Farthings Dry Cleaners is friendly, professional, and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.. I had a king-size winter duvet that was too big to fit into my washing machine, so I took it to Farthings to be cleaned.. The text message to say my duvet was ready to be collected was brilliant.. And the duvet has been cleaned to a high standard, very impressed. Farthings will be my dry cleaners from now on..

5 Stars from me. Been looking for good dry cleaners around my area and thankful found Farthings. It is not really local to me, as I have to drive. In fact, I have local dry cleaners, but have stopped using them (local one) due to quality deterioration. While I appreciate polite and courteous service, it becomes pointless if the outcome of service/the final product is poor. Farthings delivers on good quality service- outcome/final product. Will welcome them anytime in my local area. Perhaps Farthings should consider collecting and/or delivery within a 10mile radius .... Yes? Cons 1. Drive to and fro, in working week (term-time), can be horrendous. In the holidays it's leisurely and enjoyable. 2. Be more courteous and polite on phone and in-person. Simply put...more smiles please. You are all beautiful as things stand, but your lovely smiles just add that little more shine to transactions. Pardon the pun (if indeed there's one there). No faults/complaints re text message (which is superb, by the way) 3. Make minor amends stick... Sorry, but the last one has come undone. Lol 4. Opening hours. With vocation in play, it would really be helpful if folk can come in earlier than 8:30am or later than 4:30pm. Can you do out-of-hours drop-offs? Enjoy and have a brilliant weekend.

This is a wonderful, dry cleaners. I’ve been bringing things to be cleaned here for the last few years and have never been disappointed. They’ve also hemmed two items for me that I brought in pinned and they did an excellent job. Thank you!

You don't normally look forward to taking your clothes to the laundry, but you do if you take them to Farthings. Welcoming service, good judgement, fine sense of detail about each item and cost, not to mention reliable estimates of delivery. A rare combination in my experience, and always worth the trip.

Could not recommend Farthings enough. Both of my dresses look great, stains removed and they cleaned them in 3 days. Very impressed!
