Beautiful location right on the Douro River. Easy access to the tram that takes you to town. Lovely neighborhood with walks along the river and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Very welcoming.

A jewel of a place to stay in every way… the staff were super accommodating and friendly as well as efficient and very personable. the architecture is simple and elegant. I loved this part of the city, especially during the summer… open breezes in front of the water, not exactly the beach as stated, but not far from the beach. Close to some very nice restaurants right on the water. Super easy to get to and from the center via 500 bus. Great breakfast with nice choices and a garden in the back which is super quiet and great to hang out in. They even have bikes if you want to go riding up the marginal. The sheets were luxurious and the beds, super comfy… I loved this place…very special.

Warm welcome and high quality service, many free services (coffee, drinks...) to feel at home! Rooms are large and clean, and this is a very quiet area. Douro river is nearby for a nice walk along the river. Thanks Beatrix and Elena for your welcome!

This is a 'hotel garni'. It is fantastic, so friendly and clean and comfortable in a terrific location. Turn left and you have lovely beaches and clean sea. Keep left and you have amazing restaurants and chic boutiques. The staff are wonderful. Don't expect a hotel, it's all the better for it. Our kind of place and would definitely return. Loved breakfast too. Only downside is that Porto central is a building site at the moment, it is manic.

If you ever visit Porto stay here. A little out of the city centre but on bus and tram route into the city. Uber is also very affordable. Spotlessly clean, lovely rooms, wonderful staff and fantastic breakfast. Nice garden and terrace and free bicycles to use. Absolutely wonderful.

We came here for my birthday and our honeymoon and we were so happy to stay at duas portas. Architecturally it's splendid - simple but tasteful and luxurious. The staff were thoughtful and kind and generous. We loved the location overlooking the water. We would return and have already recommended it. Thanks for the port and red wine!

Beautiful architectural gem! Fantastic location, between city center and ocean. Everything within walking distance along a beautiful car-free boulevard (or with the hotel's free bicycles). Nice restaurants nearby (Camélia, Bocca, and a vegetarian buffet next door). Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They also provided a grab-and-go breakfast for an early flight. You will be welcomed into the room with a personal note. The historic tram that runs past the hotel is a nice tourist attraction. By taxi you are 15 minutes from the airport (and therefore avoid the busy city center). Very recommended if you are doing a city trip in Porto!

This hotel (it is hidden) is relaxed, the staff is friendly, rooms are spacious with a nice bathroom and is located just outside the busy city center. With free (2023) parking in front of the door on the roadside. Which is great when traveling here with an off-road vehicle. The boulevard is just across the street and great for morning runs or strolls. Breakfast is good and continuously refilled. Staff is there to serve your needs. A hidden gem I would call it. And when in Porto again, I would certainly try to book here again. A historic tram 🚋 stops nearby but a taxi is also very comfortable to bring you back to the hotel after great fish meals in the Mosarinhos (fish market) area.
