We had such a lovely stay at Drymen Camping! We were on pitch 13 and would definitely choose to stay here again. The site is surrounded by beautiful fields with horses, which made it feel so peaceful and relaxing. The facilities are really well looked after, with spacious showers that were a real bonus. The owner couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful, which made the whole experience even better.

We are three friends doing the West Highland Way. Arrived in the evening and kindly welcomed by the hosts, two really friendly people. From the outside the campsite might look basic but as you come it's easy to notice that is very well kept and everything works good: clean and single baths and showers, lines for clothes and nice grass for tents. We ordered a pizza from a shop not far from there with fair prices. Overall, it is a super recommended place for everyone who loves camping!

Spent our first night on the West Highland Way camping here. The site is lovely and has everything you need, area for cooking and charging phones, place to sit and eat/chat/dry stuff if it is raining, great showers and a wee shop for supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a perfect first stop while walking the west Highland way. Ive been here twice. Once years ago when it was just a campsite without anyone and with little facilities. Second time with my girlfriend and they made big changes in toilets, showers and the way you pay. Obviously the price went up with all the new facilities but it is nice and it is the best place to camp after starting the west Highland way.

Stayed in one of the eco pods. Very clean, comfortable, limited electricity as its solar powered but was more than enough to charge mt phone, intercom and everything else. Wasn't allowed to park my motorcycle outside the pod and had to park about 100 to 200 yards away in the main car park but this was really wasn't a problem. The area is safe and I wasn't concerned. I loved the onsite shop, facilities were nice and clean...can't ask for much more.

We really liked the warm welcome at this campsite and the well thought out layout. We had good weather but if we hadn't we could've used the big barn with lots of picnic tables in it. Handy shop too with cold drinks. Showers and toilets clean and functional. We were delighted to buy pizza from next door! The site is right on the trail too. In the morning we went to Drymen for breakfast at Skoosh, which was great but it's longer off the trail than expected. We ended up doing 19 miles to Rowadennan from here. Thanks for the hospitality.

Lovely campside with free roaming chicken that is very well located for people doing the West Highland track. Unfortunately, the staff is very rude, which made the whole experience rather unpleasant. But if you're just looking for a place to stay and don't mind the grumpy attitute this is a fine place to spend a night and recover from your first day of hiking. I wouldn't recommend spending more than one night though, as there is not too much to do apart from the West Highland way.

A great stop for our first night on the West Highland way. Views were nice from the pitch. Owner was night and a very warm welcome from him. Despite there only being 3 showers and toilets they were clean and worked well. The campers barn provided shelter for those who needed it Our only downside was there was no chemical disposal for our Campervan - our fault not for double checking first, and we arrived “ not empty” and stayed for two nights. We managed and I assume it’s because they’re on a septic tank- so we do understand - just our bad research that we assumed they’d got one. Just mentioning it in case anyone reading prior to their visit needed one!
