DSF Screen Printing

Weird! It is January 6, 2025 and I JUST got a notification that my order from April 2024 shipped today. Admittedly, I had forgotten about this order even though it was a T-shirt design I had been coveting for a very long time. It must have been a therapy-purchase on the anniversary of my dad’s death, when I was in my cups. So I’m torn - I’m excited about finally getting this shirt, but I’m also perplexed as to why a shirt coming from a city less than an hour away has taken almost a full pregnancy term to reach me. Next time I’m driving down to SF for my snarky T-shirts.

Placed order on August 5, 2018. Got email confirmation. After two weeks going by, consistent with the email confirmation of '10-14 business days' to fulfill the order, I emailed for a status update on August 22. I got no response. I got no response from a second email or online web form. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge since DSF took my $45 charge without filling the order (or responding to me).

Ordered a shirt as a holiday gift back in November 2018. Fast forward January 2019, still no shirt and a bunch of empty promises regarding when it will be sent out. Your store is in SF. I'm in LA. 1 Shirt. WHAT IS THE HOLD UP?!?!?! I'm pretty sure DSF Clothing, may not exist anymore which is a shame because I bought some cool shirts from their physical location back in 2017 as they were preparing to move elsewhere.

I needed a super rush for t-shirts for a conference this week. Why? Because I'm overly picky about t-shirt quality, design variations, and printing method for men's and women's shirts. But Devon and team at DSF straight up told me which men's and women's styles are the coolest, I submitted 4 different designs with several different shirt styles, and they turned my complex order flawlessly in 9 business days (and by the way, it wasn't a huge order, and they still treated it like it was). That includes fielding all my questions along the way about print method -- and I know very little about printing, I just know what I think I want. This team educated me on how to make the designs feel like they're naturally aged into the shirt. Every person getting shirts so far is super impressed. So grateful I found this team and will be coming back.
