Drury Tea & Coffee Company

We have been having coffee delivered from Drury Tea &Coffee for over 10 years . The coffee , particularly Costa Rica Tarrazu, is consistently the best coffee we have come across. Delivery is always fast and efficient - we would not use anyone else.

I have ordered coffee beans from here roughly once a year for a friend who has always been impressed with the quality of bean. This year I ordered some green beans along with the usual roasted beans so they could have a go at roasting some themselves. I promptly received a phone call which I missed and then an email from the team to check with me that I did actually mean to order the green beans as in the past I hadn't. What great attention to detail and customer service.

Drury is outstanding. Their roasts are clean and flavorful, and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. For anyone who cares about high-quality coffee (or looking for a trustworthy supplier), this is a gem.

I visited the company and had a tour. The breakfast tea was really nice. The whole area was so tidy and clean. I will try to buy more varieties of the teas in their online shop.

As the name suggests, that's what they do. Sadly it's an on-line service only now, but the coffee is as good as it ever was (I don't drink tea). There are an amazing range of coffees to suit all tastes (unless you don't drink coffee), and it will be ground for however you choose to prepare it viz filter, espresso, French presse etc. The prices are good too. Cheaper than the competition, cheaper than my local supermarket. I've been buying coffee from Drury since I noticed their shop by Waterloo Station one day in the early 1990s and have bought coffees ever since. They also have a larger range of teas and specialist teas which I would try, but tea sadly does nothing for me. Visit their website and a wonderful world of teas and coffees awaits. Ian

This company is unreal! I usually go into their London shop when I need to stock up, as they have a huge range of coffee and the knowledge to go with it. The guy that works there always helps me out with with types I haven't tried before and has mentioned in the past that they have an online shop too. I was a bit reluctant as I wasn't sure what the online service would be like. Well, I thought I'd give it a go. I picked up my favourites and a few new ones, got free delivery from their super-friendly delivery guy and they threw in a free treat too. I ordered at about 7pm last night and my order was with me by 1.30pm today. I am so pleased that their online service matched the in-shop experience. The best coffee I've found with wicked customer service. You've got a seriously loyal customer here! Thank you. :)
