DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

Very Disappointed. The quality of merchandise continues to fall farther and farther in the trash it seems. The staff not other floor to assist and is disinterested in nothing that is not on their phones. Sadly the store appearance is abysmal at best. DSW do you even care about the Stonecrest location? #SMH

Always nicely kept store. The staff is willing to look up the shoes on their system if the size is not on the floor. Great location and ample parking. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Why has the clearance section changed? What has happened to the 20 - 60% off clearance prices? Yesterday, all I saw was 30% off the clearance/list price of ALL shoes. I am used to walking out of DSW with 3-4 boxes...yesterday...just one! This is the beginning of the end it seems! 🫣😢 Back to online shopping 🛍.

I got some bomb Puma trainers and some sexy thigh high boots. I can successfully say I got exactly what I was looking for. Way to go DSW 🙃🤭😁

I'm making this review for my grandmother. I see that some of the other reviews talked about how well customer service was in the store well her and my aunt's experience was different they are 70 something year old woman and they were told that they could not use the bathroom even after spending a 100 and something dollars each.. Of course they do shopping all the time and we're just in DSW across town and had no issues using the bathroom recently. DSW you have to do better with who you choose to represent your store.

This location has very nice and open set up. While I was not greeted upon entering the store , I was given pleasant service at check out . I visited the store because I was given a $25 gift card. I was super excited to use it as I needed a new pair of sneakers. To my surprise Nike is excluded from the gift discount and most discounts DSW OFFERS. If you have a larger women's foot like I do this location does not have many sizes over 10 stocked. I would not visit again however my experience was decent .

They have a pretty good selection of shoes. The store is neat, clean and organized. They need more help as far as customer service goes.

It's a shame that customers that are coming to spend hundreds of dollars have to use the restroom in here I will travel somewhere else from now on! Messed up my whole experience

Manager Shakir is beyond rude the way he spoke to a customer. The line is so long and he is stacking shoes in the back. We asked is if he could get on a register to help the line go down he claims he can't, the line is almost to the wall. There is only one cashier and she is slower than molasses on a cold day.

Very professional staff. Greeted upon arrival. Cashier was very friendly. Huge selection with variety. Convenient to other shopping. Love the DSW reward program.

Love the store, hate that the major of my shoes I purchase I have to order off their website. Moee selections online. Store is still great though. They also have an dsw reward card.

I was greeted upon arrival and the store was organized for easy shopping. When I did need help, Shakir was awesome and friendly in assisting me with finding the slides I wanted for summer. Thanks! The shoe selection was favorable and everyone was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend.

IS IT ME? Is it me or am I expecting too much from DSW when I expect them to carry sport sandals for women year-round? They do it for the men and they still have flip-flops out for the women so I don't think that my expectation is unreasonable. The store was clean and organized with plenty of fall and winter options available. I just wish they would carry the athletic sandal year-round, (not the cute ones with a heel, but the functional ones that are used for activity and walking). Frustrated former fan!

Im a stout DSW fan, whether at a later cal store or online, shopping is easy and pleasant. The employees at this store are helpful and continue the great customer service Ive come to expect from DSW. If they dont have what you need in the store, they check their online inventory and order it tight there to be sent to your home!

Very affordable prices for shoes. The handbags, however, are another story. Definitely disappointed that they don't carry my size, but that's the case with most retailers.
