Great selection of shoes and their prices are very reasonable. The store is always clean and organized. I love their clearance racks in the back of the store. Don't forget to sign up for their free membership so you can accumulate points whenever you shop. Those points will convert to cash rewards and you can redeem them on your next purchases.

One of my favorite stores to buys shoes from; especially online. They seem to always have high quality brands with a large stock of sizes, styles of boots, pumps and flats and the prices are great. In addition, returns for online and store purchase are always easy at the store counter!

UPDATE: I ordered some sandals at the store to ship to my home. Not really what I wanted. Took them back to the DSW on Parkside Dr., Knoxville today. Easy return. And, Sales Assoc. Lil directed me to possible replacements which were great! TY Lil! I am a man who is a VERY hard fit. 11 to 11.5 Extra Wide. Every … EVERY single time I go to DSW in Turkey Creek I find a shoe or sneaker that I like …. not something to settle on m, mind you … but something I really like! PLUS their Sales Reps are AWESOME on helping me find stuff!!! JUST NICE FRIENDLY FOLKS! THANK YOU DSW for taking care of us “Bigfoots” Bob Kolasa

DSW used to have such great shoes.... something has changed. Quality of shoes offered even by name brands is not the same. Not sure if its all products available to us as consumers....or just this store. But name brands....Nike, Puma, Asics, ...quality is just way down. Im sure this isnt DSW fault. But definitely not worth my drive into Knoxville to go there yesterday. Its no better then what Payless shoes once was in the quality department. And when DSW first opened years ago, I could get great quality shoes there. I will be shopping there less frequently.....

I ordered online 2 pair of shoes, didn’t want to charge so I used my checking acct. They have double charged my account as 1 was supposed to be a hold on the amount and then charged my account a second time once it was shipped. The hold will Come off in 3-5 business days, which means I can’t access that money until then. I called them and this is the response I got. HORRIBLE POLICY! Will never do business with this company again. Be sure to have a good amount of credit in your account when ordering with them as they are using your money free of charge, imagine all the orders and how much free money they are Using!!

All their shoes are nicely displayed with stock underneath... But it's kinda weird how it's organized.... I feel like it's should be grouped by brands .... But instead it's grouped by style of shoe... Let's say your looking for some Nikes..... I should be able to see them all in one area.... Not low tops this aisle...high tops on a another aisle... It kinda forces you to walk the whole store... (Which obviously prolly promotes more sales if your dragging others along with you who maybe might buy)

Great store. They didnt have the specific kind of shoes I was looking for but they were very helpful and tried their best to fit me.

You know how they say you shouldn't grocery shop while hungry? Well, do not shop at DSW right after payday if you have a shoe fetish. This place has so many great deals on quality shoes, purses/bags, socks, and more. Don't forget to pick your way through the clearance racks. Totally worth the treasure hunt! Download the app and sign up for the reward program. You get some great coupons.

Shoes shoes shoes everywhere!!! Love this store!! If they dont have tye shoe to match your outfit, toss the outfit away...lol They have Michael Kors sandals!!! Alot cheaper then other department stores... Fully stocked with all sizes. If you dont see your size they can order it.. Great staff, very friendly and they know where every shoe they have is. If your looking for Sperrys they know where they are in this store etc... I will be back!!

I was in need of 2 pairs of Clark's. Brown and black. They didn't have the exact style I was looking for but they did have a good selection and the prices aren't that bad. I was obviously able to find better prices online but that is to be expected, I suppose.

The staff here is incredibly helpful and friendly. I love their giveaways and their reward system. The selection and prices are also fantastic, especially when utilized with their various promotions. They are definitely where I go for all of my shoe needs!

I am from Ny and love the shoes from Aldo and you can't find a store here unless you go to Nashville or Atlanta. This DSW store carries aldo shoes and purses, and I am a fan! Love it!

I love DSW. I know that I will always find something in here, even when I'm not entirely sure what I'm looking for. I get distracted in shoe sections of department stores, so an independent shoe store or on-line shopping is the only way for me, period. DSW regularly has good quality, on-trend items and I think their selection is much better than Off Broadway. They also have a rewards program simliar to Kohl's / Kohl's cash that is worth registering for. All in all, a solid and reliable spot for shoe sopping.

This store does it right! I love shopping here! I wear a size 11 shoe. I am 23 and it is always so hard to find shoes my size that don't look like I borrowed them from my grandmother. I never have a problem finding things that I like here in my size. There are always plenty of staff around in case you need anything. It's always clean and organized and they have wonderful prices! This is typically they only place I ever buy shoes!
