It's been many years since the last time we ate here eventhough the restaurant it's just infront our home building. The noodles was quite nice and the beef is so tender with the hint of savory soup. The wanton dumpling has a very strong taste of sichuan pepper sauce that stick in the tooth. The service is quick, the place is clean.

The beef noodles is ok slightly above average . The service is really bad. The cashier attitude is freaking bad, as well as the front desk reception that gave you a queue number. Not worth the queue, especially the service. Last time I am coming here . You can get much better noodles elsewhere without the bad service and poor attitude of staff

As soon as I walked into the restaurant, the staff were very friendly and polite, which made me feel comfortable right away. The food was delicious, and the side dishes were great as well. Overall, both the food and the service were excellent — definitely worth recommending.

I have the beef noodle here. The first time is Taiwanese friend bring me here. The taste is really nice, serve with a big chunk of beef. The soup is a bit too salty but overall I still love the taste here The price is pretty expensive compared to other shops

Food tasted amazing. The service was okay too. They are supposed to receive order by QR code, but the system didn't translate to english even though they have the option. They do still have english menu to help you out though, so still okay for me.

Great 滷味小菜, beside the pig ears (too soft). Furthermore, the beef noodle soup contains too much MSG and the wantons which comes with a lot of sesame chili sauce 紅油炒手 were unfortunately still tasteless. I guess the problem here is the filling, maybe too little spices or bad meat quality. All in all, not bad for Hsinchu standards, but still not very tasteful. I was honestly a bit disappointed, especially after the high rating here.

Recommended by a Taiwanese friend who studied here years ago. I had the tomato soup with fried egg and noodles, which was pretty good - not too salty. We didn’t have to wait for our table and the food was served soon after.

Hand made noodle in the well cooked beef soup is so delicious. Though it always takes long time to get seat inside, worth it. Remember to order some Dofu, seaweed, ... along with the beef noodle. One more famous dish is the super spicy Dofu with sauce and peanut on it. Get one for yourself! Soft remind: 1. While waiting outside, You may try the ice cream beside to it. 2. There are 2 stores in HsinChu city and another 1 in ChuBei. All them are great with qualified taste.
