This is a high quality and strong 4.5 stars restaurant with a 5 stars service. The theme, design and decoration are magnificent. They offer a great drink menu. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Portions are small. The food came faster than expected, but to my surprise it was excellent. I will def recommend this places to family and friends and will comeback for more.

3.5 stars? This place has so much potential. I want to rave about it, but it was very underwhelming. All the staff, decor, and general vibe were great. We felt welcome and well served. Drinks were good. Food was not perfect. Portions were overall generous but lacked salt/seasoning and were lower quality cuts of meat. Also, one big pet peeve: both entree plates were chipped. For the price point and location, there are better options unfortunately.

We came for a company event and the team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Special shoutouts to Anouchka who was our waitress for the night who made us feel so welcome!

This was a wonderful spontaneous find! Me and my guy met the chef at the farmers market and decided to try it for Lunch! The muscles were amazing and so was the BLT with crispy chicken skin 🤯. Incredible French fries amazing drinks and the service was perfect! Thanks James for inviting us int this amazing restaurant! Can't wait to come back for dinner to try the Lamb and branzino!! 2 weeks later Wow wow wow! .......:decided to come back for dinner and it was amazing. We had the crispy Branzino, mint lamb, Caesar salad (seriously the best I've ever had) and the broccoli appetizer. The meal was absolutely delicious. Cocktails were amazing. This restaurant is our new favorite spot. We highly recommend!

Very nice space and courteous staff. Our waiter was quite friendly but vanished for a time. Scallops with hibiscus were excellent but a smaller portion. The meatloaf was odd (chunky) but flavorful and a large portion. The mushroom and olive platter was a good sharing plate but too few mushrooms. The panna cotta was very rigmch but excellent and our friends enjoyed the apple turnover a la mode.

We spent Valentine’s Day at DSRT Club tonight and it was truly one of the most memorable dining experiences we’ve had in La Quinta. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt romantic, elevated, and beautifully curated. It strikes the perfect balance between vintage-inspired charm and modern sophistication, intimate, warm, and special in every way. The staff was absolutely incredible. You could feel how much care and effort went into making every table feel valued and taken care of. Every team member was attentive, accommodating, and so genuinely kind. They were working hard to make the evening seamless, and it showed in every interaction. The service felt polished, thoughtful, and completely dialed in. The food was outstanding. Beautifully plated, elevated without being overdone, and packed with flavor. Every detail felt intentional, from presentation to taste. It truly felt like a special occasion dining experience. What stood out most was the overall experience. DSRT Club made Valentine’s Day feel romantic, meaningful, and memorable. We left feeling impressed, taken care of, and already looking forward to coming back. Thank you to Gabe, and everyone who spent their Valentine’s Day serving us. Highly, highly recommend.

Lovely restaurant! Charming decor. The ribeye steak was VERY good. Also recommend the creme brulee panna cotta which was very creamy. Everything was delicious. Above average even among fine dining restaurants! Friendly service.

My family and I came here with my grandparents and had an absolutely incredible experience. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but the service was equal with the staff being friendly and welcoming. Overall, I would strongly recommend the bread starter and the schnitzel for the entree. However, you really can't go wrong here. Enjoy it!

Came to DSRT CLUB during Palm Springs Restaurant Week. We made reservations and came right when they opened up. The restaurant was clean, inviting, and colorful. Albert provided excellent service and was attentive during our visit. You had choices on 3 courses from a dinner menu. For Course 1, I chose the loaded brussel sprouts and these were delicious. I loved the crispy Pancetta pieces. Next, I had the Cali Melon salad and this was so good and refreshing on a hot day. It was also a great palate cleanser for the main event. Lastly, I chose the certified Black Angus steak. This was also delicious, although I wish I had not put on the spiced demi-glaze as I did not like the taste. I also ordered two cocktails and they were delicious and expertly presented. The staff kept our water glasses filled and were very attentive. I would definitely come back here and I hope they participate in Restaurant Week 2026!

Amazing chef made dishes!! I cleaned my lamb chops clean--LITERALLY! The red steak was tender every bite savory and melted in my mouth. Great service. Thank you Jerry for taking care of my mom and I. The ambiance is fresh and intimate. Also the best part, the prices are fair!!!

The ambience is super nice and welcoming along with good service as well. The cocktails were really good. We ordered the eight dollar bread to start, which was amazing. We also loved the crispy brussels sprouts and the fabulous apple pie for dessert. The food was a mixed bag because we all were not fond of the lemon broth on the mussels , the steak and mushroom starter with blue cheese , or the panna cotta desert . Our server was so nice to take back the panna cotta detest and replace it with the apple tart which was delicious. I told the receptionist it was mom's birthday but she never told our server so I'm not sure if they do anything for birthday or not. I would still recommend you give them a try. If we return we will try the main courses and stick with the bread and Brussels sprouts.

Another fantastic time at the DSRT Club. The food, vibe and atmosphere are over the top. The service Anouchka provided tonight was perfection. Thank you for being so thoughtful and passionate tonight.

Food is always good but we got told about 5 mins after we ordered the octopus was out that and the fried were all we wanted so we just asked for the check and the fries we previously ordered. My wife's lemonade has a bunch of floating stuff in it so we let one of the workers know and they took it away. It took 20 more mins of us sitting at an empty table to get the check and they still charged us for the lemonade with random particles in it.

A must try in old town La Quinta! I would typically recommend a reservation, but we lucked out after the holiday weekend and got in around 6pm with plenty of tables open around us. Super friendly and helpful staff, cute themed decor, and delicious dishes! They know how to impress you!

One of the best meals I have had in a very long time. From the fresh baked bread served before our meal to an amazing cold cucumber, hibiscus and pancetta gazpacho and a branzino entree that would knock your socks off, everything was just spectacular. The unusual food combinations were a surprise with every bite. I can highly recommend Dsrt Club if your looking for a terrific meal at very, very reasonable prices. And the wait staff and ambience are great too!!!

From the cut green glass water tumblers to the exceptional service, the DSRT Club is a must do in La Quinta. The whole place has decor reminiscent of an old style hotel lobby in the best way. Think Tropicana in the 60's. The cocktail list was exceptional and they know their way around a dirty martini. For my cocktail, I chose the Lucy Collins. Think a tom Collins with hibiscus for the color. The food was also excellent. The albacore app was fresh and perfectly poppyseed crusted. The kale and beet salad with hazelnuts on a bed of whipped goat cheese was my favorite of the night. Salty, sweet, sour and crunchy. All the flavors! The main dishes were great. And the only reason they lose one star are the scallops. My dish for the evening. They were cooked but gummy. And had a strange smoky flavor. The polenta and the fruit smear and fried onions were delicious though. The red chicken was everyone's favorite entree. But the branzino was visually appealing. Get the biscoff ice cream if they have it! Great experience. I will be back!

This is not only my favorite restaurant in the desert, but my favorite restaurant in general. The scallops with the berry compote is delicious, the ambiance and decor is next-level, and I love the downtown LQ area it's located in. I went with my parents for my birthday and with my husbands family and both times the menu blew me away.

Came for Palm Springs Restaurant Week and we were fortunate to have Albert as our waiter. He and the staff did a fine job ensuring our plates and glasses were full. This is an exceptional location for a drink, celebration, and unique culinary experience.

Fantastic Food! The Pistachios pesto pasta was AMAZING- it was the pasta special for the night. We also ate the regular pasta which is made in a broth with veggies- we added chicken and it was perfect. And steak- also delicious- as was the Cesar salad and bread. Service was on target- they aim to please, make sure you have everything you need and we made reservations late and they still accommodated us. The place is sweet- Lucille Ball is graced thoughtfully around the walls- eat here! You will not be disappointed!!

A neighbor recommended this establishment. We were told the young chef was up in coming and his cuisine is amazing. Upon entering, it felt as if we stepped back into time, into an art deco, Frank Sinatra rat Pac era. The bar was missing Sammy Davis Jr and Dean Martin cigarette in one hand scotch, in the other My imagination provided the image. Servers were pleasant attentive, and you felt as if you had all evening to enjoy your meal. The combination of ingredients were surprising. My wife ordered the lamb chops and the cinnamon was unexpectedly a delicious delight that we now include every time we make lamb. The ribeye was perfectly prepared, seasoned and simply delicious ! The sides accompanying were perfection. The libations were unique, flavorful and dangerously smooth. This will be a place we return to whenever we wish for our Guest to come to have a fantastically amazing desert meal. The chef was strolling about the tables, young quiet and confident. When he came by, I stopped and thanked him for the best meal in recent memory.

Amazing private party at the DSRT CLUB! We rented out the restaurant for a rehearsal dinner and cocktail party. Pre planning details and execution with Felipa was super easy and very enjoyable. Menu selection and dinners were delicious and loved by everyone. Thank you amazing Chef James Nellis! The bartenders kept the cocktails flowing with ease and the staff were so pleasant and attentive all night. Thank you all for a perfect party! I highly recommend DSRT CLUB for a private event or a great night out.

Came here for drinks and started wishing we had stayed for dinner. I think I had a whiskey sour and I forget my hubby's drink...probably something with whiskey. Ha! The bartenders were kind and attentive. We loved the decor! And all the food we saw being brought out looked amazing! When we are back in town, we will definitely be coming back here for dinner!

I could not be more satisfied for my first night out in Old Town La Quinta. Outside of the hip ambiance giving an upscale vacation vibe, the food was incredible. Flavors explosions LEFT AND RIGHT. Albert helped make the experience even more special. Good job Albert. Below is what we ate: 1) Cali Melon Salad: flavors were there, but the bites were a little large for my liking. Good refresher! 2) Twice Cooked Octo: Meaty Octopus cooked to perfection. The glaze added a sweetness component to the dynamic octopus 3) Filet Bites 'N Fries: BEST DISH OF THE NIGHT AWARD. Just trust on this one 4) Hibiscus & Seared Maine Scallops: I wish there was more! It came with 3 juicy (NOT CHEW) scallops. Each component fit in nicely 5) all drinks were great - choose the one that makes you smile If you're looking for a cute date spot with reasonably priced drinks and food - definitely put this on your list

The owner Chris has definitely captured the sexy date night vibe with Dsrt Club. Both his restaurants in old town are the top choices. We started with fire kissed broccolini and chicken lolis both bursting with flavor. I had the red ribeye special and it should be added to the regular menu. It was melt in your mouth delicious. Hubs did the pork chop and there was absolutely nothing left on his plate -fantastic. We also had the mussels which were some of the best I ever had. The excellent service from Ervin should not be missed. He describes the dishes in a way that makes you want to eat something you may not have ever tried or even like. If you're in La Quinta this place is a must !

The food here was incredible, and the cocktails were delightful as well. Loved the octopus and lamb dishes. Our server was very friendly and provided great service. The decor was a little cheesy, but it worked and felt modern overall.

Best drinks! Nice seating around the bar and excellent service. I came with a friend but could be a good place to meet people. Pretty decor. Had the fries and branzino fish. Will be returning soon. Highly recommend.

This place is located near several shops with street parking. We had reservations but we didn't need it because there was plenty of seating. We opted for the lounge because the dining room seemed lonely. We got a cute little table near the corner. The aesthetics of this place is beautiful. It all goes together from the wallpaper, art, to the table setting. Our sever was the bartender but she was on it. We ordered the bread and butter. That was a good choice. The broccolini was good too. It tasted like it was covered with teriyaki. Now for the entrees. I had high hopes for the chicken because I had some amazing chicken at a different restaurant in La Quinta but I couldn't even eat it, which is not like me. It tasted very gamy. Each time I tried it, it gave me a nasty after taste in my mouth. My husband had the Crispy Skin Branzino. He said it was way too deep fried that it was dried out. This place missed the bar on the food. I was so disappointed because it was our night out while on vacation. I must say, I did have desert. I had the pizookie with half cookie and half brownie with ice cream on top. That helped with my appetite since I didn't get to eat. For that I gave it a better rating.

Excellent food and service!! Every dish we had was truly exceptional. The red ribeye was out of this world -- perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The apple pie dessert was the perfect sweet ending to an incredible meal. The chef came out to greet guests and was so personable -- you can tell he genuinely has a passion for what he does. Each dish was thoughtfully crafted with a perfect balance of flavors and high-quality, carefully chosen ingredients. We'll absolutely be coming back. A must-visit spot!

We had an amazing time here! Our waitress Zia was so on it and super friendly, she really went above and beyond to make our experience special and it was definitely appreciated! The food was all delicious and the drink selections were solid. The decor was 11/10 gorgeous and there was a really nice ambiance. Acoustics were great - music and nearby tables were audible but not distracting. Really enjoyed the bread, mussels, albacore, manchego truffle fries, broccolini and salmon. The scallops and branzino were great too! Overall, just a really great experience. Highly recommend and will be back soon!

This was my second time at the DSRT CLUB and it was just as good as the first! It was pretty dead the night we went but we received over the top service. I went with the half red chicken and it was perfectly cooked, the red butter sauce was to die for. Such a fun retro and classy desert atmosphere. All around great choice for dinner when in La Quinta!

You should add this fabulous restaurant to the list of top restaurants in La Quinta! We went last night and I know see why all my friends are raving about this place! What we liked: * Food - great menu with something for everyone. Both my husband and my orders were outstanding - some of the best dishes we've had at any restaurant here in La Quinta. * Service - warm, friendly and attentive. Couldn't have been better. * Ambiance - just right! Not too fancy, not too casual. Some customers were dressed to the nines but we felt welcome in our casual clothes.

Absolutely loved this spot! The interior is tastefully done, the menu is fabulous and our server Anouchka was wonderful. Great atmosphere for dinner on a Saturday night! (The truffle fries and Dirty Lipa martini could be my death row meal lol.)

We sat at the bar and ordered a few small plates and drinks. The service at the bar was perfect--appropriately attentive and very professional. The food, as usual, was great. I really appreciate a restaurant that does everything well, and this one consistently does. DSRT club is a gem.

Our server Anouchka made our experience! She was so intentional, sweet, and gave the best description of a daily special that I've ever heard. The overall ambience of the restaurant was really cute and perfect for our post conference work dinner. Every single person was so happy with the starters and their main dish. Also the bathroom is so fun.

This place is second to none! From the moment you walk in, you can tell everything is elevated! From the service to the food, you will definitely enjoy every bit of it. Anouchka has amazing energy, we instantly knew we were in good hands. For cocktails we started with the Honey Deuce and The Lime and the Coconut. Both great cocktails. Chef James surprised us with Poppyseed crusted Albacore and the "cutie" chicken pops. I am a sucker for good tuna and this appetizer blew my mind. The chicken pops fall right off the bone and are small in size but huge in flavor. When my wife asked about the Chefs special, Nouchie went into mouth watering details of the pasta and the process of how chef prepares it.. My wife was instantly sold and I couldn't wait to get a taste of it myself. The land chops instantly caught my eye so I asked about it, and she confirmed I was making an excellent choice! The interior design is just outstanding. With pictures that the city permitted them to use to the combination of colors used and the great taste in furniture, everything just compliments how truly amazing the establishment is. Chris, the owner, has strong floor presence, engages with regulars, and genuinely welcomes you and makes you feel like family. First class! I seriously can't wait to return. Got my eyes on that Ibérico pork chop next. Cheers! Oh, can't forget the bus team, Pedro and the other young man with a nice full, blond beard, I didn't catch his name but he was super polite and always smiling. They never allowed our water to get less than halfway. I think it's those small details that really make a big difference.

Here's what we had: Starters The "Cutie" Chicken Pops - smaller than others I've had, but tasty Filet Bits 'N Fries - the crowd favorite, next time this will be my entree Entrées DSRT House Salad - shared with one other and it was enough Crispy Skin Branzino - better than the way I make it, the sauce is awesome Hibiscus & Seared Maine Scallops - our friend always orders this entree DSRT Club Jamba - our guest liked his dish Pork Loin and Potatoes - schnitzel is ideal for tame palettes Half "Red" Chicken - our server's favorite; served with a pan sauce, good, but not mind blowing Dessert Pomegranate Panna Cotta - lacked flavor and rich creamy texture Decaf French Press - medium roast, I prefer dark roast Spanish Coffee - surprisingly, the bartender couldn't manage coffee with rum, triple sec, and Kahlua....hmmm For cocktails, our friend liked the Dirty Lipa so much, she ordered two. Another friend ordered the Bee Sting, but it never arrived so I can't comment. We brought 2 bottles of red for a corkage fee of $25 each. Although we all enjoyed our meals, I was disappointed that there isn't a real entree for vegetarians. Yes, you can order a salad, a vegetable plate, or a plant-based burger, but that's it.

We chose this for our anniversary dinner after being disappointed by LA Spiga last year. And this was a complete 180! This place is FABULOUS! The staff is amazing and professional. Chris the bartender is superb. Everything we ordered was perfection. We had the truffle fries and the basil aioli, YUM. And the fire roasted broccolini cooked perfectly. My husband had the chicken and I had the vegetarian pasta. Chefs kiss! And we had the apple pop tart for desert. SEX IN YOUR MOUTH! We will definitely be back. What a wonderful place and experience. Thank you!

Love the ambiance, went for a drink with a friend. The Bee-Sting cocktail is a must-try! Made with either Cantera Negra Reposado or Bozal Mezcal, it delivers a perfect blend of smooth agave notes. The chili honey syrup brings a subtle sweetness with a kick. The chili pepper garnish adds a fiery finish that ties it all together. Highly recommended for those who enjoy a bold and balanced drink! Great service!! Had the octopus appetizer, it was phenomenal, I wish I had taken a picture!!!!

Had a wonderful dinner at DSRT Club a few nights ago. It was our first time dining at this restaurant. I loved the decor, it was cozy, modern and fun. We did not have reservations, but had non problem getting a table for 2. Our server was friendly, but we felt that perhaps she was not too familiar with the menu because when we asked about specific dishes or recommendations, she didn't seem to know how to answer. We opted to order from their summer specials menu. We also ordered truffle fries to share. The portion was large, almost too much for the 2 of us, and came with ketchup as well as a very tasty pesto dipping sauce. A gentleman, not our server, perhaps a manager, came to our table to check on us and my husband asked him what he would recommend. He highly recommended the red chicken. By the time he was done describing the preparation and cooking process of this chicken, we knew we were in for a real treat. So much so that we both ordered it! I subbed the veggies in my dish with the tomato rice. I also ordered a melon salad to start. The salad was refreshing and delicious, but the chicken was fantastic! Definitely did not disappoint. We ended or meal with a raspberry sorbet for me (good) and a Biscoff gelato for my husband (great). Wonderful meal, generous portions, great ambiance! We will be back!

From the bartender Albert to our waitress Anuschka to the yummy cocktail and the delicious food....we enjoyed every part of our evening here. The patio seating was perfect with pretty views of Old La Quinta and the mountains and palm trees. We will for sure be back

Made a reservation for a group of 10 based on the recommendation from a friend. We were seated outside on their covered patio which was perfect for a 70 degree night. Once seated we were quickly greeted by our fantastic waitress who took our drink orders. They have a decent amount of cocktail options in addition to mocktails which was great because we had a mix of people drinking and not drinking. Amongst the 10 of us we ordered an array of appetizers and entrees. They were able to pace the meal and everyone enjoyed all of their food. While this was great for a group, I think this is also a great place for a dinner with friends, or even a date night. I'm looking forward to being back down in the desert to go again!

This relatively new hot spot in La Quinta is wonderful. Food and presentation excellent and plentiful. Service was attentive and helpful. Ambiance chill and inviting. Sit on the patio (heaters are great) for a quiet meal! The Executive Chef even came to check that all was satisfactory. A gem.

Food service and ambiance superb. I can't say enough about this wonderful restaurant. I had mussels with fantastic bread and lemon butter on side by request.

So finally open and really happy for the owners, this space is more classy but still fun, a vibe from years gone past. Location: amazing lots of parking options. Buildout: very nice great decorative touches. Menu: excellent not giant but well done. Food Prep: done with care and purpose, the way it should be. Good job Chris Food quality: beyond RRNR quality... classy. Waitstaff: wow home run. I realize it is opening month but the vibe is fun, happy and positive. Overall Value: very good, not inexpensive but well worth the dining experience. TIP: be early or late but peak season seating is going to be a challenge.

Finally checked out this historical, old Hollywood haunt on a recent trip. The decor is amazing and well designed. Chef created a delicious and approachable menu. Loved the chicken and the crispy branzino! They also do a delicious Caesar salad. Loved the panna cotta dessert - both beautiful and delicious. Service was exceptional, and Zia (I think that was her name - she had blonde hair) was an expert on the menu and spot on with recommendations. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 due to their cocktails. Ingredients are amazing and fresh, but the bartender doesn't know mixology. Ordered a twist on a sour, the ca-banana, and it wasn't shaken enough, was served down instead of up, and had a big ice cube. So their bartenders just need some training in how to prepare each type of drink.

The food here is reasonably priced a And the atmosphere is wonderful. The only reason I could not give top marks is the waiter. He was prompt and attentive BUT continued to make snide remarks to us throughout the dining experience. Little digs and at times would scold us for asking a question or not "paying attenrion" to what we did or did not order...I waited tables in my youth, this is unacceptable and upset everyone at the table (table of 9). He got his automatic 18% so maybe he didn't feel like he needed to play nice. It was unfortunate.

Great restaurant. Great service. Great food. We got a reservation really easily. The atmosphere was top notch.

This place caters to its regulars. Don't bother if you aren't a familiar face. I was excited to finally try this place. We have a number of friends who asked us to report on our experience. I wish it had been better. Things initially started fine. We were seated at the bar. Our drinks came quickly and our appetizer was decent (the meat was a bit overcooked). We ate and drank and then nothing. We sat. And sat. Empty drinks. Empty appetizer plate. Waiting to order dinner and more drinks as at least five or six employees circulated around us. Our bartender focused on tables away from the bar. The manager stood around watching, occasionally making time to talk to people he knew. We finally flagged down someone else and ordered more. The next shareable dish was quickly dropped in front of us with no side plates. We spent more time waiting for those. The service was so bad that we unfortunately didn't order all of what we wanted. The overall experience was disappointing, especially as a couple who live part-time in the desert and enjoy trying new places.

Another amazing meal. We had the chicken which my husband loves, and I have to admit is exceptional, and I had the branzino. No one does it this good. James is an amazing chef.

Really enjoyed our experience at DSRT club. First off the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I can't remember the manager's name but shout out to you, I thoroughly enjoyed our giggles over my baby loving the disco ball. And our server was so helpful making sure everything was perfect. We were a party of six so we were sat on the back patio. Inside has such a cool vibe especially the bar! But outside was nice too, lots of heaters, beautiful bright artwork on the walls. The food and cocktails were delicious. My friend and I had an amazing experience at the DSRT Club while on a girls trip. The decor was incredible and vibes were perfect as we were sat on the patio on a mild evening. Our server was Zia and she made the night even better. She helped us navigate the menu with our choices that she said were some of her favorites. We started with the Roadrunner drinks that were hand crafted and delicious; tequila and whipped egg white mixed with lemon and simple syrup. The drink was not too sweet and refreshing. We tried the warm, fresh bread basket served with honey butter and the twice baked octopus for an appetizer. The octopus was baked with a cinnamon finish and it was tender and scrumptious. We then shared the house salad with arugula, fennel, pine nuts, feta and stone fruit with vinaigrette. My only suggestion is to roast the pine nuts for even better flavor, but the salad was close to being perfect. For our entree, we asked Zia to surprise us and choose between the Branzino and Lamb Chop and after asking how hungry we were, the fish was served. It came as a whole fish, minus the head, crispy skin and roasted vegetables. It was tender and seasoned nicely. We loved this place and will definitely be back! Also noted was the women's bathroom with disco ball to highlight the fun vibe!

Such a great find Everything was absolutely amazing.. The service was on point, food delish, (get the bread) it's only $5 and the butter is to die for. We were there celebrating my friend's divorce, we did not have a reservation but they accommodated us anyway. We made friends with the couple sitting next to us, this place just gives great vibes. Ambiance super cute

I have eaten here many times. this place is awesome. great service , beautifully plated food and wonderful cocktails. A special shout out to Bartenders Tonya and Johann and Albert. Awesome service. We come here often. The best in old town La Quinta. They make always remember us and make us feel like family.

Great ambience here. Different vibe in each of the dining areas. Sat in the lounge which had an upbeat appeal. Food and drinks were on par.

The drink was great. Food was just OK. We had to send back the mussels dish because it was really off (waiter noter later it smelled awful when it went by). We came to celebrate multiple big things and they didn't seem to do anything to even acknowledge the reasons we told them we had come. They seemed a bit overwhelmed.
