Miss Josie was super helpful in showing me how to work the discount calculator on the app and I have always loved their show selection! She’s very happy and very bright…so keep her…bc she’s also extremely knowledgeable!

No option to answer the phone when calling. Only had 3 prompt options, and NONE lead to a team member at this Knoxville location, so I went to Off Broadway near West Town Mall. They said to tell you "thank you for the business "

I hate shoe shopping but I picked up some Clark sandals at DSW and loved them. The cashier Maresa who rang me up was so kind and warm. I definitely will be back. Great layout and the shoes are wrapped nicely unlike clutter you might see at other shoe stores.

All their shoes are nicely displayed with stock underneath... But it's kinda weird how it's organized.... I feel like it's should be grouped by brands .... But instead it's grouped by style of shoe... Let's say your looking for some Nikes..... I should be able to see them all in one area.... Not low tops this aisle...high tops on a another aisle... It kinda forces you to walk the whole store... (Which obviously prolly promotes more sales if your dragging others along with you who maybe might buy)

One of my favorite stores to buys shoes from; especially online. They seem to always have high quality brands with a large stock of sizes, styles of boots, pumps and flats and the prices are great. In addition, returns for online and store purchase are always easy at the store counter!

You know how they say you shouldn't grocery shop while hungry? Well, do not shop at DSW right after payday if you have a shoe fetish. This place has so many great deals on quality shoes, purses/bags, socks, and more. Don't forget to pick your way through the clearance racks. Totally worth the treasure hunt! Download the app and sign up for the reward program. You get some great coupons.

Shoes shoes shoes everywhere!!! Love this store!! If they dont have tye shoe to match your outfit, toss the outfit away...lol They have Michael Kors sandals!!! Alot cheaper then other department stores... Fully stocked with all sizes. If you dont see your size they can order it.. Great staff, very friendly and they know where every shoe they have is. If your looking for Sperrys they know where they are in this store etc... I will be back!!

I was in need of 2 pairs of Clark's. Brown and black. They didn't have the exact style I was looking for but they did have a good selection and the prices aren't that bad. I was obviously able to find better prices online but that is to be expected, I suppose.

The staff here is incredibly helpful and friendly. I love their giveaways and their reward system. The selection and prices are also fantastic, especially when utilized with their various promotions. They are definitely where I go for all of my shoe needs!

I am from Ny and love the shoes from Aldo and you can't find a store here unless you go to Nashville or Atlanta. This DSW store carries aldo shoes and purses, and I am a fan! Love it!

I love DSW. I know that I will always find something in here, even when I'm not entirely sure what I'm looking for. I get distracted in shoe sections of department stores, so an independent shoe store or on-line shopping is the only way for me, period. DSW regularly has good quality, on-trend items and I think their selection is much better than Off Broadway. They also have a rewards program simliar to Kohl's / Kohl's cash that is worth registering for. All in all, a solid and reliable spot for shoe sopping.

This store does it right! I love shopping here! I wear a size 11 shoe. I am 23 and it is always so hard to find shoes my size that don't look like I borrowed them from my grandmother. I never have a problem finding things that I like here in my size. There are always plenty of staff around in case you need anything. It's always clean and organized and they have wonderful prices! This is typically they only place I ever buy shoes!
