with only one being quite busy. Going to Epcot early it was packed but they made sure we all got on and were delivered to the parks in time to make the rope drop. Also taking the bus back was simple, and a great alternative to ride sharing back and forth. Overall the Drury was a great place to stay. My complaints are minimal and would not deter me from staying there again. You could not ask for friendlier staff, nicer benefits, and a great view. Definitely consider staying here if you're on your way to Disney or just the Orlando area!

Yelp
Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando-Disney Springs Area is an awesome option for value for a Disney vacation. The Drury group is a fantastic value because in the cost of your room, a "kickback" dinner, breakfast, popcorn and drinks are included in the price. The rooms are roomy and clean. If you request a room with a view, you can watch the Epcot fireworks from the comfort of your bed! This hotel has a huge pool, hot tub, and splash pad. There is an arcade, a market, a Pizza Hut express, and another bar/lounge restaurant. On weekends, there is live music in the lobby. The staff is incredible. Disney Springs is within walking distance. You can pick up Disney transportation there or you can use the Drury shuttle to the parks. Now, if you are wanting quiet or romantic experience, this isn't the best bet for you. Because of all the great amenities, this hotel is a beacon for large groups and families with kiddos. If you are looking for a way to stretch your dollar for a Disney vacation, I highly recommend this!

Yelp
We stayed here a couple of nights and we were pleased with the stay for the most part. Breakfast and dinner included. Big big plus. The food itself is meh. I mean tasteless fettucini one evening and soft taco the other. Yeah not so much. But the fact that you have access to drinks and food period (ie: fruits, cereal, water, popcorn, etc) is a Godsend. Especially when our main goal was to visit the Disney parks and we didn't rent a car so we couldn't exactly go somewhere to get water and essentials. Which, oh by the way, free shuttle service to and from the parks was very helpful. Didn't appreciate the bus driver on Day 1 of our stay there whom inexplicably berated my wife for assuming we weren't safely on the median. Which we were. And then he had the audacity to veil his Karen behavior with sarcastic remark that "we don't want your family hurt before you even get to the parks would we". Very condescending and I'm glad every driver after that was a different guy who was a breath of fresh air and cordial. I chose not to let that exchange ruin our time there but these things linger on me and I didn't appreciate it one bit. And then he had jokes inside the shuttle which I almost interrupted to respond to him in kind but I didn't because there were other families inside and I was the bigger man. I'm not going to knock down rating of this place any further than 4 because I hope and am confident Drury management will address this if they're reading. Our sleep was great. Nice and quiet save for the obvious fireworks at the parks which is expected.

Yelp
Drury Plaza is a great addition to the Disney Springs Area Hotels! It is absolutely beautiful and clean. Parking and check in was a breeze. All the staff is so friendly. Daily breakfast is included, we're not just talking about cereal and bagels, we are talking about eggs, sausage, pancakes, Mickey waffles, potatoes, juice and more! The daily kickback that is also included is crazy! 3 free alcoholic drinks per adult, hotdogs, soups, chips, and more. The first night they had meatballs, mash potatoes and vegetables, the next night they had chicken tacos. You can make this a full meal for you and your kids if you needed to and it's all included! The room was spacious, clean and had a balcony. They offer shuttles to the parks too, you just have to check the schedule and FYI they leave exactly at the time listed on the schedule. Free coffee and tea bar in the lobby too.

Yelp
Last minute stay last night turned into an amazing night out. We enjoyed the bar, the arcade, and the beautiful room. The morning complimentary breakfast was vast and offered a variety of hot options, fresh fruit and beverages. Highly recommended for a Disney stay. Right up the road from Disney Springs

Marcus G.

Yelp
Tremendous value and great location. Barely a 10 min walk to Disney springs. They have buses that take you too the parks. They have free breakfast and even a free buffet at night. A very large pool and a splash pad, a jacuzzi too, you even get three free drinks included in your stay.

Yelp
First time staying here, and it now may be my new favorite place. I have been a loyal Hilton guest, but this experience may have changed my mind. We were here for 3 nights and were on the 18th floor with a view. Would I do the view again? Probably not, but it was nice for my first time. We didn't use the pool or hot tub as the weather wasn't great, but it looked very nice. Our room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and had lots of pressure. Having breakfast and an evening snack (although you could make it a meal), as well as 3 free drinks makes this quite the bargain. The staff in the dining area were fantastic as were the check in staff. Do I find the $25 a day parking fee a bit annoying? Absolutely!!! Include it in the fee and don't tell me.

Tammy C.

Yelp
This newly remodeled hotel is in a prime location without having to pay high costs and fees. No resort fees are charged, just taxes. The location is a half of a mile from Disney Springs so it only takes 10 minutes to walk there. The rooms are clean, comfortable, roomy and some do having balconies. Free hot buffet breakfast is included daily. Light buffet dinner and drinks are also included in the evening. The service and staff are very accommodating. I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to do so when I travel to Orlando. I love being close to Disney Springs without being overcharged. I can't wait to go back soon and I totally recommend everyone to stay here.

Yelp
My second time a Drury. It's really a nice hotel. Just as soon as 5h30 rang the start of the free kickback where you can eat as much as you want during 2h30 and have 3 free alcoholic drink (soft drinks always free) and popcorn, I remember why I come here. It's cheaper then any other hotel, the food during breakfast and kickback is not just good, it's included (yes, included!) and there's no resort fee. It's really a great hotel. After the food, there's the spacious room. Took a standard king room, #303 in cypress tower. Entrance greeted with a microwave, a fridge, a safe and a sinc. Right next to it, the bathroom with another sinc with lots of space, a toilet and the shower. Shower has the fixed head instead of the telephone head like most hotel do. This would be a very welcome upgrade Drury. If you're reading this, upgrade to a telephone handheld shower head or do like Disney, both. One very nice touch is the sliding door for the toilet. There's a stopper so it close slowly without a noise. Would be great if the room door do the samething instead of the big noise they do (since it's a heavy door for noise blocking). Although, the noise blocking of these door are nullified by the big gap under the door. Adding a door sweep would make the soundproof way better and cost next to nothing. I always put towel on the ground for this. After that is the big bedroom. TV, tables, bedside table and king bed. Theres also an electronic thermostat that I was able to set to 60F (and it might go even below). Not locking it to 66f minimum is a very welcome configuration. There is many flashing light from the smoke detector, the red light from the tv and the thermostat that emit a very bright green. I now carry blackout stickers just for these and they work perfectly for all of these. Just lower the brightness for 50 to 80% so the light can still be seen but doesn't light up the whole room during the night. A good change would be the thermostat, one for which the screen have brightness way lower and shorter cause when you change temp during night, it's like opening a bright flashlight for 10 sec. Also, the hole unit it emit the green light from the on led. There is usb plug everywhere. Not just in the room, in the lobby at each chair, in the dining room at each table, etc. The lacking place where Drury is still left out, which is the missing star, is park transportation. I cannot say versus other partner hotel although when I checked, it seems to have similar caveat. But compared to Disney transportation, it's very subpar. For instance, the shuttle for the waterpark one 1 time in the whole day at 9h00am. If you want to come back, the shuttle is at 5h45pm. That's it. So we simply go to Disney spring and hop from there. And for the parks, they stop going to the park about 1 to 2 hours before closing of said park and the last one coming back from the park is often 5 to 10 min after the closing show (when it's not at the same time). You can see in the schedule photo these times. I think it's made from another third party but I'm sure this could be improved a lot. We often decided to just hop to a Disney resort then head to Disney spring and walk the 10-15min even in rain. Was faster this way and could go whatever the time we want. Since my last visit, they have improve the laundry experience. No more cash, it's all credit or apps which is nice. The other improvement is they now have soap and softener dispenser directly in the laundry room instead of at the little shop on the first floor. 3$ basic wash/dry and 3$ single use soap and softener. For improvement at Drury, I would do these: - Drury is very green with reusable tableware and plate. But why drinks are not in reusable drink ware? Why are little cup of sauce in disposable container? Wouldn't be much to replace the little single serving container for reusable one and make Drury way more green. - change shower head for a telephone or dual fixed/telephone one - switch the thermostat to one that doesn't have a bright screen and bright led (specially green and blue) - improve transportation (a lot). This is the most problematic area. - allow juice during kickback. Why only soda and tea/coffee? - stop replacing soap bar each day when housekeeping. Give me a new one but keep the old one so I can fully use it and have a backup ready. Such a waste to see 2 soap bar get trashed everyday - allow people already in to eat what's left during kickback. What I mean is I got there at 7h25, there was no hotdog left (was taken out) and only 1 side of the buffet was available with salad already gone. At 7h30, everything was empty. I barely made a meal. Why the rush to remove everything? Why not just closer the gate at 7h30 and allow tenant to eat the "leftover".

Yelp
The hotel has about 17 floors and we were on 7th floor with a balcony view of the lake, pools (including hot tub) and fireworks from the Disney parks. Yes there is an extra charge for rooms on this side of the hotel. Our room was immaculate. May not be important to some, but our 55 in LCD tv was perfect and more importantly I really liked their entertainment system using Dish network. The live tv guide was responsive and told you actual programming. The ice machine worked great on our floor. Our small fridge had a cool clear door. It's the little things people! Bathroom was great. Walk in shower was functional and the body wash, shampoo and conditioner pump dispensers on the wall were filled and functional. The water pressure could've been a littler stronger. There were plenty of towels and the lights and hot water got hot quick. One of the best things about the Drury is how they feed you. It's not just a complimentary full breakfast, but also a dinner! Nachos, hot dogs, and soup are daily. The other nights we had chicken fingers, tacos, chicken pasta and on the last night, bbq sandwiches. I have to mention the self made Mickey Mouse waffles made from scratch for breakfast every morning. There can be a line there because there's only 4 waffle makers but the line usually moves quickly. They also have a small hotel restaurant bar on the main floor which has burger, sandwiches and salads. Oh and a to-go Pizza Hut where pizzas can be made to order in 15 minutes. I have tried their 9 inch pizzas and they are just like a good ole Pizza hut pizza. I did not try their bread balls or cheese balls. This hotel is quite active with large conferences and groups. The large pool and heated hot tub is also quite popular during January. I'm sure during the summer months, the pool is packed. This weekend was the college cheer and dance nationals at the ESPN Wide World of Sports so there might have been others here because of that event. In additional there was a large group here for a conference. Despite the many people at the breakfast and dinners, the staff were always polite, courteous and helpful. We interacted with a member of the housekeeping staff and he was incredibly polite. I'm impressed how nice the Drury Plaza was. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Yelp
I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Amazing hotel. Amazing amenities. Amazing service. Free hourly shuttles to the park of your choice and free pick up. Free breakfast and dinner with 3 drinks. The drinks are a little watered down but it's cool. Only think to warn is the traffic around the area is atrocious. Half hour for a mile and a half if you want to go to a store. But it's cool. Amazing stay at a great hotel.

Alexander C.

Yelp
pros: free breakfast, free drinks, free food and firework views. Probably the best value for a hotel near disney. cons: location. Free shuttle takes about 20 minutes to get to animal kingdom. Also the pronouncation is tough. Drury/Jewerly. Arrival. I was happy to see an arcade upon enterance. Where we can kill time while waiting/checking in. Also they have free luggage carriers. You can pull one out and use it to bring all your luggage to the room shopping cart style. Drury Plaza has all the perks of a disney resort at a fraction of the cost. The free shuttle service pick up and drop off times can be picked up at the front desk with pick ups usually every hour or so. "kickbacks" are the hours where the free food is served buffet style. The food is on a rotation so you won't get the same thing everyday. You also get a punch card for free alcoholic drinks. I think you get 3-punch card where a double shot drink will take up 2 punches. Free wifi is also dramatically better than the disney hotels. This will come in handy when you're messing with the disney app and genie plus/lightning lane. Didn't get to check it out but there was a 24 hour gym worth mentioning. Oh- also have early entry to disney. Rooms are spacious and relatively updated. We enjoyed the half tile half rug approach. Sinks are located in the entrance hallway which looks weird but functionally awesome. The shower is an open shower which took some time to get used to. But I frequently shower at the gym so I was accustomed to showering with sandles on. Wife on the other hand used hotel towels to step on. We got a microwave with our roomwhich was awesome. Beds were slightly smaller maybe queen sized but again functional as we had more roomspace. I liked how we can just open all of our luggage and spread it out. Table was also awkwardy placed but functional. was able to eat off it without blocking anyone. Opened the laptop and was able to get some last minute researching done. Also great for table space to throw random recepits, leftovers, etc. We stayed at the side where we can view the fireworks. I think you have the request for it. The Views are amazing. I felt like Simba overlooking the kingdom known as Florida. Water attraction were more than acceptable. They have the standard pool for adults. There's a long section where the water is like 1 foot deep-- great for kids. There's also a water playground with water buckets that spill over and random fountains. My 4 year old couldn't stop jumping into the pool with a floatie. Kick back. We've attended the kickback twice during our week stay. The first time they were serving eggrolls and fried rice. 2nd time was tacos. Seems like hot dogs, nachos, fountain drinks, popcorn, salad, and alcoholic drinks are always there. Pizza hut is located in the 1st floor market for more picky eaters. They only serve personal sized pizza. TL:DR- if you're looking for a nice hotel that's a little further from disney. This is it. However, if you need the disney vibes go ahead and stay closer at a disney resort hotel. But man... the wifi sucks at disney resorts- youtube/netflix is slower and the disney app will suck if you're trying to use genie +/lightning lane.

Kelly L.

Yelp
I love this hotel! It has everything you need! Even fireworks at 9! The rooms are spacious, clean and updated. They have buffet breakfast and dinner included in your stay. They offer a shuttle to Disney. The pool is my favorite! There are plenty of chairs for everyone and the pool is heated. There are two bars, one inside and one outside. They have live music on occasion, check with the attendant for dates. If I'm ever in Orlando, I stay here. You just can't beat all you get and an affordable price.

Yelp
I would like to take this opportunity to once again commend, The Drury Hotel at Disney Springs for such an amazing 5 day vacation. My family and i live in South Florida, Pembroke Pines to be exact, and we frequently visit the Disney Parks as we are Disney Passholders. So finding accommodation with meeting all the criteria of a family of four with two kids under ten is very important to me. This hotel serve to provide amazing service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, on-site restaurant and bar, and a great dining area which serves breakfast from 6am daily and mid evening snacks and dinner from 530pm. This hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness, the rooms are always tidy and clean. The linens are always spotless and are perfect pressed! I always look at the little things, like how clean is the microwave and the fridge, and it's always up to perfection! The towels, are always lilly white, and always stacked in the bathroom neatly. The bathrooms, are always filled with shampoo, bodywash, conditioner, cream and facial bars. I always book a double queen room, for my family of four, which can come with a view of Disney Springs, Epcot fireworks at night and Disney fireworks too. I will like to take this opportunity to also thank some really outstanding staff, like Joshua at the Dining/Bar. Every evening at Kick Back, he was always so understanding and accommodating. He was so pleasant and always, had great recommendations. I would like to thank Mark and Gio, who I also met in the dining area, they was always ready to help in any which way I needed, especially when they saw me juggling plates, and drinks and my 2 kids! Last but not least I would like to take this moment, to thank the front office, check-in staff. Shay, Stacy, Grace and Micheal. Drury Hotel, I highly recommend it! I believe that when you receive the best service and feel welcomed, you must show thanks and appreciate! Here's my way of saying thank you, and see you soon! The Dhanani Family

Yelp
On the way down to see my mother in Vero, we decided to spend the night in Orlando at this lovely hotel. My daughter, the Disney whiz kid, did her research, and boy, it was worth it! The Drury is the real deal. As my daughter pointed out, NOTHING is for free in the Disney-owned hotels. If you time things right, you can enjoy a free breakfast and a light supper with your stay. I will say that the feedbag they put out is MASSIVE. At breakfast time they had three hot food stations with enough eggs and sausages to feed a small army. In summary, great hotel, very convenient, great amenities!

Rebecca M.

Yelp
Upon entering the Drury I was welcomed. Check in was easy and they explained which elevator to take to my room as there are two sets. They also addressed my questions about eating gluten free while I was visiting and the transportation to the parks. The room was clean, smelled good and was quite for both nights I was there. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was working well. They do not have room service but I just went to the bar area and got food to go with no problem. The 5:30pm kickback was nice and surprisingly a lot of food.. although, only a small amount of naturally gluten free items. It's included with your stay each night. A few Cocktails and beer are also included during this time should you want to partake. The shuttle is.. ok..but odd with its times to and from the parks. I ended up just taking a Lyft on some of my trips to and from

Yelp
Highly recommend. A great option if you're in the Disney area, but looking to stay somewhere that is not one of the Disney resorts. My room was spacious with a nice bathroom area with additional sink outside along with the fridge and microwave, large TV, and very comfortable bed. I didn't have a car with me and it wasn't a problem - they have buses that take you to the theme parks and Disney Springs, which is helpful although you do have to pay attention to the schedule as some aren't as frequent or stop earlier than you may prefer (taking an Uber/Lyft worked out very well in those cases). You can walk to Disney Springs easily as another option. The breakfast and kickback were clearly very popular, giving a hearty start to the day and a dinner or happy hour "pick me up" before heading out for the evening. My interactions with the staff were pleasant and they were friendly and helpful.

Yelp
Only stayed 1 night & was very pleased with my stay. The room was clean & comfortable. The staff I interacted with were all friendly & helpful. Tip: you will need your room key to get in and out of parking lot.

Yelp
Solid hotel, lots of basic amenities and no resort fee, they have a business center, shuttle to Disney, a couple of pools, exercise gym, free breakfast and a free dinner, free popcorn in the evening, and three free basic drinks per adult at the dinner. Ball rooms and meeting rooms available, a bar & grill, marketplace including the Pizza Hut. Fitness center & laundry were 24 hours. Wi-fi throughout the hotel, no extra charge. As a relatively new hotel, soft new beds (king-sized), great water pressure/bathrooms were very clean. Small closet space but a nice microwave and fridge combination plus outside and inside bathroom sinks. Parking is $25 a day. The shuttle you need to reserve ahead of time, at least 2 hours is the recommendation and you should reserve both the inbound and outbound legs just so that you don't miss the shuttle or get stuck because it's full. The hotel is close to Disney Springs, and is reasonably new. Register for shuttle here: https://floridabusservice.com/druryplaza/ Breakfast is 6-10am (good for early starts). All-you can drink soda/juice/water. Breakfast was a mix of pancakes, sausage patties, biscuits, gravy, potatoes, fruit, eggs, bread & cereal. The "dinner" 5:30p-7:30p kick-back was 3 drinks/adult (the alcoholic kind), meatballs, mashed potatoes, steamed veggies, soup of the day, salad, hot dogs, chips w/ nacho cheese & sides. Overall filling, though nothing stood out as being particularly good other than the veggie florentine and the meatballs. Free popcorn & soda from 4-8pm daily.

Yelp
A long overdue review of my fantastic stay at Drury Inn at Disney Springs! I had heard and read really positive reviews of Drury and with a great room rate I found in the Spring, I had no hesitation to make a reservation. Not only is the hotel new, modern, clean and open concept, the staff is very helpful and inviting. An easy 10 to 15 minute walk to Disney Springs and free bus transportation to the Disney parks, makes this a good offsite (off Disney property, that is) hotel to stay at for an affordable price. I know there aren't as many buses as some guests may want/need, but I found the rotation to be reasonable and all the buses were punctual. The free, hot breakfast was wonderful! If I was at the hotel for the kickback, it was a great treat to enjoy as either a snack or full meal. This is a benefit you don't find at most hotels, let alone a Disney hotel. If anyone dislikes the $25/night parking fee, I would say it is easily offset by the meals (feeding a family of four would certainly add up to $25 for one meal). The pool, splash pad, and hot tub comfortably accommodated a full hotel of guests and there were plenty of towels and chairs for all. I found it very relaxing. The rooms are large and comfortable. Bed was great! I appreciated the mini fridge AND microwave in the room, which again, isn't always found in a hotel room. The views were beautiful out the large windows in both the room and elevator area. I would definitely stay here again!

Yelp
We stayed here 3 nights last week and had the best experience. All staff are friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean, bed super comfortable. We loved the huge pool, hot tub and kid water play area. On top of that, happy hour with food and drinks every night and a breakfast buffet with a ton of options including excellent coffee. I used the laundry room to better prepare for our upcoming cruise from port canaveral and it had detergent available for $3, super easy. My husband used the gym. Fun arcade for my son. I could go on and on. Free Shuttles to all Disney parks. Oh and only $80 Uber from this hotel to the port. If you miss the shuttle to any Disney park only $12 Uber to the parks.

Yelp
An absolutely amazing new addition to Hotel Plaza. The Drury is a phenomenal hotel that offers booth a kickback from 5:30-7:30 PM (which includes 3 drinks which can be beer, wine and mixed drinks as well as food that includes baked potatoes, hot dogs and a spread of hot foods that rotate each night) and breakfast in the morning that includes eggs, potatoes, biscuits and pancakes, all cooked right infront of the buffet area by some friendly workers! The staff here was over the top friendly and greeted us as we walked in, multiple times. They do charge a nightly parking fee of $25 which is steep but at least there's no resort fee. They have 15 floors and the rooms are very spacious and very up to date being the fact the hotel just recently opened. The pool outside is gorgeous and they even have a bar outside and a splash pad for kids to enjoy. As well as these things, they have a pizza hut express to order food from! This new hotel is amazing and I can't wait to be traveling here again so I can stay here again!

Yelp
Loyal Drury guy here! Can't beat the breakfast and evening kick back ! Also, the restaurant and bar help out after a long day at the mouse! Rooms are clean and our view of the lake was great to wake up to! I'm happy we picked this hotel instead of the ones affiliated with WDW. I'd rather spend the money in WDW then when I'm just sleeping. Check in was next to easy as pie! and check out was non existent! The distance to the parks is not a problem as well. We were minutes away!

Yelp
If you're looking for a hotel with breakfast, this is it.. we had a great experience here. Food was good. Staff were all nice, pleasant and helpful. Their hotel is clean . They had a variety when it comes to breakfast..They have free popcorn too ...near the Disney Spring, you can just walk there.

Lee D.

Yelp
Wow what a great property! Everything from the check in to the drinks and food was top notch. This is a renovated hotel but looks and feels like a new property. The rooms are very large.

Yelp
While in Orlando I ended up staying here a couple nights and I'll have to say it was a very nice hotel , I've stayed at several Drury in the past and always liked since they offer a breakfast and dinner option for free and I will say this hotel probably had one of the best free breakfasts around just a ton of options like scrambled eggs , omelette scrambled eggs mix , biscuits and gravy , waffles pancakes cereals sausage potatoes fruit and almost anything you want and as for dinner they had good options as well which included egg rolls rice grilled chicken soups salads hot dogs nachos and unlimited sodas popcorn just a huge selection and options change daily so definitely a great value. Now on to the service which was great everyone we dealt with was amazing and very nice we ended up getting a 1 be king suite which was great and even had a view of the fireworks over the lake in the back . If I'm in the area again I would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
It's a good place to stay. The staff is cordial and the rooms are cleaned. They provide snacks and drinks.

Yelp
This is a nice, new, mid-range hotel in the Disney Springs area. I stayed here with my family for a 2 night weekend stay. The hotel was pretty full, but it ran well. In addition to being less than a mile from Disney Springs and enjoying all the Disney Springs amenities (access to early park entry, transportation, etc.), the hotel is also unique in that it has no resort fee (it does, however, charge $25 daily for self-parking) and also offers free breakfast and happy hour daily. We stayed in a king suite. The room wasn't big, but it was nice to have a separate bedroom. The kids slept on the sofa bed, and they slept pretty well. The beds were reasonably comfortable, and the pillows were fine. The towels were on the small and thin size. The room was clean, and it was pretty much what I expected for the price point. The free food was way better than expected. The breakfast buffet was the same both mornings: scrambled eggs, sausage patties, breakfast potatoes, pancakes, made-to-order waffles. They also had the same anemic toast, cereal and fruit found at chains with free breakfasts. The food was very filling, and since we ate late on our first morning, we didn't need lunch. In the afternoons, there's free popcorn and soda available. The evening happy hour included 3 alcoholic beverages per adult, sodas, and an extensive buffet that has anything from hot dogs, pulled pork sliders, and nachos to a salad bar. We didn't really partake of the evening buffet, but one could conceivably not pay for food during a stay here. (But please, tip your servers!) The free bar had Bacardi Rum and Bombay Sapphire Gin (I'd probably avoid the vodka and tequila and wine options as too risky for hangovers), and the drinks were a bit on the weak side, but if you're willing to have fewer drinks, you can request doubles to get a stronger flavored cocktail. The pool area is nice with views of the nearest lake and also the sunset/Epcot fireworks. The Drury Plaza isn't a fancy hotel, but it's nice enough. It is very family friendly, and while you do pay for the benefit of being in Disney Springs, you get value from the free food and the lack of resort fee.

Yelp
I promise you will love this hotel! It is clean, the staff is amazing and sweet, they offer breakfast and dinner at a kick back. And they give all adults in your room 3 free drinks. The hotel pool is great, the food at the restaurant is really delicious and affordable, especially when you get free breakfast and dinner. We will definitely stay here again. If you are coming to Disney they have a shuttle that can take you there and if you're local staying here it's within 15 minutes from the park. 10/10 recommend. And for 3 nights it was under $700!!! Also, unlike Disney hotels the fridge is super cold and the showers include soap, shampoo and conditioner!

Yelp
I personally have always been a fan of the Drury brand of hotels. I've stayed at quite a few across the USA. This hotel is newer, it is clean, bright and offers some really big perks especially when it comes to Disney. The rooms are big, and clean. Housekeeping has done a great job. They offer free breakfast buffet AND an evening "kick back" which includes free dinner like foods and free drinks (this includes tickets for free alcoholic drinks). The pool area is nice and includes a splash pad/play area for kids. There is also an arcade located in the hotel as well. They offer a free bus service to the parks, you just need to reserve your spot. Walkable to Disney springs. You can see Epcots fireworks with a fireworks view room or from the pool. I highly recommend this place if you are ok staying off property. I would absolutely stay here again.

Yelp
This is a wonderful hotel. Every staff person is polite, professional and extremely considerate. Congratulations to a business that gets world class customer service. This hotel is clean and comfortable. It was the highlight of months of traveling up and down the east coast. Best run hotel I have seen in very many years. Would prefer to keep it a secret, but the property deserves to be well known.

Yelp
Was looking for a dog-friendly hotel in area. We have always had a pretty decent experience with Drury hotels in the past so we decided to try the one in Disney Springs. Note: It's $50/night for a pet. There is also a daily parking fee of $25.00. As for the room itself: it was nice to have a mini fridge and microwave. There are also two sinks-one in the bathroom area and one near the fridge and microwave area. The room was clean but I will say we found a dead cockroach.I honestly think it came in from our balcony though as the room was pretty clean. As for the hotel: the pool is open from 8 a.m.-11p.m. There is a large hot tub and a splash area.If you want to enjoy a drink poolside, there is someone who comes around and takes orders. You can order food as well or just go to their bar & grill by the pool. There is free popcorn in the late afternoon and free drinks (alcohol) nightly from 5:30-7:30. Drinks are two per registered guest. Breakfast starts as early as 6 or 7. It's a full breakfast too.I highly recommend you go before 8 a.m. though as that is their busiest time. Around 5:30 there is also a food kickback. We did not partake in it during this trip, but if you need something to hold you over until you have a full dinner, this would be suffice. I know in previous experiences it was usually something like a hot dog or pasta...something that would probably be enough for a kid, but not an adult. There was an arcade which we did not check out and a bus that travels to Disney Springs and all the parks.Check the schedule though because they are not frequent. Overall, this hotel is a good deal considering all the free stuff you get. We will return in the future.

Yelp
Absolute gem of a hotel. Can't say enough good about it. Clean rooms, friendly, attentive staff and great extras all add up to one of the best places around Disney to stay. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Nice, clean hotel and friendly service. Every team member was helpful and pleasant. Very relaxing stay. Free breakfast and happy hour.

Yelp
The newest addition to the row of "Good Neighbor" hotels adjacent to Disney Springs. This one is a bit further down the road -- it'll take you a good 20 min to walk to the Springs. The hotel is beautiful with a large lobby boasting a large seating area where you could work/relax or enjoy a coffee from the cafe on this floor. Second floor offers the dining room for free breakfast (more on that) and early evening "kickback", as well as a Pizza Hut. We didn't get a chance to go to the pool, but the view of it from our room it looked impressive. The room was unexpectedly large and well appointed. There was a spacious living room area with couch, coffee table, fridge, sink, coffee maker and countertop. The couch could pull out for extra people. The bedroom was separated by a short hallway which I think would be great if a family was staying. Bedroom had a desk and office chair, closet with iron and safe and full length mirror. We had a fireworks view which offered a head on view of Epcot and Magic Kingdom to the right. The night we stayed both were set off simultaneously which was pretty epic! Beds were comfy. Bathroom was large and had both a full-size tub and walk-in shower. 2 sinks. Separate commode room. My only complaint is that the bathroom doors opened awkwardly and were strangely squeaky. Free breakfast (6am-10am) is your standard eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, toast, etc. Tea & coffee. It was fine. Nothing amazing but lots of seating and nice to be able to grab something pre-park. "Kickback" is a light dinner (also free) from 5:30pm-7:30pm). The night we went it was pulled pork sliders, baked beans, soup, salad, hotdogs, nachos and cheese, popcorn. Again, nothing amazing but if you're there and feeling peckish...why not? I saw many people who seemed to have been spending time poolside coming to grab a hotdog. Also included are 3 free adult beverages to those over 21! Great perk. Transportation to the parks and DS is offered, but limited. The shuttle runs about once an hour to each park and reservations are encouraged. We found it more convenient to use LYFT (about $10 a ride). Hotel is pet friendly! If you're looking for immersive Disney theming this isn't the place for you. But this new, well-appointed hotel room in late March was around $250/night which I think was great value given location and amenities. I would 100% stay again.

Yelp
Everything was great here the rooms were nice and clean the free food was also amazing parking was 25 a day but that was the only extra fee we paid the hot tub and pool were both very nice service was great too especially Amir he was very helpful and friendly!

Yelp
Great hotel chain. I've been to several in other states- and this was my first time in Orlando. I would give the hotel 4.7/5. Absolutely fantastic for families with children, included breakfast and dinner- good selection of food, as well as included 3 alcoholic drinks per adult per night. No resort fees, there is a shuttle but you need to reserve a spot ahead of time, and extremely close to Disney Springs less than 0.5 miles. Resort was kept clean, as well as the rooms/linens. Free piping hot coffee at all times- an absolute necessity as a parent. Nice pool and splash pad for the kids. Would return again

Yelp
I'm just mad I only stayed one night. I broke my trip up and stayed at another hotel the second night and I wish I hadn't. This hotel is great, it's close to Disney, the facility is new and clean and their staff appears to care about the customers experience.

Yelp
Drury vs Hilton Drury is 100000 10000000 10000000000000 times better than hilton No resort fee Free food Free drinks Free popcorn And best of all .... Clean roooms Hilton rooms are filthy. It's soooooooo dirty and gross. Never cleaned. Drury staff are all super friendly and 15 min walking to springs. If you go to hilton after reading this youll regret it and will be cursed for 3 generations.

Allen A.

Yelp
-Clean room -nice staff -food is okay, a bit gross but "free" and good enough for kids -didn't try the adult hospitality in the evenings -only real reason for a 2 instead of a 5... Loud live music in the back of the building until 10pm kept kids up until it turned off I suppose I'd stay there again but I'd get there early in day for check in and get something on the highest possible floor facing the front to avoid the music That said if you want a new/renovated room with two queens those only face the back so maybe a top floor would be less affected?

Ciara W.

Yelp
Stayed recently for 5 nights. The manager Michael, was exceptionally helpful and quick to resolve an issue we had with the air conditioning in our room. Housekeepers were also very friendly. Rooms were cleaned very well. Dining room manager came around to ask if everything was ok and if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again.

Talmo F.

Yelp
Amazing value. The property and my room were very clean, well maintained and modern. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The pool and amenities are beautiful. I especially loved having the free shuttle for getting back and forth to the parks (I learned you don't HAVE to make a reservation, it is just recommended especially for early in the morning or late in the day). The best part (to me) was the FOOD lol and the beautiful "cafeteria" on the 2nd floor. Every time I was their for breakfast or "kick back" snacks there were plenty of staff cleaning tables, putting out more food and checking on guests. The breakfast is great and included. Every evening they have "kick back" time where they have food and we are taking hot food not just peanuts and pretzels lol. I loved that there are soda fountains too. During the afternoons they also have two popcorn machines where you can just go down and get popcorn. You also get three complimentary drinks at the bar per night per adult during kick back time. They also have a restaurant and a market where you can pick up Pizza Hut pizzas.

Ashley L.

Yelp
Only thing that I can complain about is the shuttle service. It sucks, but we loved how roomy our room was and the view

Logan R.

Yelp
The Drury plaza was truly awesome! The room was nice and a perfect size for me and my family. The bathroom was nice and clean and everything was nicely in order, when we checked in we met Ozzy (the bellhop) and Kevin! (Front desk worker) they are truly great staff and I hope great fortune goes to them, they were extremely helpful getting us our room. Arcade is great for people looking for fun and the pool is a nice size and the hot tub is a great addition for when it gets cold! Splash pad is great for kids and the free breakfast, dinner, and 3 beverages are all very amazing and convenient when you need something to grab! Perfect place to stay if going to Disney! The shuttle bus is super convenient when trying to stay off campus for cheap and still be able to get to Disney using there transportation. This hotel is amazing! 10/10 would recommend!

Chris L.

Yelp
So I give this hotel a 3 only for a few reasons the location is great room was nice set up free breakfast ( no substitute for people who don't eat red meat so you can't get chicken, turkey or fish) they have there own shuttle bus to the parks downside is they stop running to the parks at 6pm so if you have after hour tickets you have to drive your own car other then these issues I found this hotel to be great it is a walk to Disney springs due to the hotel being at the beginning of the hotel plaza pool is a nice size not in the direct sun light so you have shaded areas would I recommend this hotel to others yes and if you have kids this hotel has microwaves in the rooms which is always a plus

Ross P.

Yelp
We used this facility for a meeting. There was another group using some meeting space. This facility allowed over 300 people right outside of the paper thin walls. after polite requests the facility did nothing to stop this. The meeting coordinator, person who created the contract, was unbelievably unresponsive. She would ask a question and then not respond for weeks. She told me she works from home time to explain the delay.

Traci H.

Yelp
I honestly don't know where to begin. From checkin to checkout every single staff member was nicer than the next . The hotel is absolutely beautiful, if you're going to Disney it's extremely close to everything and the most reasonably priced for what you receive. Our family has annual passes to Disney and live less than 2hrs away, this is now our new resort when staying near property. I would rate this hotel 10 stars if I could.

Claire O.

Yelp
I stayed here with my boyfriend on our first vacation to Disney world and I can't say enough nice things. You get a cheaper stay since there are no resort fees but get everything you want and need. It was clean and filled with natural light, every staff member we came across was so nice and helpful when we needed it. We loved the option of free dinner and drinks and the breakfasts were better than most continental I've had before. The free shuttles were also a great perk and the drivers were great. We only made it to the pool and hot tub once but I have nothing bad to say about those either. Can't say enough nice things about this place-- we miss our hotel room already! Will definitely be staying here whenever we go to Disney next and will recommend it to any others going as well.

Tara T.

Yelp
We just got back from a one night stay here. I was absolutely impressed!!! From the nicest people working the front desk to the multiple FREE amenities at such an affordable price, just wow! I would recommend this to anyone who wants to go to Disney and can't afford the fancy hotels. This is so convenient and clean and the best part is that you still get free transportation and early entry into the parks!! Our room was on the 8th floor facing the pool and we could see the Magic Kingdom fireworks from our window! Excellent hotel.
